Tim's Handyman Service - Ridgeway, SC

Over the years Tim’s Handyman Service has done an excellent job on a wide range of different types of projects. The real display of excellence on this dock, railing, and deck platform with custom made benches is not the attention to detail and superb craftsmanship, it’s the fact that there is very little in scrap left over. That is the sign of a true professional. Could not be more pleased. NOTE: Scheduling Tim is definitely worth the wait. Thank you Tim for another excellent experience.

NOT RELIABLE! FIND SOMEONE ELSE! Only chose 1 star because 0 isn’t an option! Had appointment set for 8:30am and the guy never showed up or called. We took time off work and made arrangements to our lives for this appointment we had set for a week and the guy doesn’t have the decency to call us or pickup our call when we call and text. The voicemail doesn’t work on his phone and I’m not the first to write a similar complaint if you read all the reviews.

Spoke with Tim on Monday to arrange time for him to come out and give me an estimate. He scheduled Wednesday between 8:30-9:00am. I waited Wednesday morning and as previous reviews stated Tim never showed nor did he call. This type of behavior screams unreliable and unprofessional toward the customers time. I am sure like stated in several of his online responses he will have an excuse he will post in reply as to why he didn't call or show. Bottom line Tim is a slacker an has no consideration for his customers. I will discourage anyone who may want to use this company and advise them to look elsewhere.

Tim does great work he goes above and beyond what he is asked to do and will work extra to make sure the job is done right and fair pricing on everything I will hire him again if I need anything else done

Tim does excellent high quality work. A true professional. He treats his clients with respect and there's no job he can't handle. I highly recommend him and his services.

Tim is the epitome of excellence in his profession! A true craftsman with with characteristics and ethics of yesteryear. Honest, fair, dedicated, efficient, and a true pleasure to work with! You just don't find his degree of dedication much anymore. There is no other I would recommend in the Mooresville area!

Tim is a ace at his job. I have worked with Tim on various jobs, and he`s always prompt and Honest. Refer him to all that need him.

I was pleased with the quality work done. I was treated with respect and the owner took his time to explain the problem and repair options and costs prior to repair. I will definitely call Tim's Handyman Service again.

Tim did a great job installing some drywall and getting it paint ready. He was very punctual, did what he committed to, and for a very reasonable price. We will definitely hire him again for other work!

After one of our last rain/wind storms, my guttering had pulled loose on one corner of the house. Called Tim and he quickly made time to come and inspect the situation. Found out that all the fascia under the guttering was rotted and needed replaced. Tim gave a fair estimate and then i sent him a paypal deposit to get started. ( Yes i was nervous about putting money up front) but i knew he had to buy materials so i moved forward. He Started 3 days later as agreed to and did a great job and was very friendly to deal with and provided great communication. I will use Tim's handyman service again !

My kitchen floor was positively sinking: the tile was cracking, and the sink cabinet needed to be replaced... Tim quickly assessed EXACTLY what needed to be done and took charge... tore out the old cabinets, replaced the subfloor, laid new tile, reconnected the plumbing, and helped me figure out how to 'fix' the ill-fitting faucet. He was super friendly, proficient, quick and accurate, and really reasonably priced. I will definitely use him again!

I'd love to review this company's actual work however they never actually even showed up to perform my estimate. Not only did we wait at home for the better part of a beautiful Saturday afternoon, these folks couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone (or my voice mail) when I called to inquire as to their whereabouts. So disappointing. If you want reliable, this is likely not the company to hire.

Would recommend to anyone looking for quick and reasonable house repairs. Tim came out and fixed my roof. He was super nice and will use him again.
