ServePro was so good to us when we had a kitchen fire. They came in and cleaned and repaired all the damage in the kitchen. I would highly recommend ServePro.

SERVPRO is the best! I had a pipe burst late one afternoon while I was gone and my house flooded. I contacted them late that evening and they were there in 30 minutes and stayed until late taking out water and securing my house. They were back the next morning, cleaning, moving furniture, taking out flooring and starting the drying process. They were so efficient, always letting me know what they were doing and why, and then telling me what the next step would be. They made a very stressful situation much easier to handle! When we had a full blown water emergency in our attic and master bedroom closet, we were not happy. When we did more research and found mold in our water heater closet and attic, we weren’t sure what to do! ServPro walked us through the whole process and cooperated with our insurance company in order to help us financially. Our closet is brand new, our attic is repaired and the mold is gone. Thanks to Mickey, Steve, Jack and many others! They went above and beyond to help us through the kind of damage you hope you never encounter! I have no problem recommending ServPro to anyone needing help due to water damage!

The SERVPRO crew was able to come out quickly to mitigate the mold as a result of a water leak behind our kitchen cabinets. They were very professional and made extra efforts to contain dust and noise during the drying process.

A small damp spot on the carpet quickly became a soaked room of carpet. Had already called them when spot was small but jumped into gear and started demo and cleanup once water had spread. They did a great job and I would highly recommend as well as use again

Servpro started out very strong but there is NO communication from the employees at all. The crew came in, set up all their fans. Then when came back to demolish bad areas, I was told so many things that would be replaced, 4 grown men sat at my table and watched me at 65 with many medical issues, carry boxes to clear floor and never once offered after the project manager had told me the crew could help as long as they did not contain firearms or jewelry. After about my 8-10 box, I said I’m done and quit and they left in lieu of moving the few other boxes so they could start. No one I called at Servpro ever called me back. It took me talking with Tim to get my call. I will NEVER use this company again nor recommend. They leave you hanging as to what you as the homeowner, next step is. HORRIBLE experience

After a fire at my house ServPro came quickly and completed the repairs in record time. Replacing appliances, painting rooms, painting ceilings. Jack was so very nice and helpful throughout the process. He communicated with me and kept me informed on their progress. They did a GREAT job repairing my home. I would recommend ServPro without hesitation to anyone that needs help repairing their house after a small or large disaster.

I recently had water that backed up into my basement “man den” that I discovered on a Friday, after normal business hours. Not only was it a sick feeling watching the water continuing to encroach and stand throughout the room, but there wan’t anything I could do to stop it.

But not long after I contacted Servpro they had a whole crew show up and started working. They were like the Calvary that showed up to save the day! I’m sure that all of the guys would rather have started their weekend relaxing at home but you wouldn’t have known it. They worked continuously until 10p packing and moving my items out of the water, vacuuming and mopping up water so they could then setup equipment to dry and condition the air before leaving. By the time the crew left that night, they had protected my personal items from damage, eliminated the problem source and started the recovery process within hours! It was a huge relief that night knowing my head wasn’t going to explode from being in panic mode and could feel confident that the problem was under control.

After following up the next day and returning just a couple more, a hefty project that would have taken days or weeks worth of effort on my part was no more. All I can say is “Thank You” for everything! And of course, recommend Servpro to anyone that doesn’t want their head to explode when your next disaster occurs…and they do.

We had SERVPRO repair/replace some floor joists under our house. They also Treated our house for mold, removed the existing mold and treat it so that the mold wouldn’t grow back. They also Wrapped our duct work under the house and replace vents for us. We would recommend them.

They did a wonderful job taking care of my back room that had water damage I would highly recommend them to anyone

Once I finally got Servpro to return my calls, they were great to work with. I had a mold concern, and Steve found the issue immediately without having to take samples. He was very kind and helpful with his recommendations for fixing the issue.

Steve is wonderful! I had 4 different companies out to look at my mold problem and by far Steve was the best. He was educated on the subject and had lots of experience. He helped alleviate my fear and explained in detail what the process would be. He even gave me tips on my air filters and an air purifier I could get that could help me with some health problems. And he helped me save money. I can’t recommend him and Servpro enough!

We had an electric water heater leak that resulted in water running under a wall and causing a wood floor to become saturated. I spoke to Steve and he advised me to shut off the breaker, connect a water hose to the drain valve and open the pressure relief valve to help the water drain faster. Luckily the water had not caused any extensive damage. It was really nice to know that even though we didn't have to utilize Servpro's restoration services, they were willing to help with just advice.

I used SERVPRO to do the repairs needed after some water damage. I needed drywall, baseboards, insulation, painting and new carpet. They came and did the wall repairs first and were done in a day! Once the carpet came in, that was done in less than a day. They very polite and worked in a very timely manner. They made sure I was satisfied with the work before they left. They were also very good with keeping me updated along the entire process. Wonderful people!

We had a huge leak from our Chiller system that dumped 100s of gallons of pink liquid in a 2nd floor mechanical room. This drained through the flooring spaces, through the ceiling, to the first floor onto some of our lounge furniture. This occurred at 8:00PM on a Saturday. ServePro was on the spot in minutes and us ready for Church Services by 7:00AM on Sunday. They finished the clean-up and drying out the next week and we avoided any structural or finish work repairs. Pipe burst when temperatures dropped low right before Christmas. Angel and her crew completed the water mitigation and the tear down of our laundry room. She kept in contact and let us know her every step. She also answered the questions that she could that we had. We have not heard anything from the reconstruction department and we are two weeks and counting from the drying out process.

The school district for which I serve as superintendent had two separate pipes burst following sub-zero temperatures that are very uncommon for our region of the country. Tim was awesome. The air conditioner backed up. Ruined my flooring. They took it out. Found mold in my closet took it out. Used machine’s to dry out the concrete to make sure I didn’t have mold with new flooring. Could not ask for better service.
