I normally don't send reviews. This time, the company deserves it. The team showed up, worked hard, and never bothered us. I still can't believe how clean my yard and deck were when they finished. My husband was worried about the shingle color I picked, but my roof looks wonderful! The pattern they used is so much prettier than the one the last company used. Also, I've not had one single water spot on my ceiling since your team was here. Thank you, Allstar Restoration.

Allstar Restoration Services was a pleasure to work with on my roof project. The roofing crew was efficient and professional. One of my concerns considering a roof tear off was safety for house pets and grandchildren after completion. As I walked around my yard the following morning I couldn’t find a single nail or piece of a shingle. It was like they were never here. The architectural shingles look amazing with quality drip edge around the entire roof. Great experience, very pleased.

Got off to a slow start due to problems beyond All Star's control. Product availability was the largest problem, but to get things rolling Zach offered me an upgrade on my roofing choice at NO extra cost. He even had his crew, with my permission, come out on a Sunday to do the installation. Project done in one day!! Amazing. Highly recommend AllStar Restoration for all your roofing needs!!

These guys know how to get it done!!! They come in tore off old roofs and put them on my house and shed in one day. They cleaned up the mess and was gone in no time. Great job guys, when it’s cleared on other houses of mine, I’ll sure call you. Have a happy new year.

The owner was extremely rude and talked down to me on several occasions, never in my life have I been talked to like he did to me. I still have a whole in My garage that they said they would fix and now Refusing and it happened while I was getting my new roof put on. If I could put a zero star, I would.

I would use Allstar Restoration for all my roofing needs. Customer service is number one, Communication is priority and they go above and beyond to make your experience a great one. If you have any problems they will work very hard to fix them. They were finishing my roof on Thanksgiving. I give this company and it's owners an A+++ Julie Garner

Crew and staff were excellent and great to deal with however the owner was a problem. I was told half down and the other half when the job was completed, he demanded money two more times and used profanity when I asked him why. It’s my understanding that the staff and crew were not paid for their services.

Worker's were on time, hard working. They basically finished tear-off and replacement in one day (3000 sq ft); including, the unexpected replacement of five sheets of plywood. Zach was thorough in his estimate and he new exactly how to deal with our insurance company. I would definitely recommend this business!

Called for repairs to severe roof damage from a tree that fell on our 120 year old home. Damage to both decking and superstructure so concerned that we might not find anyone would be willing to take on the job. Zach with Allstar responded that day, his crew had it tarped same day because of coming rain, and (when the insurance adjuster finally came the next week) they were on the roof inspecting it with them. They've also been to ones keep in contact with the insurance company to keep them informed of the extent of the damage, provided them with photos, etc. Allstar's crew are prompt, professional, and personable, keeping us up with the work schedule, additional damage discovered over the course of the job, and has been in contact with the insurance adjusts to keep them informed of new findings also. The roof looks great and couldn't be happier with the job. Also, great cleanup afterward. (Haven't found a single nail in the yard)

Alex was awesome with the initial signing process and explained everything well. Weather didn't cooperate with our initial installation date, but the wait wasn't too long after.

Once construction began, it was discovered that our roof would a lot more attention than originally thought. All-Star took it in stride, found the solution, communicated well, and completed the job over a couple days. They even submitted sufficient paperwork to our insurance company in a timely manner so they could cover the extra cost of the roof and decking replacement.

We would recommend All Star Restoration Services to anyone!

David and Kayla Mott were extremely helpful and professional while assisting us with what we need for our roof. Great advice and excellent knowledge of what needs to be done.

Had a few small leaks around some vent pipe and at the ridge line and David Mott took his time to show me what was wrong the the right to fix it so I know he did a great job.

Alex Perkinator does roofing stuff and knows stuff and is a five star and is so wonderful and I love his companion Sarah.

Best roofing company around! They truly take pride in making sure the customer is satisfied. As well as making sure the work is done right. In fact, they were able to strip and put on a new roof in one day. Just in time for heavy rain and hail to hit that same night. Being able to withstand the elements. What a wonderful group of people at Allstate Restoration Services in Jonesboro, Ar, David Mott stopped by our house one afternoon and we signed a contract with him that same day to get our roof replaced, Kayla House joined the group and we got to meet her, we just had to wait for insurance to get done with what they needed to do and Zack and Josh kept in contact with us along the way with David & Kayla stopping by to make sure things was ok with us too and in no time at all they was here to replace our roof as soon as possible. They laid tarps in our yard to help with their cleanup and the roof was replaced in just a matter of hours. So if you need a new roof give them a call, they work with you in every way they can.
