I have left 3 phone calls and an email over a two week period and still have not received any communication.
Waited for weeks. Now he’s not answering/returning our calls/texts.
Went through the nightmare of filing a claim with my insurer, waiting for an adjuster.
I asked for recommendations for a small roof repair and got multiple glowing reviews, but then faced issues.
Probably a fine company if you can get them to respond.

I've now used TNRoofCo twice, and they were excellent both times.

The first time they repaired and replaced the flashing where a copper overhang roof meets the brick. It was not properly done when the house was built 15+ years ago and led to leaking. They were fast and did a great job both explaining what was happening and fixing it perfectly. No more leaking!

I used them again just a week ago when some flashing came off of a roof leak 3 stories up! They quickly responded that they could do the job and had it done just a few days later. It was extremely convenient that they were able to come by and inspect and do the work while I was at the office and everything was taken care of. The work was done beautifully and everything looks just like it did before the damage.

I highly recommend TN Roof Co!

Got multiple glowing reviews of Matt and TN Roof Co from Facebook when I asked for recommendations for a small roof repair. Matt came out promptly and assessed that we needed an entire new roof. Went through the nightmare of filing a claim with my insurer, waiting for an adjuster, arguing with said adjuster when he said we only needed a repair, waited for a third-party assessor (who agreed with adjuster). Called back Matt to see if he was willing to do the small repair — absolutely, he said. Waited for weeks. Now he’s not answering/returning our calls/texts. Probably a fine company if you need a whole roof replacement, but they aren’t interested in small jobs (which is fine — just wish he’d told us that from the beginning).

Great experience! We contacted Joe at 2am the night of the tornado and Matt came out to look at the roof in just a few days even though most of the city was shut down. They quickly got us a quote that worked with our insurance. Matt came out during the process to check on everything so we didn’t have to worry. Great local company!

What a awesome experience I just had with Joe and his crew. They were here early tore off the old roof fix damage to the wood underneath and put my new roof on and was done before I got home. The yard was cleaner then when I left that day. Cannot say enough would recommend them again and again.!!!! My roof looks great!!!!
