I would recommend Titan Commercial Roofing to anyone. Jacob did a great job as project manager and helped us in working with our insurance company. The crews that came out to install the new roofing did flawless work and we ended up with a premium roof.

Josh Altman was my sales representative he was a great guy helped me when I needed and handled most of the insurance for me. The roof that was put on looks great and have had no problems so far.

William and Cornell did a great job working with me on my roof replacement. They got insurance approval in just a couple days and followed through on the production process. Production team worked quickly and did a great job on cleanup. Joe and Zac in the office were also very good at communicating and following up with the insurance company on changes.

First of all, my hats off to Jonathan (aka as Drew) for placing himself right in the middle of our chaos, after the tornado hit. He has been a Godsend, in so many ways since he showed up at our door. You are very blessed to have such a cordial, polite, hard working young man representing your company!
Of course, while waiting for a couple of months (because they are that busy) I got a little discouraged because I want everything done, now! I think I said something like I wish I would of just got my regular roofer guy and it would be done.
Well, I ate my words as soon as I saw the new roof. It is a very nice and extremely professional looking roof. It just has a unique look from the roofs I have seen in the past.

Billy was a great help when getting new roof. Billy was there every step of the way.They did a very good job and I was very satified.

Roofing companies sometimes get a bad reputation, so of course, I have always been skeptical. BUT after getting a new roof put on by Titan I must say…..it was a great experience.
It started with a really nice Billy White meeting us and giving us a quote. It didn’t end there! Billy made this such an easy process. The roofers came and boy they came to work! Roof installed and cleanup all in one day! For any roofing, you need to call Billy White (Paragould) with Titan Roofing (Jonesboro). Tell them I sent ya and you will be happy with the results!

Absolutely great roofing company to work with. Another roofing company came by last year and got our roof partially approved and they ghosted me. Jacob knocked my door and I explained to him my situation he inspected the roof and he told me Titan would fight Statefarm tooth and nail to get my roof fully approved. He sent in photos from his Inspection to StateFarm and got them to acknowledge the hail and wind damages. Not long after I received a full roof replacement and even got upgraded from a 3-Tab to an Atlas architectural shingle. Titan is like family very thankfully he came by to help me in my time of need.

Loved working with TJ AND Dru. Polite, informative and great guys. They help with everything from picking the color to understanding insurance terms.

Devin was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions throughout the process. We had no hail damage, but had wind damage in a compromising spot on the roof. The insurance company acknowledged the spot and paid for a full roof. We chose to wait until the weather was better before having the new roof put on. During the wait, Devin kept in contact with us which I really appreciated. I would definitely choose Titan Roofing again and ask for Devin!

The company was patient with us as our roof install was delayed due to renovations we were having done and they checked in along the way and were ready to go when we got the green light from our contractor! Dre helped me with my insurance claim, filing my HOA forms and the whole process of the installation. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. The new roof came out looking great. The installation guys did a wonderful job and cleaned up very well afterwards.

They worked with my insurance co to get the info that they requested to prove the hail damage was great enough to be replaced. Then they installed my roof in one day and even did a good job cleaning up. Everything was professionally done.

I had a new roof done around the first of November of 2024. I had had 2 previous sales reps over the last year come to my house with no follow-ups (Titan roofing). So, when I was approached the 3rd time by William S. Ramey, he guaranteed me that they would follow thru front start to finish. Within a week and a half of signing the contract, I received a new roof. Mr. Ramey came by that afternoon to make sure work was done, and cleanup was thorough.
I would recommend Titan Roofing. I greatly appreciated Mr. Ramey's time and any concerns i had.

Jacob and Devin gave us super customer service and walked up through the process from the roof inspection to filing the insurance claim to making sure we were 100% satisfied with the results. And we were!
The roofing crew did an outstanding job including crawling around on the ground after finishing to pick up as many nails and small pieces of the tear off as possible and making sure the leaf guards were clean and not damaged.

They simply do not stand by their contracts or honor the work they do..if you use these guys you are spinning the roulette wheel. They gave me a bad roof and then refused to fix it to the standards you'd expect fir having just spent 12 grand
. They have no scruples , honor or professionalism about them period..stay clear of these people if you want what you pay for or value your contracts being honored

I have nothing but good to say about them. I'm thankful for the new roof, the kindness of the staff, and a simple insurance claim I could understand as a new home owner. I was impressed with how fast the job was done too.

Dre was extremely professional both in person and over the phone. He helped arrange everything with the insurance company so there was minimal work and expense on my part. The roof looks great and was done weeks ahead of the original expectation due to how quickly everything was processed through Titan and insurance. It only took two days to have everything completed even in the hottest part of August.

We had our roof replaced last year and everything went smoothly, everyone was wonderful and they did such a great job.

Then, I noticed last week that we had a water spot on our ceiling after a recent thunderstorm and was nervous about a leak. I called and spoke with sydney (I think) and Lena who were both helpful and kind during this whole process and sent someone out. It turns out when we replaced our hvac this year, they didn’t complete this certain part (idk what it’s called but it’s on the roof) titans production team realized what it was and quickly fixed it for us when they didn’t even have to. It was so great of them to help us out, I’ll always recommend them for any roofing needs! They are 100% worth it!

Satisfied with the work done in short time

After some of the recent hail storms, my roof had finally had it. I was getting a list together of places to call when the folks at the top of my list, Titan Roofing, actually showed up doing their sales thing. Convenient in my case.
I have State Farm insurance which I've always heard is notoriously difficult to deal with for roof claims but James and the folks at Titan said they had it covered. They were straightforward in regards to pricing, how the deductible would factor in, what some of the extra costs for doing a couple upgrades would cost, and over all just easy to work with.
All said and done, we got insurance figured out, replacement looks great, and clean up after the install was pretty thorough. I'd certainly recommend them to others (even if there wasn't a referral bonus).

It's a poor company to do business with that employs poor business practices, in my opinion, and I felt people should know. They replaced our roof and the work was fine. We were told (repeatedly) that there was no out of pocket cost to us and the insurance payment (to include the deductible) would cover everything. 3 months after the work was completed they started calling saying we owed $900.00. No mention of this amount before then. They've continued to call and harass us about this for the past couple of months.

To top it off they were in our neighborhood yesterday and stopped by to ask us about getting a new roof. My wife asked if it looked like ours needed replacement and was told "yeah it could probably use it". She then informed the man that's odd since his company just replaced it in September.

Update: The company brazenly called my wife yesterday (05-10-24) and threatened to sue us for leaving a bad review and accused us of lying. Probably tells you all you need to know about doing business with them.

Update: 08/01/2024 Received a letter from their attorneys today asking/suggesting for me to remove my negative review. I will not be doing so. I've also been contacted by another former customer (via Facebook) that had the same experience as I have with this company. According to this person, they contested the charge with the debt collector and the collection agency agreed they owed nothing and nullified the charges.

I am thrilled with my new roof by Titan! Dre and James were both a big help explaining everything to me prior to the work being done. They were kind enough to file my claim with the insurance company, and meet with the adjuster on site. Their workers were at my home by 7am tearing off shingles and by 5 pm I had a new roof. I had some questions and concerns after the installation, Dre and James were kind enough to come and address them in person and to my satisfaction. My experience working with them was great.
They are very knowledgeable in their jobs and they have great personalities which made it easy and fun to work with them. I highly recommend Dre, James, and Titan Roofing for your roofing needs!

Armando & TJ did an awesome job they took care of everything. I really didn't think I would qualify for a new roof due to hail damage but knew we needed a new one but they were able to show hail damage and our insurance approved it. Armando & TJ made the process go smoothly.
