By lucky happenstance, we signed up for Titan Property Services to do our plowing last winter. We were so impressed by Rob and Matt's dependability that we arranged for some repair work on our house this summer. There were several large repair and paint areas on our wood siding and windows. We also had them build some new front steps.While working on the house, Rob uncovered several additional items not noticed in our house inspection. By repairing our windows and siding, they helped us save thousands in full replacement costs. We expect to be weathertight for years to come.
They are honest, courteous, professional craftsmen. Rob finds the best value in quoting materials for his customers.

I had some pretty large landscaping messes at my house that I hired Rob and Matt to take care of at my home, from trimming to extracting some old and overgrown shrubs. They were very professional and very prompt in getting the work done and stopped by at every opportunity to complete the job efficiently and effectively. Everything was spotless upon job completion and Rob kept me apprised of the progress throughout the week. I highly recommend Titan Property Services for any of your landscaping needs.

Imagine, if you will, a contractor with honesty, integrity and a strong work ethic. A contractor who responds promptly to messages. A contractor who shows up when they say they are going to, charges a fair price, works incredibly hard, is incredibly knowledgeable in their field, takes the time to explain everything to you clearly and concisely and does AN OUTSTANDING JOB. Imagine the aforementioned behavior is consistent, with EVERY job. Imagine they do it all with a smile and friendliness that has you inviting them to your next lawn party. A myth you say?!

I have stumbled across the Unicorn of Contractors! I was extremely hesitant to leave this review as I am a bit of a hoarder when it comes to nice things. However, Titan Property Services has gone so far above and beyond my expectations (and they were pretty high to begin with) that I feel I must, in this instance, share the wealth, so to speak.

We purchased a home a month or so ago. It had been vacant for over a year. A year’s worth of leaves, debris and yuck built up on the property. We had some trees that needed to come down and overgrown brush that needed to be cleared out as well. Titan came in, cleaned house on the yard, trees, brush and everything. It looks amazing! I have a lawn! And those trees? One of them was directly over and beside our humongous propane tank, the other 3 were within a couple yards of the house. They dropped them so perfectly, I kept looking to see if there was a blue ox wandering about. NO DAMAGE. None. Zero. Nada. And not a stick left in the yard. Their cleanup ethic is phenomenal. I just can’t believe these guys are for real!

I can't say enough good things about Rob and Titan Property Services. I contacted Rob on a whim through his Craigslist ad in the Fall of 2014 because my husband was away for months on a job and I needed help with fall yard work. Our 4ac property in Hollis was filled with leaves and it was going to take me months to do it all myself. Not only did he come over quickly, he took my circumstances into account and without asking, just went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it. He then continued to plow and sand my driveway with care in the winter, spring clean up, tree removal after storms, and weeding and mowing in the summer when we eventually put our house on the market. Our house was vacant for a while on the market and he continued to do all our property maintenance and even did some internal work when our house had some water damage and we needed to have the ceiling repainted.

Rob's customer service is beyond compare. He'll contact you on whatever medium is best for you. He always sent me text messages and emails with invoices, before and after pictures, updates if he stopped by and noticed something, or just wanted to check-in. He's a positive person to have around, truly cares about his clients, and shows he cares about their properties without exception.

Rob can be trusted with any aspect of your property maintenance for the fairest price. He's a one-of-kind guy running a great business. Do yourself a favor and give him a call. You won't regret it and you'll never go back.

If there were more stars available I would give them to Titan Property Services. They maintain my property on a year round basis and I couldn't be more pleased. As a senior citizen ,Titan Property Services lets me live worry free regarding the maintenance of my property. They are courteous and professional. They are always there on a moments notice and I couldn't sing their praises any higher.

I needed to find someone to plow my road and driveway and I was able to find TITAN. They were prompt in coming to check the job and were very professional and reasonable. Not only that- but they do a great job and have top notch customer service. I will be using them for as long as I can and also will look into their landscaping services this Spring. Great job and I have told my co-workers about the business and would refer TITAN to anyone!

They are FANTASTIC! They literally saved the day!! Our plumbing was backed up.. so they dug this frozen ground and prepped it for the septic crew! I can’t begin to thank them enough!! Sanded and salted our driveway.. to make it safe for us to both drive and walk it!! They are both Caring and Competent!!! We are Soo great full for finding them!!! I highly recommend to all of you for any of your plowing and property maintenance

Called Rob on a whim when the oil co said they wouldn’t deliver oil down my long flat driveway without being sanded first. Mind you, I’ve never had to in the past. Nonetheless an hour after I called my driveway was sanded! Great customer service. Thank you!

Rob and his team do an excellent job at a fair price. His quote was a couple hundred dollars lower than one competitor and the service was very timely. I highly recommend Titan property services.
