The quote was reasonable and they prepared for the damage that our old little roof had. The team was very thorough with pictures and shingle placement, and had the proper permit and inspections (I went to the building department to check their reputation and they said 208 is awesome!) The work was very fast and we were left with a beautiful new roof and a zero leftover nails in our yard and driveway. I am very pleased with the experience and will be reaching out to them first for future projects. Forgot to mention that Kent is the person we did all the dealing with and he was great!

Kent and his team went above and beyond on my parent’s large roof. Their roof needed ALOT of work. They put in metal valleys, added new vents and additional venting where needed and various other things. They had a very professional crew and were able to complete the job in a little over a day. I contacted 208 Roofing and made an appointment for an estimate. Wayne, the owner, showed up the next day. He walked the roof and told me that my roof was in pretty good shape for its age (23 years). He pointed out some issues with the seals around the vent pipes but said the roof still had a few years of life. I was impressed that he didn't try and sell me a roof.

I got an estimate the next day. I decided to go ahead and replace the roof. Last year, I had a hard time finding a homeowner's insurance that would insure me because of the age of the roof. I figured the cost of a new roof would only increase over the next few years.

I was scheduled for Thursday but his crew finished up early on another job and Wayne asked if he could start on Wednesday afternoon. I agreed.

He had a big crew, maybe 9 or 10 guys. They spread tarps along the perimeter of the house, covering my shrubs and landscaping. They worked efficiently, tearing off the old roof. I had to leave for a few hours and I was surprised to get a text from Wayne saying the job was finished!!!

When I got home, I couldn't believe how great the house looked. The crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up. There were no nails or debris anywhere in the yard or shrubs. The new roof looks incredible. My neighbors were jealous.

Wayne, the owner of 208Roofing, came to inspect my roof. Following inspection, he frequently o answered all questions and by the next day gave me a detailed estimate of cost. He brought along a folder with available roof shingles to choose from and an actual sample, from the brand I selected (SureNail Strip). Not only was he professional, but also very courteous and pleasant, not really “pushing to sell” but understanding of my needs even after I mentioned I had contacted 2 other roof contractors. He proved to be very competent, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I finally chose him to re-do my roof and since that moment he kept me constant appraised of the steps necessary to start the work (getting permit, procuring from out of state the tiles I chose) and once materials arrived, he contacted me of the day he would start. The people (contractor) that delivered the necessary materials were quick and competent. Wayne’s many “people” were friendly, but much more important, professional, and very quick in their tasks. They showed up early yesterday (15 May). I was told they’d be here by 8:00 a.m.; they were actually ready to work by 07:30 and they completed the entire task within 6 hours!! The most impressive thing for me was the workers’ attention to detail, their protecting by property with tarps from debris falling from the roof, especially nails, and constantly cleaning the working area. But Wayne overall behavior impressed me the most because he demonstrated he cared for his people: brought drinks for the workers as the morning was getting warmer; lunches; went to buy a sheet of wood to repair on the spot a small area of the roof before putting new shingle, and personally running a magnetic roller all over the property to pick up any nails or other metallic debris, all the while his workers used blowers to clean up the dust in the backyard (leaving it cleaner than found) and the driveway. I was totally impressed and satisfied. I highly recommend 208 Roofing.

After a few minutes talking with Wayne and Roshawn I was very pleasantly surprised that my roof would be fully covered. They handled speaking with my insurance from beginning to end. Wayne, with 208 Roofing, was phenomenal to work with! We have been "in the process" of trying to get a new roof since the wind storm in March. Here we are, October, and we finally got it done. Wayne stuck by our side the entire time. He never gave up on us.

He did all the "foot work" to make the claim through our insurance. He walked through that alongside us. Unfortunately our insurance didn't pay out as much as we had hoped. Therefore, We had to jump through some hoops to get personal financing figured out and Wayne jumped through every single one with us.

Also, he allowed and even encouraged us to shop around for different bids and promised to match the lowest one. In which case he did, in fact, honor his promise and matched a lower bid for us.

The crew worked quickly & efficiently to complete the job within 1 day. The ONLY complaint we had, was the multiple leftover nails & staples after clean up. However, when I brought it up to Wayne, he was certain to advise the crew. He even gave us an additional $100 off the price for our inconvenience. We highly appreciated the kind gesture to right the wrong.

I can’t say enough good things about Wayne Brault and his crew! We needed a reliable and honest company to replace our roof. In the world we live in these days we were skeptical to say the least. I remember seeing a post on FB from a local customer raving about 208 Roofing so I gave them a call. Wayne came over right away and looked at our damaged roof. He also assisted us in filing a claim with our insurance company as it was clear that several storms we had previously caused a lot of the damage. He was very thorough and kind from day one. Kept us informed as to when we could expect his crew and everything was on point and ran very smoothly. The crew…. Wow! Such polite nice guys I had here for 2 days. They cleaned everything when the job was finished and explained everything along the way that they were doing. They were here until 7pm on Friday evening and I really didn’t expect them until Monday morning to finish since it was a weekend. Nope, they said they would be back in the morning (Saturday) to finish and they were. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the job. We had called other roofing companies and everyone was pushing us away, saying they were too busy to come out to give us an estimate! We had Chris with 208 Roofing reroof our 50 year old house and we are quite pleased with his attention to detail and follow through. He was able to convince our insurance carrier to cover all costs, including our deductible. Then he added protections to avoid water pooling by adding ‘roof crickets’ to our chimney. Then he utilized some ‘venting shingles’ to reduce the roof heat. Again, all covered by our insurance. His crew was timely, hard-working, and professional. Highly recommended!

Thank goodness for companies like 208 roofing! We were going through a rough situation with a horrible roofer, work was worse than poorly done, they would either show up late or not at all and two months later we still had leaking issues. Finally we decided to call in help and Wayne (Owner) came out to our house, super professional and great communication he ran through what he would do to help fix the issues, and his team came out ripped up all the garbage left behind from the previous contactor and fixed everything same day.
