This review is long overdue! Our roof began to leak during a heavy storm and Cliff not only inspected the location of the leak, he inspected the entire roof. He noticed hail damage in several locations on the roof and the siding and worked with us to get everything replaced. We had a couple of issues right after and Cliff and his team came out and fixed everything in a jiffy. Cliff is extremely professional and great to work with and very reasonable as well! Thank you for everything!

Showed up when they said they would. Completed the roof in 2 days (complete tear off and redo) and it looks great. Did my gutters in just over 3 hours, quality work and cleaned up the site after on both jobs, roof and gutters. Would not hesitate to recommend them! Great work!

I will admit, I have not used these contractors as contractors. I will say however, I stopped off at a Belle Tire in West Indianapolis for some air in a tire. While I waited, one of the gentleman who works for this company helped a woman put air in all four of her tires! It is very rare that you find that level of service, especially when it was not part of that man's job. The fact that he went above and beyond while in a company shirt, and likely on company time, that tells me this man and this company have some pretty good standards. Way to go fellas!

Jordan Scott contracting are amazing to work with and fair pricing. They did an amazing job on my roof (3 dimensional shingles), gutters and siding repair. Look forward to using them for other home improvement projects in the future. I highly recommend these guys.

I had Jordans Scott Contracting company come out and replace my entire roof last week. The team was on time as expected. Once they arrived Mr. Clifford introduced himself and went over exactly was was going to be done. He kept me updated on the process throughout the day. He sent photos of the progress as well. Once the project was completed he returned to my home and we went through to complete the final walkthrough. i LOVE MY NEW ROOF!!!

We had a problem nobody wants, a roof leak. On top of that all the contractors did not seem to want to help us just get it fixed, they wanted to do a complete roof replacement. Our house is five years old, not time for a complete roof yet. Clifford and crew responded right away with a quote, credentials, an appointment, and a repair. We have great admiration for this type of professional and respectful service, especially under these circumstances.

They are always prompt in replying when I reach out and always arrive when they say they will. They do great quality work with reasonable pricing. They are friendly yet professional. We’ve had only positive experiences with them and would recommend them to anyone!!

He went out of his way to get our basement completed before out of town guests/family were planning to visit. The team at Jordan Scott Contracting did an excellent job. My wife and I are very happy with their work. Cliff took the time to explain what repairs were needed and provided the estimate quickly. The work was completed on schedule. All of the debris was removed and the porch furniture was put back in place before they left. With two weeks until our move date, we came to the realization that the house we were preparing to move into needed some serious work done to it first. We talked to a few contractors who were too busy with storm damage and one contractor who didn't show up or call. We called Jordan Scott and Cliff was at the house that very evening and had a crew in the next day tearing out the carpet and flooring! He managed to have new gutters installed, fixed damage drywall, paint the interior, lay carpet and flooring and install new fixtures in both bathrooms in less than two weeks. They literally finished the house the day before we moved in. Highly recommended. Thanks Cliff!

The team did a great job carefully removing my siding without damaging it and replacing the rotted wood behind it. They also noticed that my roof repair was not done correctly and fixed that for me as well.

I am a Realtor and noticed when I listed a home that there was a roof leak. I called them to come assess the situation and to do an overall assessment of the roof. Clifford, went above and beyond to repair all damage. It was all done quickly and at a great price. This company will now be my first go to company for all roofing needs.

These guys worked hard and tore the whole roof off, re-decked the whole roof and shingled the entire roof in just about a day. I am very happy with the quality of the work. I had these guys install my flooring, cap-a-tread stairs and patch a popcorn ceiling. They did good work and I would use them again for other upcoming projects.

I had some hail/wind damage to my roof and gutters. I reached out to several companies to receive quotes. Cliff was the last to give me a quote. JSC pricing was competitive with others but I felt the communication and attentiveness from Cliff is what set him apart. Cliff stayed in communication and dealt with insurance timely. We had a setback with insurance and Cliff stayed patient and in contact the whole time. The job was scheduled and within one day my old room and part of my decking was off and new shingles were up. The next day all of my gutters were taken down and new installed. Cliff again kept me informed of everything along the process. The crew did a good job of protecting everything. I did loose a couple flower bushes and found some nails afterwards but that is understandable with this type of work. I found a couple loose gutter hangers a few days later and Cliff was quick to send someone out to fix it. I would use Cliff and JSC for my home repair/update needs. I felt in that I was informed every step of the way, thank you!

