Bill company did a great job on my roof and the clean up. Hard working crew. I had a leak in the garage and called them out and they fixed a sideboard but we needed to have some flashing done on the corner. I have had a leak on the outside kitchen vent, but ive been calling and leaving messages for a month and noone gets back to me. I really hate when a company takes the money and then disappears. It’s disheartening. I hate leaving low reviews on local companies

I even called again, someone answered and sat there for several seconds without speaking, im sure my phone number is stored in the system. They hung up wothout speaking to me. Im actually very surprised, as I was charmed by Bill’s words of assurance that the contract would be upheld after the job was done. The crew, that was hired from Haverill, according to the foreman, was excellent. Even women were up on the roof, working hard. Ultimately, the owner is responsible for following up with customers

There are many great things to say about Bill and the team so I’m disappointed that I heave to leave anything less than 4-5 stars. They did a great job on the roof and helped me determine the highest-quality solution at the lowest cost. They also provided the extra shingles that were unexpectedly needed at a price barely above their cost, which I very much appreciate. It started snowing on their last day, so all the debris from the job got covered with snow and stayed covered in snow for about two months. When the snow had finally melted I texted Bill several times over the course of many weeks to let him know, asking to please clean up the old asphalt, nails, cedar scraps, etc. that had collected around the house while they were removing the old roof and installing the new one. I finally cleaned up most of it myself but there is still debris nearly 6 months after they left. They also had to move a heavy patio heater onto the grass and never moved that back. There’s still a dead patch of bare lawn where they left it that I have to reseed.

Great work and great price for our new roof. Bill, Carter and crew are professional and hard working. Great communication about potential issues and fixes during the install and everything was cleaned up when they said it would be. Thank you all!!

Seacoast had the materials and dumpster delivered the day before the roofing projects. The crew arrived at 730 AM. Looked it over had a breakfast break. Started at 8 by 930 the entire roof was stripped. A short break then by 1130 the entire roof was preped, wind and water shield, brown drip edge to compliment the house and all shingles on the peak. Time for lunch a little rest on the lawn and an OK to go for it from the Boss and they were laying shingles at 1 PM . At 4 PM shingles were done with a little pick up and inspection by the Boss and at 430 they left. At 7PM the dumpster was picked up. This is the 2nd time I have hired them on two properties and the drill above was the same. Total efficiency, no wasted moves and All in Total Harmony. It is a pleasure to watch and the finish products were spot on attention to detail All in one day. Courteous, Friendly,Trustworthy and a a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone and in all probability use them for another roof in the future. You will never be disappointed if you hire Seacoast Services LLC @ 603-617-4829. This should have been a 5 star review. The company did come and replace my roof when they said they would. Unfortunately they neglected to install the rain diverter. I paid the bill in full with assurances from Carter that someone would come to install it. It is still sitting behind my shrubs where Carter placed it. Initially he responded to my emails assuring me that this would be completed. That was 2 months ago. He no longer acknowledges my emails, and phone calls to the owner, Bill have not been returned. I would not recommend this company due to their lack of integrity. I now have to find another company to install the rain diverter.

Seacoast Roofing was excellent to deal with. Bill Covert is a true professional and true to his word. He gave me an upfront quote, explained what would be done. His crew showed up at 8:00 and was totally finished by 2:00. They did a great job, cleaned up and left ! I’m very pleased with the outcome of this project and would recommend Seacoast Service to anyone looking for a replacement roof. They also replaced 2 Velux skylights perfectly! Finding quality, competitively priced contractors in today's market can be challenging, but I was lucky enough to work with Seacoast Roofing. Carter was responsive, knowledgeable, and conscience handling the project from the first call to final cleanup. The installation crew was skilled, clean, and professional. You couldn't ask for anything more in a roofing crew and I would highly recommend that anyone in need of a roof replacement calls Carter.

Working with this company was such a great experience. Not sure Ive ever done business with anyone as responsive and conscientious as these folks were. We has a little glitch with the shingle color (not their fault) and they had the fix already started before I even knew there was an issue. I was told it would take one day but it took 2 plus a third to finish cleaning up. Our shingles were in horrific shape unbeknownst to my husband and me. They were difficult to remove and disintegrated in their hands! So the work was more extensive than originally thought. We have a rather large very old house on the seacoast with a separate garage and I appreciated that they took their time to get it done right. We left on the second day in the afternoon to go out of town and when we returned a few days later we had a beautiful new roof and all the trash and debris and equipment were gone - it was if no-one had been at our house at all. I recommend leaving the house during the day because it is very noisy! But check in periodically of course. The manager of the job kept in constant contact with us to let us know about the progress etc. Even took photos to send to us while we were gone. Our neighbors also checked in with us! All in all I was very happy with the work and pleased that they stood by their price despite the fact that it took longer than anticipated.

This was the easiest project to set up thanks to Bill, the owner of the company! Every step was so smooth and done exactly as it was explained to us! The crew that came here was exceptional! They worked together so well! Arrived at my house in the morning, stripped the old shingles off , prepped roof for new shingles and reshingled it and were done by early afternoon!! We love the new look! And I love my choice of the blue! It is something different, you don’t see the blue as often as other colors!

contacted them and they were very responsive! they were re-roofing our large house within 2 weeks of contacting them. they were onsite for several days and everyone was very professional. they cleaned up daily and we had no issues. would highly recommend them!!!

