Everyone at Titan made this process after last years storm so smooth and calmed my anxiety riddled mind that never had to go through this before! The professionalism of everyone I encountered was such a reassurance!

This is our third experience working with Titan Exteriors and they have been exceptional each time.

We are currently working with Manny Cerda on replacing our roof, gutters, and siding damaged from last summer's severe storms. He has been a pleasure to work with--professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He has worked with us from step one and ensured our claim was properly inspected and estimated by our insurance company and scheduled for repairs.

We have worked with Titan Exteriors since 2017 when they replaced our roof due to severe weather damage and again in 2019 when they did a substantial amount of siding repair and painted our house. Both times they did a great job and we were completely satisfied with their work.

We highly recommend Titan Exteriors and look forward to working with Manny Cerda to complete our roof and gutter replacement this summer.

Titan Exteriors painted and did some work on the siding, soffit, and gutters of my rental property. John Allman was very transparent with what needed to be completed to ensure that the integrity of the siding would hold up over my desired time frame.

I recently had my house painted by Titan Exterior - with representative John Alman, and they did such a fantastic job. He recommended lower end siding band aid boards due to my siding being older and needed added protection to last longer.

Got a second opinion on damage to my roof. Jake came out yesterday and looked at it. He was very friendly and very honest. Turns out I don't need another roof right now. Unlike the last person that came out that was just trying to sell me a roof Jake and this company was very helpful, honest, and easy to talk to and answer any questions you may have. When the time comes that I do need a new roof I will definitely be contacting these guys to have it done. Very impressed. Honesty and non high pressure sales tactics are very hard to find from a company anymore.

If you're shopping around for roofers, look no further! John and Mykala at Titan Exteriors are kind, professional and honest. They will not try to nickel-and-dime you, and John is very good at explaining things. He really knows his stuff. We had extensive hail damage to our roof, and John worked tirelessly with our insurance company to make sure we had everything we needed. He was done with our roof a month before other contractors in my neighborhood even got started. The installers were fast, respectful and did a great job with clean-up. It was 110 out the day they did our roof, and they still finished it before dark. Seriously, Titan Exteriors is THE BEST around!

Just had Titan put on a new roof and new gutters in September. Amazing job, great price and honest. I am so so happy I went with them. I had gotten 4 bids and they were the best. I highly recommend!

I contacted Titan after a wind storm and I had a few shingles fly off. They were prompt to come out and fix the shingle issue. They also added some flashing to divert some runoff into the gutters instead of next to my foundation. I understood the flashing would not be aesthetically appealing but the craftsmanship was lacking for the amount I paid. I contacted Titan to resolve and they said they would take a look at it. Nothing has happened so I’ve decided to take care of it myself. Also, one of the guys was smoking a cigarette on my roof which I thought was pretty unprofessional.

Very thankful I went with Titan Exteriors for my Vinyl Siding and gutter installation. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. Crew was talented and worked very hard. We had storm damage a few years ago, and our insurance company opted to pay us for only the front half of our roof. We patched the bad spots, banked the rest of the cash and waited till we had enough to buy a full roof. We solicited quotes from 11 different roofers in the area, and found Titan Exteriors to be one of the cheapest, though not the absolute cheapest. We decided to go with Titan Exteriors because John was professional, courteous and was able to answer all my questions without being misleading or vague.

We discussed shingle options and John was very interested in getting us something that fit our needs without compromising quality but didn't exceed what was necessary for our area. John even had input regarding color options that would work with our house and landscaping.

Materials were delivered as expected and the job was completed within the agreed upon time frame (1 day). John was there several times through out the day to ensure a quality job was being performed. He met with us a couple of times to discuss some sheeting issues and again at the end of day to discuss the finished product. I would hire John and team again.

Jon Allman and company were absolutely wonderful in returning our home back to when we first built it. We initially requested them to quote us on caulking exterior seams before our painter was due to work on our house. Jon noticed gutter damage from from previous storms over the past three years. His team provided an excellent quote for gutter replacement with a powdercoat finish to avoid aging like you traditionally receive from painted gutters. Every aspect of the project was seamlessly easy and Jon's & crew were flexible with the schedule. Everyone was extremely professional and either on-time or up to an hour early for each day on the job. His office staff were extremely informative on when work was scheduled and when completed. I highly recommend TItan Exteriors if you're looking for a company who will help you with exterior projects and not make it a chore in doing so. Our family is extremely happy with the finished product and received numerous comments from neighbors all around. A fantastic company, true professionals, quality work, and masters of their craft!

BUYER BEWARE - If they mess up, they will blame it on you, and not take responsibility!
We contracted Titan to repair our roof after hail damage. Titan recommended switching out our old style ‘box vents’ to new style ‘ridge vents’, we took their advice. In the process, Titan disconnected our shower vents from the ‘box vents’, and simply dropped the shower vent hoses (2) into the attic. This caused our showers to vent steam into our attic. This resulted in black mold and water damage.
When I called Titan out on it, they blamed me by saying ‘Homeowner never specifically contracted Titan to upgrade the shower vent’. I was taken aback by this response, and tried to rebut that by saying ‘I had never been on my roof, I had no idea the shower vents even needed upgrading’. But Titan felt that was my problem, implying I was responsible to climb onto my roof and know what needed fixing prior to them doing the same.
I then tried to argue they had an obligation to warn me that the vents needed upgrading. At the very least, I thought they had an obligation to tell me they were going to drop the vents into my attic. Titan disagreed, said they had no responsibility to warn me they dropped the shower vents into the attic.
Titan then responded by saying 'the shower vents did not meet current code, so Titan is not responsible for the vents’. Titan is actually mistaken here, verified by Omaha Code Enforcement office:
When the house was built, the shower vents were built to meet code AT THAT TIME. Code at that time required shower vents to terminate within 10” of a ‘box vent’, which they did. Code then changed a number of years ago, requiring a different style of shower vent. This change only applied to new construction, not retroactive. True, while the shower vents were not using current code, they in fact were not required to. Titan’s argument is without merit.
Titan’s work on the roof, actually caused the codes to become enforceable. The act of Titan doing work on the roof, required the vents to change, but the simple fact is, the vents did meet code when they were installed.
Titan said if I tried to file a claim, they would fight it, saying Titan wasn’t responsible for code violations. A meritless defense, because they are twisting facts.
Now I am stuck with no recourse but to pay several $1,000s in water and mold damage.

