My husband and I hired Troy and his crew to complete many scopes of work on our Cle Elum home. From the initial contact until the last nail, Troy was amazing! The communication was phenomenal. They were always easy to get a hold of and never too busy to discuss our project, provide feedback, offer ideas, and suggestions, all while staying on track and most importantly on budget. If there was something in the plans that they thought might be improved upon or be a better, more cost-effective way to achieve the same goal they would reach out and share their ideas. Troy and his team made my dream barn a reality! From start to finish, they were flexible and accommodating whenever I wanted to make changes or add features. The crew was incredibly personable and took the time to walk me through every step of the process, which I truly appreciated.
They even went above and beyond by helping with tasks that weren’t included in the original bid, and Troy himself came out personally to handle some of the work. I can’t say enough good things about this team—I would absolutely hire them again!
Another bonus: they work with local companies, which I loved. Thanks to Troy’s relationship with Knudson Lumber, we even got a discount to finish out our stalls. Great craftsmanship, great people, and great experience all around.