I've had Seacoast roofing do my home a yr ago and this yr another home (rental) and both times I've been happy with both jobs. One day in same day done, I do recommend this company.

Seacoast roofing did a good job. Everything was there on time and crew was in and out same day. The only reason I did not give them a five was clean up was not great. There were a lot of little pieces of debris left. Bill said it was because it was the time of year and there are a lot of leaves. I would have agreed with that if I hadn’t blown the leaves away from the work site before they started. The second is the crew will need to use your bathroom as one was not provided. I had to clean the debris and the bathroom after they left. Other than that a great job as long as it doesn’t leak

Bill the owner was spectacular. An honest, hardworking gentleman who cares about his greatest asset, his crew and his customers. I received 7 quotes from different companies from the Seacoast, Manchester, Derry, Nashua, etc. I made a spreadsheet of materials.. GAF, And other shingles on the market, what kind of underlay/barrier is used.. breathable, costs, companies, crews, years in business, warranties, vent covers used, etc. Bill was the last guy I met .. in fact, I missed him when he came out.. my fault and although I liked his quote and our discussion, I still had to meet him. Bill made the trip back a few days later and I knew this was the company. He was our guy!
Quotes for our colonial home with a 16x16 screened porch out back were all over the place.. highest from J.Carnes & Sons- around $14k. The companies with the flashy brochures, sales guys who kept calling us and trying to corner us into signing a contract before prices were going up we’re annoying to say the least.. those radio ads…all come at a cost.. to you the customer.Word of mouth the best so here’s my words…
We were not in any rush but knew spring was our target so research started a few months earlier.
We made the best decision. Seacoast roofing NH was fantastic. I made homemade muffins and coffee for the crew. They were amazing.. hardworking, very careful with tarps and coverage so as it to not damage any foundational plants or exterior lights. They were all so appreciative. The crew got the entire job completed in one day including our shed roof. They were meticulous with clean up. They were honest.. did not need to replace existing plywood.. we could see conditions as well but they would knew when pounding in nails if needed to be replaced. We trusted their work ethics and their lead guy/Forman on the job. Oh, and Bill was on site twice that day. Never found one nail on our property after all was cleaned and cleared.
We even asked if they could properly vent our bathroom out the roof rather than the soffit which how it was originally installed.. room never cleared the steam and ever since.. no issues! Bill did that for us and purchased the roof cover vent we wanted.
We paid I believe $9Kin total. A neighbor down the street with the same colonial and porch paid $18K.
I think she about fainted when I ran into her at the gym and shared our experience and price. Don’t over pay. Bill was reasonable, fair and honest. We got every cent for what we paid for. Do your research re.. call backs, issues, etc. I’ve done the research for you.. go with this company! That’s a wrap:-)

This was by far the most amazing, professional and efficient contracting company I have ever; used, heard of or seen. Bill and his company are amazing. If you’re looking for a new roof, don’t even waste your time getting other estimates. Actually, do get other estimates and then call Seacoast Roofing of NH. You’ll be absolutely blown away, by there quote, their quality, the pride the crew takes in their work, their promptness and professionalism. I don’t have exactly what you’d call a small house. It’s 2 stories and about 2500 finished sq ft. The materials showed up at 7:30 am. The crew were here by 8 and the dumpster was delivered at 8:15. Work commenced at approximately 8:30. The roof was stripped, had new sealant put in place, tarps tented all 4 sides of the house, re-shingled, new fascia and flashing installed, new shutters on the front of the house, the yard was meticulously cleared of every possible piece of debris and the job was completed by 3:30 pm!

This was now my second roof (different properties) installed by Bill and the Seacoast Roofing team. Bill was professional and prompt. His crew showed up on time, finished in one day, and left my property just as clean as when they arrived.

I found a leak in my roof and requested a couple of estimates. During this time, someone told me about Seacoast Roofing. When I told the owner, Bill, that I had a leak he expedited the estimate (which was lower than the previous estimates) and he was able to get the roof done by the following week. The job went smoothly. The workers were professional. There was absolutely no residual trash once the job was completed. Oh, and the roof looks amazing!

What a great experience with Seacoast Roofing of NH. They honored an older quote and finished our roof in a day. They have long-term employees that are hard-working, polite and neat. They went above and beyond, installing a challenging cupola. So impressed with the service! Highly recommend.

I just wanted to give feedback on a recent experience with Seacoast Roofing. I contacted Seacoast Roofing by their web page expressing interest in some work I needed completed. The work included replacing the front of my roof along with some additional ventilation needs. I received a response stating they would measure the roof and provide an estimate. I immediately responded with complete details on what I needed. That was the last word I heard from Seacoast Roofing. I sent follow-up emails, but not response. I sent one final email expressing my disappointment and that I would be putting my experience with the company on social media. To my surprise I get a phone call from Bill at Seacoast Roofing. Bill explains that the additional work I need completed is not their specialty and they are very busy. If a company is only interested in full roof replacement, that is fine, just take the 30 seconds to respond to the customer. This is simply POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Over a week of my time wasted.

