Just completed our second repair visit to this shop. I can only say they are top notch in every area of the RV repair experience. We had Zack as our assigned tech the first visit and Stacy this time. Both are exceptionally great at RV work and we were completely satisfied with a combined total of 14 repairs. We have a Vilano 5th wheel. We will
continue to use this repair facility for our RVs.

We just left there a few days ago getting our Brinkley G3500 fitted with a rock guard and other maintenance done like greasing wheel bearings. We are previous Vilano owners and are now jumping over to getting our Brinkley serviced by Danny and crew. We cannot agree more on the fantasitc service and shout out to Jeremy and Zack for their outstainding work.

A fantastic place for RV repairs. Top notch quality work + some of the nicest folks you’ll ever meet. While your RV is being repaired, make sure you go to Inez’s for breakfast or lunch, super nice folks and great food

Fast and Fantastic customer service. Had roof sprayed on my 5th wheel. Had a bit of overspray but they quickly corrected it. Very easy to work with.

Would give them 10 out of 5 if possible. Worth every mile to get there. The shop is highly knowledgeable and works at your direction. We have decided to make annual visits to keep our rig in top shape at an extremely affordable rate. Best shop in the business

Would have loved to give them a great review but didn’t even get that far. When we first contacted Danny, he was very enthusiastic on fixing the mostly cosmetic damage to our Grand Design but as time went on (4 months) we were unable to even get a call back. When we were able to get in touch with Christy, she promised to pass on the message that “we wanted to know if he was still able to do the work and to please not leave us hanging” well, thats exactly what they have done. Crickets… not one word from Danny. A real shame that they can’t even tell you they can’t do the work, because they have such a good reputation on their service. So although I can’t rate their service, I can rate their communication skills and they are sorely lacking.

Fantastic Service. Very knowledgeable and service oriented. They were on time with our appointment and got our work done within a couple of days. We love our 22 VanLeigh Beacon and grateful Tishomingo is there to keep us truckin!

Took our Vanleigh Beacon here due to the multiple recommendations regarding their service. I needed some warranty fixes taken care of as well as some additional items that were no longer covered under warranty. They worked on frame repair, suspension, body and interior.

I can say their service was excellent and well worth the 1200 mile (one way) trip to get those items repaired. The work was done a lot faster than I expected and done with high quality. They were even able to fix some issues that stumped other repair facilities.

Kristy made the scheduling easy and Stacy performed great work on the RV. Very pleased with their work and can highly recommend them.

Nicest people here. Had to get my roof completely replaced and they were happy to do it. We drove three states away to get this work done since they are part of the factory and we wanted it done right. Wouldn't have done it any other way.

We've been to this RV Service Center 3 times in n the past year and they do a super job repairing VanLeigh RVs. The Service Manager and staff are great. They go the extra mile to satisfy the customers and make sure we are happy. Also, it's good to schedule another another appointment before you leave.

We took our 2019 320gk Vanleigh 5th wheel in for yearly inspection and had a 3rd air conditioner installed. Traveled 900 miles to have the work done. Best place to take your Vanleigh 5th wheel to have work done. Outstanding workmanship. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They do not return phone calls or emails. We tried for over two months on a pretty frequent basis to make contact with someone to do some work on our rig. We even contacted van Leigh and they too sent an email on our behalf but they never called or emailed us back.

We had a room slide motor that was going out. They further discovered that the second motor had a broken wire and was going out as well. They diagnosed and repaired the problems in a timely and professional manner. We would definitely recommend them.

Danny and crew are the best in the business! Very proactive and detail oriented. Highly recommend especially if you have a Vanleigh RV for warranty, non-warranty, yearly inspections or upgrades. They do it all, do it the best and at a reasonable rate.

They were not able to fix my leaking slide out on my 2019 Vilano. I also have been unable to get a hold of anyone regarding the slide toppers that they were supposed to order. I was up there this past June and have been trying to get a hold of them with no luck
I call them every week sometimes 3 or 4 times a day and no one ever answers the phone. I called and asked Vanleigh to assist me and they talked to tishamingo and where told that they will be giving me a call. Nothing....... I know this 'pandemic' has everyone stretched thin but this is definitely a poor way to treat a customer
A good customer. Even though they were unable to take care of my leaking slide. I was able to get it fixed myself. I still wanted to have them install the slide toppers. At this point I guess I just have to concede

Danny and the boys are killing it. Fast, and done well. They need to expand this place, they are always in demand. Very happy with the work.

We have had our Vanleigh Vilano fifth wheel here for services twice, first time was one year ago and then again 6/2/20. We have received excellent personalized service both times and in a timely fashion. The staff is friendly and efficient. We highly recommend this business!

I had my Beacon in to finish some warranty work. They did an amazing job, fast, courteousness and capable. Highly Recommend. I live in Dallas and totally worth our time and effort to have it fixed right the first time.

In here now for some repairs and upgrades. It's taking longer than expected, but since Danny is the Master doing our unit, I couldn't be happier with the quality of work. Well worth the extra time. Plan accordingly depending on the scope of work to be done. Cabinet shelves, additional water filter, vent covers, upgraded entry step, and multiple repairs and touchups. Very pleased!

Danny Smith is a true SUPERSTAR. Courteous and dedicated to Customer Service. He is a leader that knows the Vanleigh product inside out. The rest of the techs and Kristy are also fantastic. They had our Beacon for three days and got us back on the road on schedule. Danny was responsive to all our requests. We love the additional shelves they built in our RV. In addition to the warranty work requested, they installed a washer/ dryer combo and an additional air conditioner. Truly the best in the business in all respects.
If you are in the area for a couple days take the Vanleigh factory tour and if time head to Red Bay (approx 30 mins) for a Tiffin factory tour. Take all the pictures you like. They are proud of what they do. Winnebago freaks if they see a camera in their production facilities.

The Tishomingo Service Center sets the standard for RV service. Competent, courteous, expedient. They make an appointment and get the job done right in a timely manner. This is what RV service should be. They go above and beyond. Absolutely the best in the business.

Once again Danny & his crew worked their magic & did not fail @ the Tishomingo RV Service Center. We had the Rolling Palace there from 6/11 - 6/15. There are not enough words to describe how appreciative we are with their work. Danny goes above & beyond! He got our repairs done & the generator put in, plus adding a gas line to run a grill to. As we were leaving, we had a little problem (our fault). Jeremy called Danny & he said he would be there in afternoon to check on our problem. You know, Danny could have said, “I can get to you next week”, BUT he didn’t!! He helped us out & even had to make a run to Burnsville to get an extra part. We left there about 4 pm or a little later Friday. Danny we appreciate all the hard work you did for us. You are DEDICATED, DEPENDABLE, DILIGENT, DISCIPLINED, & DRIVEN. AMAZING, EXCELLENT SERVICE !!
