It's been a long time since I felt compelled to leave a review for a service but these guys were Fantastic!! Easy to setup the estimate from website, great communication. Exactly on time for the estimate meeting, and provided estimate and insurance info and exact date they could do the tree work w/ their crane by the next day!

They arrived on time for the work (setup early!) w/ a large crew, we had 5 large pines in difficult to get to areas behind/around the house that required a crane. They were great, no problems, efficient and great debris clean up. Excellent price. Honestly could not be happier with this experience!!

I called to have 30 trees removed from my property. Spoke with the owner Derek great guy. Told me he could do next week . We agree on the price on phone . Guy showed up with a big crew on the day he said he would their .. And had all my trees down in one day. Stumps removed. Left the property clean. And most of trees were all next to power lines. He brought a top notch crane in and equipment.. I’m so glad I went with this crew .. I recommend timber falls tree company to anyone and everyone.. great job again

I had about three dozen trees taken down by this team of hard working guys and they did a great job. I had the stumps near the house ground down by the guy they recommended and he did a great job.They came back after the snow melted and cut the stumps out in the woods lower and hauled them away. Great group of hard working guys. I am very happy with the job they did.

Amazing service! They removed 14 trees for me in 5 hours and the trees were all very close to my house. The whole crew was incredibly nice and professional along with the owner who was out in the crane with the crew. I definitely recommend using this company.

Timber Falls was excellent from start to finish. Derek,(owner and crane operator), and his 6-man crew, cut down, chipped and hauled away 9 very tall oaks, maples and pines in just a couple of hours. Seven of them were from behind my house and due to the height, had to be cut them in half first before lifting the 14 lengths over my house. The trunks that were too big to chip were placed in a logging truck and hauled to the lumber yard. They had 2 tractors with grapple claws going constantly guiding, lifting and stacking the trees. The crew were continuously organizing and cleaning up while trimming, chipping and loading each section.
Very professional operation while always paying attention to the surrounding landscape. Office manager Cassie did a marvelous job setting up the original site appraisal, tree removal day and follow up.

We’re very happy with the work Timber Falls did for us removing several trees on our property. Jason was great, came over and walked the property and explained what and why certain trees should come down. We just had Timber Falls Tree Care remove 6 trees from our property. We would classify 5 of these trees as difficult to cut and lower. The removal required skilled crane work. The work done was excellent. The crew was coordinated, professional and courteous. Not a moment was wasted.

11/26/2024 We can not say enough about Derek and his crew, who were highly recommended by my best friend along with Cassandra, who was amazing with communication, scheduling, and any questions. My mom needed 5 trees taken down, and 1 was very close to the house that was not healthy. Very reasonable quote! Derek and his crew were so amazing to watch with the crane and all equipment. They were all extremely professional, safe, quick, and so very kind as they all worked together as a team, in such an organized system from set up to finsh and clean up. It was so amazing to watch them all work hard. Truly an exceptional company, We highly recommend TimberFalls company. We definitely will be using Derek and his crew again in the future. These guys are awesome! They just came out and cut down a big, rotten Maple tree at my house. The tree was in a dangerous spot and they did it fast and safely. I'll be calling them again when I need tree work done.

What an incredible business! I live in Manchester, NH and I came outside in the morning to find a cat stuck in a tree! I called the police, animal control, and the fire department and no one was willing to help come save this little guy. After talking to the neighbors, I found out he was in this tree for at least 3-4 days!!

After getting help from fellow Manchester folks after posting on FB, we called and called every tree service imaginable to see if someone could come help as this cat was just about as high up as possible and a latter could not reach. Not a single company was willing to help. That is, until I found Timber Falls Tree Care. They came recommended on Facebook, and at the time I called it was after they closed, around 5:15pm, and the owner actually picked up the call! He said he was going to try to find 2 of his guys to come out to save the day! They operate out of Dover, so this awesome owner was willing to send help about an hour down, after hours, to come help us save this cat. He remained communicative with me and once his guys showed up, it was like a miracle! They were the nicest guys ever, and even took a couple battle wounds from the cat once they saved it. We couldn't thank them enough for driving an hour down to save this cat's life.

