We were looking to add a front porch and roof to our existing home. We contact Titan Contracting after being referred to them by a neighbor. Patrick and his crew are true professionals. They kept us informed of the progress with photos and phone calls. We are extremely happy with the work and how the construction area was cleaned up at the completion of the project. We would highly recommend Titian construction.

We replaced all of our doors and storm doors. The first guy we hired ghosted us, and several neighbors recommended Titan. Patrick responded IMMEDIATELY to my phone call and online request. His quote was very reasonable, and he was able to schedule the install within a week of our having all the necessary materials. The install was yesterday, and the crew was GREAT. Patrick himself came today to inspect the work. EVERYONE was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be using them for future projects and wholeheartedly recommend them.

We had three sets of steps and an outdoor deck replaced. Patrick and his crew are professional, courteous and pay attention to detail. They are also punctual, when they say they will be out, they show up. We highly recommend this company for any of your home projects. Titan contracting has done 3 previous jobs for us: new deck railing, the addition of gutters and finished the inside of a new shed. They will be doing a 4th job in a few weeks (waiting for supplies) which will be the addition of a bay window. Titan's crew have been reliable, timely and are good about cleaning up the work area. Their prices seem reasonable as well. They are hard workers and bad weather hasn't seemed to deter them. I highly recommend them for just about any of your contracting needs. Don't hesitate on contracting with them!

We hired Titan Contracting to replace our old wooden deck with a composite deck. We contacted several companies and chose Titan because they were the most professional and responsive, preparing an estimate by the next day. The price was reasonable and they were able to begin work in the time frame we were hoping for. The work crew was professional and prompt and did a quality job. We are very satisfied with our new deck and would not hesitate to use Titan Contracting for our next project.

I have been contemplating and planning on a deck for about a year now, finally decided to go with Titan Contacting. What a great decision that was, when I sat with Pat and discussed the plan with him, he gave us options and we made our picks, he told me about 6-7 weeks before starting. Well he was dead on, he told me July 5th, well after a phone call telling me his help had called in sick that day, he said they would be out the next day for sure.. Sure enough the next morning they showed up and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Said if all goes well in 4 days they would be done. Sure enough 4 days later on Monday afternoon the deck was finished and you hardly knew anything was done. There attention to detail and cleaning up after themselves was perfect. Never left a mess, at the end of each day, all tools and scrap would was picked up and cleaned up. Would I have them back to do other projects? Absolutely!! They actually made me walk around with them and make sure we were 100% satisfied with the finished product!! Beautiful thank you Titan for being exactly what you said you were!!

Titan Contracting recently completed a 12’ x 22’ deck on my home in Milton, DE. I selected Titan Contracting, LLC, after reviewing several contractor reviews on Google. I was impressed with Titan’s 5 star reviews and called the owner, Patrick Speese, to provide an estimate for the job. I was totally impressed with the Patrick’s professionalism. I sensed some prior military training and asked the question…are you former military? He responded, yes, former Marine. As a former military member, he gained a notch immediately.

Working with Patrick was an amazing experience. He provided the plan and estimate for the project within 24 hours. Everything was done digitally. Patrick worked with me to provide all plans/specifications and assurances (i.e., business license, proof of insurance and workman’s comp) required by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). He responded to all questions and requests for information/documents within hours. Once I received ARC approval, I signed the contract. Patrick estimated that the work would begin within about one month, given his backlog of work and need to order materials.

Work commenced according to schedule. The foreman for the project was ‘Kyle.’ He was also excellent to work with. There was one glitch on the project. When Patrick came by initially to provide the estimate, we discussed the color of the Trex decking. I explained that my wife wanted the color to be the same as we had on the screened porch. Patrick indicated that the color was ‘Madeira.’ When the materials showed up, it was clear that the color that was ordered was not the same as the decking on the porch. The porch deck color was ‘Woodland Brown.’ Rather than postpone the project, Titan proceeded to construct the deck with the decking material that had been ordered. Patrick took ownership of the mistake and said…’I’ll order the correct color, but I don’t want to delay your enjoyment of the deck!’ Patrick ordered the correct decking color the same day. His crew proceeded to complete the job, which was completed within 5 days. Every man on the crew was excellent. One of the guys on the crew ‘Justin’ was a former submariner and the experience showed in his work ethic and desire to get things done correctly…amazing guy. The correct decking arrived within one week. As soon as the decking arrived, the crew was back at it and completed the job within two days.

Titan did a wonderful job! My wife and I are totally thrilled with the outcome! Rarely in my life has my experience with a contractor or any service provider been this amazing. I cannot recommend Titan Contracting more highly! I wish Patrick Speese and his amazing crew much health and good fortune!

Titan just built a new deck for us and they were great . Easy going to deal with and professional.

I hired Titan Contracting to make repairs to my front deck. I worked directly with Kyle through the process - he was a quick and responsive communicator, and the project was reasonably priced. Titan completed the project within the agreed upon time range and I trusted the work that they did. Very happy with the completed project, would recommend.

I was hesitant, this being a new company and all but I will tell you I have zero regrets of choosing them. Customer service and communication is huge for me and they were top notch from our first contact until the very end! Patrick came out the next day to do a quote, sent me a quote the same night and worked with me through my many changes (he definitely has patience). Price was definitely fair considering the rising prices on everything and the quality of work…I couldn’t ask for anything better (well that was in my price range lol). I HIGHLY recommend Titan Contracting for any of ur upgrades. Although the company is young, they definitely know what they are doing!
