Tim did the restoration of our hundred year home on the shore. He is a master craftsman and shows a great attention to detail. We then had him come back a few years later and add a bedroom to our home. He blended it perfectly. People can not believe it was not original to the house. Tim is very straightforward to deal with and always came in on budget. He is a pleasure to work with and we would definitely use him again.

Last year, I engaged him to do a fairly complex project, demolishing and replacing all of the bilevel decks on 22 condo units, in 11 separate buildings along Shore Road in Westerly RI. In what could easily have been a nightmare project (condo politics are never easy), Tim bid a reasonable price, completed the job on schedule and below budget and did so to such a high level of craftsmanship that that every one of 22 owners were uniformly impressed with his work and said so. (I dare you to find another board president who can say that about a builder). Tim's crews were a pleasure to have on the property and they left the property spotless when they were done. Tim himself worked closely with us on every detail from start to finish to make sure the job was done right and to the highest standards. Very, very impressive.

I liked his work so much there that, without seeking any other bids, I engaged him to turn a raw, unfinished, attic space in my home (also in Westerly) into a finished bedroom for my grandkids. Once again, Tim's work was stellar, with superb craftsmanship and attention to detail. And once again, he got the job (which included some pretty fussy built-ins that we wanted) done on time and under budget.

You could not go wrong hiring Tim as far as I am concerned.