We have used Seacoast Roofing for 2 roof installations and in both cases the work was done efficiently, quickly and professionally. Clean-up was amazing and fast and the installers could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I would, and do, recommend Seacoast Roofing if you want a quality job, at a reasonable price, done quickly and efficiently.

Seacoast Roofing was top-notch in every aspect. From quoting the job before we closed on the house, to cleaning up after shingles were installed (in 1 day!), it was easy and affordable to work with Bill and his crew of expert and efficient installers. Seriously - look no further. I was blown away with the promptness, speed, and price of Seacoast Roofing. We got a quote within a week of calling, our roofing job was scheduled less than two weeks after that, the roofers were finished in one day (!), and the price was MUCH lower than I'd expected. We only contacted one other competitor but the service, speed, and price we got from Seacoast blew them away. They missed a couple of deadlines (got the estimate 2 days after they promised, job got pushed back a day) and they tore one of the screens in my window, but overall my wife and I were extremely impressed and we recommend them every time we hear the word "roof".

The day after Bill's crew replaced our roof, we had a Nor'easter with 40 mile per hour winds. The roof held up perfectly!! If that's not a good test, I don't know what is. The crew was efficient, skilled, and really had the whole thing done in a single day. (I sent the kids out to pick up leftover shingle scraps and they came back empty-handed, not a single bit left behind!) Now, let's be honest about $$: the estimate was lower than every other comparison, by a lot. You're not "supposed to" take the lowest bid, but I think the reason for the good price must be sheer volume of projects they do, like that giant roof at UNH and others in the area...and yet quality and respect were never compromised. Bill answered emails immediately, was honest, (suggesting we fix our chimney first before the roof, and then he honored the original quote even though it was 2 months later, after chimney repair). Great shingles, fantastic crew, everything exactly as it was agreed upon. So, so pleased with this company and our new roof!

Seacoast Roofing NH was recommended by a friend. I requested a quote through their web site, Bill came out to give us a quote in short order and I didn’t have to be there for him to do so. I had a few delays on my end so kept in touch with him through email occasionally and he was very helpful throughout, directing me to websites to choose shingle colors and answering all of my questions. Once scheduled, there were no delays or rescheduling - they showed up when they said they would, communicated beforehand to let me know a dumpster would be dropped off and when, and did the entire job in a day. It was evident from the efficiency with which they worked, that they were very experienced and had put much thought and effort into getting the job done well and with no wasted time or effort. They were mindful of keeping the property clean and leaving no trace. We found them to be very professional and would recommend them based on our experience.

Quality work within more than a reasonable amount of time. The workers were friendly and kept on task. They left my yard in better shape than they had found it. I would absolutely recommend. Whenever I called with an inquiry, I was responded to via email within a three hour span.

Bill and his crew were prompt, professional and extremely efficient. They arrived around 7:30am and completed the job (home roof and shed roof) before my wife got home from work around 3pm. Bill even called me when he found some damaged plywood and recommended the best fix and completed it. Everything was cleaned up and both roofs look fantastic. Highly recommended.

My wife called multiple times last week to have Seacoast come out and quote our new roof. Every time we called we were greeted with the same "oh, we're on the line right now, but please leave us your info!" message. We left a voicemail and you betcha... we have yet receive a return call. I'm sure someone will take the time to respond to this review though.

Seems like a joke to be able to say that it's a team of "certified roofers", especially when you read the reviews here about entire crews that don't speak english.

Bill and his crew did an amazing job! Here around 7:30, done by 5 today! We haven’t done a huge spring clean up and I swear his crew left it better than it was before they came! Only problem, it looks so good, we now have to paint the house!

Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. I was skeptical that our roof could be done in one day, but they did it! They showed up when they said they would and finished whien they said they would. What more could you ask for? I highly reccommend these guys. At one point it looked like there were 12 guys on my roof as they pushed to beat an oncoming snowstorm. We will never use another roofing company. Seacoast Roofing & Bill Covert are BY FAR - the hardest working, professional group we've ever hired. We selected architectural black/grey shingles. The materials & the bin came as scheduled the day prior, the roofers were here at 7:30am and hit the ground running. While our house is not super large, our roof was complete & simply beautiful by 11:30a. The yard was cleaned up as if they never were here. I still can't believe it. Many neighbors have stopped by asking for Bill's information & said the roof is just stunning. The workers were kind & even helped us pressure wash the gutters before they left. Waste Management picked up the bin at 7am the very next morning, everything was as-agreed & just perfect. I highly recommend Seacoast Roofing & Bill Covert.

I have hired a number of roofing companies and experienced some really good and really poor companies. Seacoast Roofing has to be the best I've dealt with. I was searching for a roofing company for my father in law's house as he needed assistance. To begin, the owner of the company was so respectful and honest with him. They came right out for an estimate which was very reasonable. Once we confirmed the job, they were on site in less than a week and completed the job in 5 hours!
