When I realized I needed an inspection I called Southern roofers for an inspection. Bill Payne came out, took pictures of the damage and informed me I had damage. L called my insurance company and Bill took it from there, talked with the adjuster and handled all the details with my insurance company. I was highly satisfied with the work done. Bill was very professional beginning, during and after the job was completed. Thanks for a job well done.

We just had our New Roof completed today! 3-27-25
This Company did an excellent job. They showed up around 7a.m., took a lunch break and completed the job by 4:30. They had to replace several pieces of plywood which we didn’t know were bad.
They worked diligently all day and cleaned as they worked. They had a large crew and knew what they were doing. The New Roof looks great! I must give a Special Shoutout to Randy Slaughter for keeping us updated with detailed information because we were having issues with our Insurance Company and he actually took over that for us. He worked very hard helping us to get our roof replaced. Randy and SOUTHERN roofing and renovations company made the wait worthwhile. We appreciate you and we appreciate all the employees who were professional and obviously took pride in their work. In this season of Thanksgiving, I am grateful for the services I received from Southern roofing. My initial contact was with Bill P. He returned a call promptly and even agreed to try to roof my daughter’s house in the length of time that I would be visiting her. He even met me at the office for all of the details as I arrived in Jonesboro on a Sunday afternoon. in short, the crew of seven showed up early and worked constantly until the job was done. From the moment they first came into my home to after completion of replacing my roof, the crew was courteous and done everything as discussed.

We had a wind/hail storm come through our community a couple of month ,it was a couple of miles from my neighborhood I never gave any thought to see about damages to my roof. Cody Keller was the primary person that worked with me, and he could not have been more helpful. He made sure that every question I had was answered, and made this whole experience easier than I expected. The installation crew was amazing. Called Southern Roofing in Jonesboro and a salesman came out and walked me through every step of what they would do, and gave me a detailed breakdown of everything that would be used and a detailed price, which by the way was cheaper than the other three quotes. The crew at time they had stated and was very professional in work, once through they cleaned up everything and my yard of any roofing tacks with magnets. I had hail damage this year. Tyler came out and inspected the roof for free. I didn't know I had that much damage. The process with them was so easy. They put the roof on just a few days after I got the money from the insurance company. They did a great job! They were fast and they cleaned up everything really well. Fast , friendly service and would recommend to anyone needing siding or roof repair. Nick was fast and knowledgeable while replacing my hail damaged siding and worked under the spotlight after dark to finish the job plus power washed our entire house to make remaining siding look as good as the new that he replaced. Getting a new roof is a pretty daunting task for those of us who have never been through it. Seth made the process easy and was always there to answer any questions I had.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of Southern Roofing. The local project managers, Terrance and Connor, were patient and persistent in working with my insurance company. The SR work crew were skilled and motivated to do a great job... they worked more than 13 hours to complete my roof in one day, correcting unexpected problems and shortcomings after the tear-down of the previous roof shingles. I recommend SR to anyone who wants quality workmanship and a dedicated roofing contractor.

I made a call to Southern Roofing around 9am for a Full Itemized Estimate for my insurance company after seeing I shingle damage. I was contacted shortly by the office. Terrance and his crew made the service call the same day. The damage was assessed and wasn't as serious as I feared. Terrance had pictures of the areas of concern and explained everything to me. By late afternoon the minor repairs were completed. This company is prompt, employees knowledgeable & courteous. If you have roofing issues, I highly recommend Southern Roofing, Terrance and his crew.

Hail damage several weeks ago rendered my roof damaged and in need of repair. Martin Skeets of Southern Roofing and Renovations-Jonesboro, AR, came out to access the damage. After evaluating my roof, it was determined that there were several areas of concern and recommended a full replacement. After working with my home owners insurance claims department, it was determined that insurance would only cover repairs and not full replacement. Due to the roofing material used for my home being discontinued, the insurance company agreed to replace entire roof. Martin communicated a schedule for crews to come out after materials were procured. The schedule Martin created was executed within the timeline promised. The roofing crew did a superb job of roofing my home and did a great job cleaning up after. They even came out later to replace some edge trim they felt was not up to standard and replaced a section or two of that. My hats off to Souther Roofing and Renovations of Jonesboro, AK. A special "thank you" to Martin Skeets and the Memphis crew for a professional and quality roof installation.

The first roofing company drop the ball when my insurance denied the claim. Chris Claude from Southern Roofing and Renovations took over my claim. Chris came out to my house and he took a lot of pictures proving my roof was not repairable as my insurance company said it was he fought tooth and nail for my new roof. My old roof was in such bad shape he goes we got to get this fixed for you. The day of my new roof I was just speechless that I was actually getting a new roof I couldn't hardly talk to Chris that day the pictures that I'm posting of my old roof don't do it justice but the new roof looks awesome I still can't believe I've got a new roof on my house. I really can't say enough on the integrity and how well Southern Roofing and Renovations take care of their clients.
