John Simpson was amazing with my roof service. He came by after our last storm when my roof received some damage, he stopped by and fixed it out of the kindness in his heart, while also informing me of roof repair options and insurance. I will definitely use his services, he provides excellent customer service.

Wonderful experience! Set up with Roof MD through our home warranty plan. John came by and gave a very thorough and concise overview of the leak issue we had. He then completed our claim and their roofers came out and fixed the problem within a reasonable time. John also sent me photos and videos explaining the problem, which was very helpful! John called to verify the appointment and provided a time estimate when he would be here. He arrived within the times, he said. Which is very difficult to get a contractor to agree to these days. He came was very professional and did a thorough inspection and told us that our issue didn't appear to be serious. He cleaned out some dirt, pine needles, and debris on our roof and said that should take care of the issue. Advised us that we should monitor the leak to verify it was fixed. We will definitely use his services again. I will recommend him to anyone I hear talking about a need for roofing work.

John inspected my roof, cleaned out my gutters, and caulked some open areas free of charge. He was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He provided me with an estimate promptly. No high pressured sales tactics and I will definitely call Roof MD when I am ready to proceed with roof installation.

John went above and beyond for us. New roof on a side by side condo (both sides)in less than 2 days. We were amazed at the team of workers who knocked it out so fast. Looks amazing and John came through on sealing some troublesome windows for no extra fees. He also came by to inspect and make sure everything was done according to the contract. Everything was delivered to the site the day before and was all cleaned up at the end of the day. We would highly recommend this company out of Murfreesboro.

Mr Simpson (Roof MD) came to inspect my roof. He was very knowledgable. He answered all of my questions and i was able to schedule an appointment for him to come and repair my roof. Im lucky and still have time before i have to replace my entire roof, but i will definitely keep Mr Simpson’s information for future use!!