Talk about a company that goes above and beyond! I don't have any trees to service but I am about to just find some just so I can give Timber Falls Tree Care more business. I was wondering what all the racket was outside my house this evening. Timber falls coming in clutch for a feline tree save at 8pm! 2 awesome gentleman showed up, geared up, and drove their cherry picker into a tricky parking area. Within 5 minutes (and a lot of loud angry cat noises), I could hear one of them say "he's not happy, but we got him!" Thank you for going out of your normal work area, after hours, in the dark, to help this terrified cat and their owners. ❤️

I have used Timber Falls a few times now. They have all the equipment for small and large jobs, from a huge crane to a bobcat skid steer. Helped me utilize and position logs as edging to the yard, distributed chipped wood on a trail on our property, was able to get a tree out of the river that fell from my property, and did a great job of cleaning up on all occasions. They are reasonable and do a great job. Highly recommended.

Derek is professional and very knowledgeable. We had a tree threatening to fall on our shed. There was very little room for error. Derek was able to drop the tree exactly where it needed to go, with no damage to the shed. Highly recommend!

After a few postponements by them, when they finally came, they did an outstanding job! Our yard was very tight but they we able to get their equipment to fit!! They cut one tree completely down and trimmed a very tall silver maple, it looks fantastic! Very capable guys, I would highly recommend them!!

These guys are incredible at what they do! I watched in awe as they worked together with absolute precision. They did everything right from the beginning of the process to the end! Even Cassandra in the office was on point with scheduling and responding to my questions.

Derek’s crew did a great job removing two trees from my property as well as pruning another one. It was impressive to watch them in action. Also, their cleanup afterwards is awesome. Even our neighbors were impressed how great it looked after they were done!

We had two large trees fall on the roof of our condo from our neighbor’s yard due to wind. A crane was required to remove them. Timber Falls (such a great name!) was recommended to our property manager. They showed up before 8am and were amazing! By 2:00, the trees had been removed from the roof, all the limbs, branches, and leaves had been chipped and taken away, the area around the house had been raked and cleared of all debris. They also attached a tarp I had provided to the roof to help prevent more damage by rain. I should have charged admission to all the passers by who were captivated by the process and impressed with the incredible expertise of the guy in the “cherry picker” and harness deftly strapping various huge limbs, strategically cutting through trunks with his chainsaw, and coordinating with the crane operator to safely lift away huge sections of fallen tree off our roof. It was a sight to behold! The following morning a huge trailer came to haul away the remaining sections of trunk which had been neatly stacked for removal.

My job entailed removal of 2 large pines and pruning of 2 other trees in the back of my property. Access was really tight and the work area for their crane and no chipper equipment was limited, but Derrick and his crew of 3 men were able to squeeze in and get things done!

All of the members of this crew worked efficiently and took care of minimizing damage to my yard by using weight distribution mats and were thorough in their cleanup. Each worker was polite and hardworking.

My neighbor and I had Timber fall cut down 4 very large trees that required a crane to remove them and get them down safely. they were very professional, got the trees down safely, they made very quick work of removing them, Timber falls guy in the bucket lift was like a surgeon cutting the trees and getting into tight places in the tree, their crane operator was very smooth and professional operator with the crane. The clean up was like they were never here. They made very quick work with the clean up and chipping all the limbs. Id highly recommend and only recommend Timber Falls to anyone that needs tree work done.

Absolute pros! We had about 7x 80ft+ pines in our small yard that Derek and crew took down last week. There was hardly any room for the crane or machinery with power lines, other trees etc, but they made it happen and made it look easy! Thank you guys!

Scheduling took a while, but once on site the crew did a great job. Handled some very tricky tree trimming and were more than willing... offered, in fact... to take down a few more trees than the contract strictly called for. And cleaned up afterward. Exceeded our expectations, highly recommend, and would use again! Tree work is never inexpensive, but we feel we received very good value.

