9 months after buying/moving in, I’m finding multiple things that were OBVIOUS that should have been found.

Our dishwasher flooded our floor the day we moved into our home. That should have been found had the inspector ran the dishwasher a full cycle. Gave him benefit of the doubt, got a new one, same deal is happening. Get a plumber, find out none of our plumbing is appropriate size or done correctly. All things that, according to Lee Company, should have been found during the inspection.

The biggest item on our report was “joist rotted, needs to be replaced.” 9 months later, i am getting a quote for under the home plumbing that is $5000 extra dollars due to negligence from the inspectors and sellers.

Please be advised to use someone else should you choose to use Timber and Jamie. He just wants to collect his $$ and go on about his day.

The inspection performed on our home was very thorough and scheduled very quickly. We got a full detailed report with pictures and comments throughout the report. The report ended with a final page summarizing all of the notes of things that needed to be repaired. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a honest, thorough, and timely home inspection.

My wife and I used a recommended inspector for when we bought our first house in Texas and second inspector when we later sold our house in Texas to move to Tennessee.

The first inspector for when we bought our first house was good, but took over a week to compile his report.

The second inspector’s report was done in three days, but the report was shoddily put together, poorly illustrated, and our garage had a slight smell of smoke for about a week.

We used Timber Home Inspection by recommendation and if we sell our house we will be using Timber again.

The report was compiled the same day, was professionally illustrated, had a legend for condition status (something the other reports did not have), and an excellent summary at the end for all items that might require attention (also absent from our previous two inspector reports).
