We had an issue with water leaking into a front closet. I talked with Zane about it & he suggested a fix and gave us an estimate. Then we had another rain & we realized the problem was more serious. The workman arrived within two days & located the issue, repaired it & we've had a dry closet ever since. Zane kept us apprised of costs & we were happy with the result & price. We won't hesitate to use Papillion Windows & Siding again.

I felt genuinely impressed by the quick, professional help and clear communication that made everything smooth and easy for me. Kept me updated on each step of the process, from giving me an estimate to measuring the windows to when the order would arrive to when they would be installed. Cleaned up after the work was done & followed thru with a phone call to make sure we were happy with the install job. Would recommend.

From the start all the way through the completion of my project, Zane, Trisha, and their teams provided exceptional service, superior products, and exemplary craftsmanship. I had the full project as well; Siding, windows, and insulation. I can not recommend this company enough for any and all of your needs. I plan on returning in several years to have them put siding on my garage I plan on building as well as the addition we are putting onto the house.

Zane and Trisha were great to work with on our hail damage repairs to roof, gutters, and siding. They were on the property daily ensuring the projects were being completed to specifications. We enjoyed the hassle free, no pressure business ethos of Papillion Windows and Siding. Zane worked directly with our insurance company for the final completion reports which took a burden off us since we don't handle these details every day.
We were very pleased with the end results, but the siding took twice as long as expected, and Zane had to have an independent craftsmen adjust a couple details after the roofing, gutter, and siding crews were complete.
All-in-all a great experience and will consider Papillion Windows and siding for future projects.

After installing a complete roof some years ago having it replaced Now by a reputable company finding where they removed Turtle Vents and they covered them up with tar paper and Roofing they didn't fill them in with a filler. And continuous leaks because they put Ridge venting mixed with Turtle vents which is against code and causes water to get in an element my new roof by a reputable company one day complete where it took them a week

Some thing broke a large bay window. Called Papillion window . They sent someone out to give me an estimate. Told me it could take up to four weeks. It came in. Paul my installer. Had it installed in about an hour. Nice job and clean up. Thanks to all.

Great windows, very high quality. After installing in these windows, we no longet need a space heater in the main room, and they are warm to the touch. Even in the -20 below zero weather, the room maintained the temp. Michelle was great to deal with, she was on site numerous times during install. We were kept up to date with the order status. The install crew was great, took their time, did a great job.

Our house was built in the late 70’s and still had the original windows. Michelle came over and talked with my wife and I to determine what was the best window for our budget.

She explained to us all the differences between brands, styles, materials and warranties and made the selection process very easy.

When it came to install day, the PWS crew was amazing, very thoughtful and did quality work. They constantly cleaned up as they went and had all of our windows (11 windows and a sliding glass door) installed within just 2 days.

After noticing a couple windows weren’t function correctly, the installation crew was right back out to determine the issue (manufacture mistake with the wrong window weights) and had the problem fixed within a few days of the correct parts arriving.

If I ever need window’s again, Michelle and the crew at Papillion Window’s and Siding will definitely be getting the job. As soon as we decide and new siding for our house, will will us PWS for that as well.

Had 15 new windows installed in one day. They did a great job cleaned up after themself. Next just waiting for siding and doors to come in and better weather. Got siding and doors installed great work. House looks totally different and great. I would remand this company and have.

The tech who installed the windows knew exactly what he was doing, very prompt, and made quick work of it, he showed up on time and very good install quality., for and finish. If there’s a reason I would give 4 stars and not 5 is because afterwards I noticed debris from the install in my yard/driveway, he picked up the large pieces but many little pieces remained like screws/nails.