We highly recommend Titan Exteriors! We received other estimates, but found Peter's roof inspection, assessment and Titan's plan to be the most thorough and comprehensive. Titan's representatives are professional, extremely knowledgeable about all products and installation processes, and took the time to answer all our questions at every step. Jon, Peter, all the crews and supervisors were wonderful to work with and the work was completed to our satisfaction. The new roof is beautiful and we love it. We've had many compliments from neighbors. We will definitely choose Titan again for any home exterior needs. Integrity, reliability, quality products, excellent customer service, reasonable prices. Five stars!

John Allman is a great person to work with. If I had a small problem with a detail, he quickly fixed it without hesitation or hesitant demeanor. All of my concerns were listened to. I have a nicer exterior due to his company! I have a new roof, new vinyl siding, shutters, and gutters. Very happy with those.

Titan delivered an excellent experience beginning to end. They were competitive on their bid and helped us understand how the insurance process worked. They were very responsive and came back multiple times to check on things and correct a couple things that didn’t get done as agreed upon originally. They were always very friendly to deal with as well. We would use them again and also recommend them to friends and family.

Titan did a great job with our roofing, gutters and downspouts. They replaced my roof and siding after the storm in June 2017. Very happy with the results. John was very helpful in battling Allstate with me, and eventually got them to replace all of our siding rather than just part of it.

John did an excellent job presenting his products to us; he was professional and knowledgeable. I met John when he came in to my own business the first time, and was impressed with he his character. I happened to be in the middle of a project on the back of my house with a deck and some polycarbonite roofing over a covered porch I was having trouble getting done on my own. John was able to get the materials ordered and in about a week, had his guys over and got the work done in just a few hours. Probably would have taken me the entire weekend, and I would have needed another set of hands. Very happy to have met John. I'm sure I'll be using Titan again in the future.

I was dreading the fact that it was time to replace my roof and gutters, in fact it was overdue. The reason I was not looking forward to this process is because I was going to be the one to pay for it instead of insurance and I already had a bad experience with another company that agreed to do the job but never showed up. John Allman from Titan Exteriors saw my roof when driving by and stopped to talk with me, which was convenient because I was already in the process of trying to get estimates. John provided me with an estimate and even went as far as taking me up on the roof if I was comfortable to show me the trouble spots and there were many. We took a week to gather a couple other estimates which were all fairly in line but where Titan exteriors really shined was in their responsiveness and customer service.

Every time I called John either answered or very promptly returned my call. I understand it’s a business and that there are times when you can’t be available but I never had to call back to get a question answered or felt like I was being ignored for days waiting for a response. There is something to receiving excellent customer service and unfortunately it seems like a lost skill, but John is outstanding when it comes to keeping you informed and up to date. Once we decided to move forward with Titan Exteriors John was able to schedule the installation first thing Monday the following week and had all the materials delivered on Friday. There had been some rain early Monday morning and John promptly called me to let me know they would be there about 45 minutes to an hour later to allow the roof to dry up but he still showed up early. He had a large crew and completed the roof replacement on Monday and installed the gutters on Tuesday morning. At every turn I felt like John was going the extra mile, consulting me about any trouble areas making sure soffit vents were installed where there were none and matching the siding. I can’t say enough about what a great experience I had working with John, so much so that I have referred him to many co-workers, friends and family for their housing exterior needs.

I recently had a new roof on my residential home. A co-worked referred me to John Allman at Titan Exteriors. I called to get an estimate. On my first contact with John, it was very evident that he takes great pride in delivering excellent customer service. John was very, very responsive to me either via phone or email. I had also recd two other estimates but both of the other companies were not very responsive. John really went out of his way to earn my business. I met with him a couple of different times to review his proposal and he answered all my questions and came in with a very competitive proposal.

Once i agreed to move forward with the roof, i was expecting to wait several weeks to get on the schedule, which seems to be common with many roofers. I contacted John on a Monday to advise to move forward. The shingles got delivered the next day (John was on site to make sure everything was delivered) and the crew from Titan Exteriors did the roof on Wednesday. A six man crew showed up Wed. morning about 7:30am. They were very friendly, professional, and well prepared. By the time i got home from work at 4:30pm, they were completely done and had already left. By the look of the exterior yard and surroundings, you couldn't even tell any roofers were there. They did a great job cleaning up. And the roof looks fantastic. I even had my travel trailer parked on the side of my garage. John actually asked if i had planned on moving it so no shingles damaged the trailer. In fact, John was gracious enough and offered me a space at the lot where he parks his trucks so i moved the trailer there overnight. Now how many contractors would go that far to make a customer happy?

I would definitely recommend Titan Exteriors. In fact, i've already referred them to a friend of mine.
