Tim and Cameron were very professional and extremely courteous. Tim came out Friday to diagnose the problem with our water heater. Tim and Cameron came back Monday evening and had it all fixed up! Very easy to work with, super accommodating!
Made a appointment for an afternoon. They never showed up and never called me to say they couldn't make it. They never answer the phone and it always goes to voicemail. The mail box was full so you couldn't leave a message. I will never use them. They don't list their phone number on their website.
This is the third time that he's saved my butt...and I mean that literally! (snaking out roots from the bottom of the bell pipe). Unlike other plumbers - I get a quick response on the phone. Tim is a friendly fellow and gets the job done. Thanks, Tim!