They answered all my questions, and when asked when they could do a quote for my parents house after some storm damage that occurred the night before my scheduled quote they were are to fit them in right after mine. We got a drone stuck in a tree. The guys at Timber were nice enough to come out before work and get it down for us. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I Will definitely be calling them again for tree services. Highly recommend.

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life until Derek literally came to save the day! My cat had gotten out of the house and we hadn’t been able to find her for awhile, we looked absolutely everywhere and finally we ended up finding her about 40 feet up in a tree, and it was pouring out and she was cold and absolutely petrified. I called the Dover fire department and they wouldn’t do anything, the police sent animal control, only to tell us to wait it out until she decided to come down on her own. There was no way I could do that, she’s my baby! So I called a ton of arborists in the area and nobody was able to help me, but Derek responded to me within minutes, and he interrupted personal time with his family to come save my cat and I could not be more thankful! Such a professional and kind hearted person and I could not recommend this company any more! I wish I could give 10 stars!

Timber Falls Tree Care is a reliable and professional company. In 2021, I signed a contract with another local company that gave me the runaround and ultimately never showed up to my house after six emails and phone calls. Timber Falls made up 1000% for the bad experience I had with the other company. I initially submitted a request via their website with the removal of a couple dead trees and reduction of another large tree that was rubbing against the roof and side of my house. Cassie called me and discussed what I needed. Derek showed up within a couple days and assessed the trees, gave me a verbal quote and explained what would happen on the day of the tree work. We agreed to have the work done and within a couple hours, a written contract was received in my email. I signed the agreement and Derek and his crew came by and did the work efficiently, professionally, and safely. They cleaned all the debris and took care of the fallen trees in the wood chipper before they left. They also cleaned the street in front of my house too. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I highly recommend the Timber Falls crew and will use them again when I need tree work done. Thank you for your excellent work.

Derek and his team did an amazing job removing 7 large trees (most dead and dying) from our yard using a crane. Derek answered all my questions when he came to look at the job, made good recommendations, and showed up on time to do the work. They took care to not damage my lawn with the crane, and cleaned up after the job was complete. Cassandra handled all the bidding and invoicing paperwork, and took care of scheduling, and made the process simple and straightforward. I will have Timber Falls Tree Care back to remove some scrub trees from my back yard sometime soon. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I was in Weekend Warrior mode trying to take down a bull pine that was leaning toward my mother’s house. Long story short I got myself into quite a bind on a Sunday. I called multiple places, but Derek was the only one to answer.
He came within the hour, assessed the mess I had gotten myself into, and quickly and efficiently got to work. It was amazing to watch how fluidly he moved around the tree in the bucket, as if the truck and all of his tools were part of his body. He was done in no time and we were able to pull the rest of it down easily.

A very reputable company - reviewed all my trees and only 1 to remove and trimming of others. He could have said others were dying and I would have not known the difference. So, unfortunately one old beauty comes down but the others saved. A company to trust!

Awesome service, he answered my phone call the first couple rings & was at my property to do the quote within 15min. Gave me a very reasonable price on the work so we set up a service date & Was here exactly when he said he’d be. Between set up, the work itself, and packing up to leave took about 40min (by himself). In that time he cut the 3 trees we originally agreed on. Then (for free) cut another 3-4 20ft dead trees...highly recommend & will definitely be calling for future work!

I contacted numerous tree services to get prices on the removal of a group of large oaks along the waters edge, none of which returned my calls besides Derek. Derek came to my home the next day and provided me a quoted price that I felt was very reasonable while also proving to me his knowledge of his trade. Derek then agreed to work with the town to permit the trees to be removed, which isn't a easy process. Derek made numerous trips to my house to meet with town inspectors, and was always willing to help me out in anyway he can. We were finally permitted to remove the trees, and Derek scheduled and executed the tree work as agreed upon. Derek removed 5 large trees from my property, with no damage to my lawn or nearby structures. Derek even came back days later after I requested to have the stumps cut down lower, which is greatly appreciated. Derek was always a pleasure to work with, and he always had a positive and kind personality.