I hired Jordan Scott Contracting for some repair I needed done with my roofing. Cliff was on time for the inspection and repair, extremely kind and professional. Cliff was very prompt in responding to call and setting an appointment. He was professional and descriptive with before and after pics since repair was on roof. He was very transparent and fair on pricing. Will definitely call for other roofing and window repairs.

I recently contracted Jordan Scott (Cliff) for a roof leak due to water dam buildup from the heavy snow. Cliff explained the root cause of the leak in great detail and fixed the roof leak with gasket installation. The process was transparent with him showing me all the steps he needs to take. Cliff took plenty pictures showing the result and he also helped me seal some of the other areas that is becoming more and more vulnerable. The overall experience with them is outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable (and willing to share the info), offers good value for the price. I would definitely go back to them next time if I need roof work.

Jordan Scott Contracting (Cliff) was referred to us by a family friend Phil Strack who has also had work done and shared his review online as well. At the time we were interested in new gutters and gutter guards and got several bids. The companies we had come to quote us pricing were pushy..... only interested in making a sale that day....and we felt pressured by them to make a decision which we did not do. Called my friend Phil and he gave us Cliff as a contact to call. He came out...was courteous, polite and professional. Gave us the quotes we asked...but never pressured us to make a decision on the spot. Over the holiday season...reached out to wish my family Merry Christmas and Happy New Year which to me is a nice touch. Needless to say, after talking it over with my wife.....we gave Cliff our business. The process was smooth and easy. Had one of his guys come out to again measure for accuracy of the new gutters. Got us on the schedule.....kept in contact with us with timing, work schedule etc. All worked out accordingly. We are very happy with the end product. Cliff and his helper did a good job. Stopped the leak in my roof. He pointed out to me where the water was coming from, so he took out the box vents and in stalled a ridge vent.They even worked in the rain. They did the work in a timely manner. Good job boys.

Clif and his team did a great job with our roof. The Master Installers replaced the roof on our house after damage caused by a storm. Their pricing was competitive and were able to schedule the replacement quickly. They arrived when scheduled and had the roofing done the same day. Our roof has several levels, gables, and skylight windows. They also replaced our gutters and made improvements to the gutter flow to better protect the roof. They were professional, efficient, and clean. We were pleased with their service.

We sold our house and had called contractor after contractor who said they were interested only for them to never show up to do the job or give us estimates. Finally called Jordan Scott Contracting explained that we closed in a week. They came out Saturday the 16th and all the work we needed was completed before closing. They were fast, did quality work and ver professional.

I have never worked with a more professional contractor. He did some flashing/water proofing repair around our slider door. Very professional and the repairs were done on time, to my expectations and for an affordable price. Having these guys in your contact list is a must.

I have used JSC services over the years with great satisfaction. I have had my roof inspected for damages by a third party and asked about the quality of the installation and the inspector replied "as good as any he had seen" I have referred JSC to my neighbors and they are equally satisfied. I now refer them with great confidence.

On time, met budget, detail oriented, excellent workmanship. Installers worked very hard without "goofing off". Thorough cleanup after job was completed. Workers were respectful of personal property.
I got estimates from two similar companies and Jordan Scott was the least expensive.
I would hire Jordan Scott again.

I used this company 4 years ago for a roof repair after a lightening strike and was pleased overall. So when it came time for a new roof installation, I decided to use them. That turned out to be a mistake. They did not install some flashing properly and didn’t replace a rotten trim board overlying the area of the flashing. This after Cliff inspected the roof and said all was okay. They also improperly reinstalled the gutter guard that was removed during roof installation and just thrown onto the ground haphazardly. No head crew member was present for the majority of the installation to inspect the work being done. I had the flashing, trim board, and gutter guard redone by someone else I trusted because this company lost all my trust after their incompetence.
