I recently had TM Construction install a French door, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The door is perfect, and the entire experience was outstanding. This person is terribly unprofessional. I confirmed with him TWICE up to the day before that he would arrive on time and he lied as though he would. Roughly 40 minutes before he was supposed to arrive, I messaged him asking if the time was still ok. I heard nothing for hours. Then two hours AFTER he was suppose to arrive, he finally called me and said he was still at his previous client's house and it would be another hour before he would be done, then another hour before he would arrive at my house. I told him not to bother. Don't waste customer's time as I could have booked someone else. If you're running late, communicate that to the customer.

Edit to respond to the owner below: There is no misunderstanding. I booked this through Home Depot’s Pro Referral program. The job was never completed because he didn’t show up, nor did he let me know that he was running behind until two hours after he was supposed to arrive. See screenshot below.

Second edit: As demonstrated in the second screenshot (which adds more context) you can see that I asked them if the time was still good, but I did not hear from your team until about 90 minutes after they said they would arrive. As I stated above, if they were running late, it's common courtesy and professional to alert the customer as soon as possible instead of waiting until hours later. Thankfully I was able to book with Davis Electric and Home Automation, who I highly recommend because they were extremely professional and efficient at mounting my tv.

Adam and his crew did a great job repairing our cabinet and walking around our kitchen and bathrooms. First rate. Courteous and diligent. I would definitely use them again.

Great communications with them and the garage door trims were replaced with waterproofing materials! All caulked and painted nicely, jobs well done!

There are a few things I appreciate in this world and great customer service is one of those. Adam was prompt, professional, and flexible. I would recommend him to anyone. Great Service!

The worst experience ever, our room was double booked and failed to provide a comparable room in return. The reserved a room for one night at the hyatt, for us but I had to pay the room rate. Which was way more than the price i was paying with them. Then to find out they reserved a king room for a family of seven. The room we were provided was not acceptable and we had to jump through hoops to get the keys back to them. Add that to the fact I still have not seen my refund. I am out the quality time with my family because of this sorry excuse for a business not to mention all the extra money I shelled out for room stays that came out of our spending money for the trip. My advise, look elsewhere.

100% wrong. You wait 5 years to respond to my review. Does this mean I should see a response to my emails sent 5 years ago. Or how about the money that was never refunded.

If anyone is looking at doing business here, look else where. All owner reviews appear to be dated 6/19/23. Looks like they are trying to get views.
