We had MWD install new windows, Dylan and office staff communicated through out the whole project from start to finish. The install crew was friendly and did a great job. I can definitely tell a difference in the temperature in my home and was very happy with the final product.

Monarch is amazing!!! Marc was seriously the best to work with. Our home was damaged in the summer 2024 storm (broken windows, hail damaged siding, roof, gutters, etc). We had some hassles with the initial company we tried to work with and switched to Monarch and man do we wish we had gone with them initially. They handled everything for us and worked with our insurance company to iron out all the details and payments. Took such a load of stress off. We LOVE the outcome of the work they did. It's like a whole new home!

Dylan and his crew were great to work with! Dylan met our insurance adjuster at our home and talked through things with the adjuster. Once report came back, new roof was installed within a few weeks and happy with the result.

With two significant hail storms and a big wind storm this year, Mark came to our house twice to inspect our roof. While he was up there he removed a tree limb and some other debris. Mark is great to talk to and is honest and trustworthy. I will only work with Monarch in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Travis took all the time I needed to decide on placement for a new window. His expertise and advice was right one spot. He was patent and explained in detail the aesthetic of window placement. He was 100% correct. I trusted his opinion and I’m so glad I did! The window looks amazing! Placement is perfect! I could not be happier! I will be using Monarch for our door installation! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

They charged me several hundreds more than what was listed on the contract and left my house extremely messy. :( Their communication and customer service was terrible and the way it all ended sucked. It was supposed to be completed 3 months earlier than it actually was, and it took 3 times longer to do it all than it was supposed to, impacting my work and pay. Very stressful and unfortunate because I really wanted to support them initially.

Great company. I had first contacted 1-800-HANSONS to come and look at my roof. They came and did not even get on the roof and inspect it. They just quoted me a seemingly high price for a new roof just by taking pictures. Tom with Monarch Siding, Windows, & Roofing came out and walked the roof. He advised me my roof was in great shape and good for another ten years. I would recommend this company to anyone. Beware of dealing with 1-800-HANSONS. Tom gave me a rough estimate of a new roof and it was almost 50% cheaper than 1-800-HANSONS. Anyone needing a new roof, windows, or siding, please give them a call.

Marc and all of the crews were absolutely awesome. I had my house sided, 3 windows replaced, new gutters and everyone was so professional, responsive and on time. Whenever I had a question or concern Marc took care of it immediately. Same for all the crews. Always taking care of everything. I would recommend them for any work you need done.

Mark with Monarch worked with us in 2014 on an insurance claim to replace all windows on the north side of the house. The project was done successfully, with all previous problems with leaking windows completely addressed. We have just signed a bid to replace additional windows and look forward to the same outcome.

I can't say enough good about Monarch. Marc was our primary contact with the company. He was kind and we never felt that he was pushing us to spend our money towards things that did not matter. Our home now has windows and siding that were installed by Monarch. Their crew members were wonderful. They cleaned up after themselves, were respectful, and did a great job! The product is quality and they will show you why. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for siding or windows.

We just had our house sided with vinyl siding. It looks beautiful. We would have done this sooner if we'd known how good it would look. The guys that did the siding worked so hard and took so much pride in their work. Any questions I had were immediately addressed. They give the best customer service. And really good quality work.

Monarch completed the siding job on our condo a few months ago and we are extremely satisfied! There is nothing negative I can say about this company! I have had neighbors and random people walking by stop and tell me how great our house looks. It is like a whole new house. They are excellent to work with in every way. I would highly recommend them!
