SERVPRO of The Seacoast

This is not the first time that I have used SERVPRO. I used them at my home just about 7 years ago and they were terrific !! Immediate response, knowledgeable and competent personnel, top-quality performance. The experience with this most recent episode at the office complex where I work was the same. VERY WELL DONE !!

(Not an insurance job--just a discretionary deep clean.) Staff got right at it! On ladders, down on the floor, getting every nook and cranny. Highly recommend!

Service for reconstruction was horrendous, the project was redone twice, and is still not great. I saw a house be built and sold before my bathroom was completed. We needed the entire house deep cleaned to clean up from one crew somehow getting everything dirty and sticky and have a ruined wall to wall carpet. Mitigation was great, reconstruction should be avoided at all costs. Working through this was an absolute nightmare.

Jesse and his team at servpro were very efficient, timely and clean. We had a sewage issue in our basement and they came right away to clean it up and gut it. They were nice and willing to get the job done as soon as possible. We are very happy we went through servpro.

Thank you Becky Blain for making this project happen and in a timely manner! I have a 50’s ranch that always had a weird musty smell. Randy and Robert did an excellent job on my basement today after we had a sump pump and drain installation. They did an amazing job cleaning up all the cement dust and concrete particles that remained. They addressed the floor, walls, two sets of basement stairs, oil tank, and more. Went on a run in the pines and ran into an employee by the name of Justin. They were removing bags full of the countless trash people leave behind on the trails. It was amazing someone to see someone finally cleaning up all the needles and alcohol containers people leave on the trails that so many kids walk through. We had a broken waste pipe under my kitchen in a crawl space. Plumbers would not enter the space until it was cleaned. I called a competing cleaning company (All Dry,) to clean the space. They made every excuse to avoid doing the job that I hired them for. After more than a week they had accumulated an enormous bill, and still had not done the job that they were hired for. So, I called SERVEPRO of The Seacoast to do the job that the other company refused to do. SERVPRO came out with a crew, and they did not hesitate to tackle a really disgusting job. It took two days, and they had to empty their machines a couple of times, but they always returned promptly, and they got the job done. We've since been able to get a plumber to resolve the problem, and I have a kitchen again. All thanks to the fabulous job done by the SERVEPRO of The Seacoast team. I am very, very grateful for the team and the job that they did.

When I first contacted serve pro I was apprehensive, turns out it was the best thing I did. I had no idea how to address the mold problem that had crept up on my property, Shane spent all the time I needed for him to share his knowledge with me, and build me a road map to cleaning my property. Andy, and Jake arrived shortly after to take away old moldy property for disposal and cleaned and sanitized my carpets. All at a very fair price. Don’t let the initial charge to assess the property scare you off, it was well worth it, and it comes off at the end of the project. I highly recommend these people.

They were GREAT and efficient!! I had a major pipe break in one of my buildings and had my residents placed in a hotel while repairs were being done. They were able to dive in and help clean up the sewage mess ! Couldn't thank your team enough for the excellent work !!

ServPro responded quickly to remediate a water damage problem caused by faulty AC drainage. Their office and onsite staff were professional in our interactions with them, and the work was done neatly and expeditiously with minimal disruption to our household.

Randy and Fernando from Servpro worked very hard cleaning up damage from a water leak that caused a lot of damage in my home. Nice to see some hard workers in this day and age.

I have never experienced a house event requiring restoration, cleaning and reconstruction until this summer. Nothing tragic but a water pipe burst and subsequent damage on three floors. Hanover insurance gave various choices for restoration services. Fortuitously, we selected SERVPRO. Initially we were contacted by a Servpro project manager Rory. Before we began the scope and sequence of the job, Rory gave us his cell number to use day or night. He meant every word. We chose Servpro options to use their contractors for plumbing services as well as the reconstruction-all of which was optional! We met the Restoration team and were set at ease with their consummate professionalism, attention to detail as well as always always an openess to discuss or clarify. Kudos to Rory and especially to Ross and Randy!! We will be indebted to returning us to a semblance of normalcy and wholeness!!!

Ross & Bob were awesome today! Professional , knowledgeable and skilled. They were both very thorough and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets after a flood in our office. Can’t say enough about our entire experience with ServPro of the Seacoast. From the beginning with an estimator, they were here when they said they would be and had guys here within a couple hours to do the work. Everyone went above and beyond.

This is an amazing company-Randy and his team worked on my house today to mitigate flood damage—they were super professional, friendly, meticulous, knowledgeable and worked together as a well oiled machine.Randy took the time to show me how to turn off the fans (to dry the walls out) in case they get too loud at night, and he also stayed to make sure the fans didn’t trip the power before his team left for the day.

If I could give this company and their crew 10 stars I would. A water line broke under my sink and flooded my kitchen on Memorial Day. Becky was at my home within 30 minutes of my call! She assessed the situation and mobilized her team immediately and they went to work to expose the damage and set up the equipment to begin the remediation and drying out. The team's timely response helped to significantly minimize the water damage to my home. Andy, Chris, Allen and Justin were skilled, professional, courteous and respectful throughout whole process. Although I hope to never need their services again (my first and hopefully last experience with flooding) ServePro will again be my first call. I can't thank this team enough.

I run a very busy retail, with lots of high ceilings and deathly afraid to get on a ladder and clean up high. My elderly father's house needed a good cleaning since he hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in several years. SERVPRO came in and cleaned up EVERYTHING. Curtains, windows, sinks, AC unit, bathroom, bedroom, floors, walls, ceiling... everything! He (and visitors) are very happy with how it looks and the amazing job SERVPRO did. I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone needing quick remediation from water damage. They had a full crew at my house within hours of me reporting damage. They were very efficient and professional with a great attitude!

We were grateful for the expertise and efficiency of the team that helped with a damaged boiler and oil tank leak that created and water oil mess. Jesse was responsive, and Ross was very hard-working and successful in cleaning up the mess, along with Giovanni. All very respectful of us and our property. Our only caveat was that the equipment (blowers and fans) stayed a little longer than we had expected.

We had such a fantastic experience regarding an emergency mitigation of a flooded crawlspace in our home. Becky, the project manager, was super helpful from start to finish. After explaining the issue, she was at our house within twenty minutes and already figuring out a plan of action. She sent two technicians, Allen and Emily, who were absolutely amazing. They kept us updated and informed every step of the way, and despite the awkward and uncomfortable space they were working in, they remained super pleasant and positive to work with. They were also extremely mindful and considerate of our pets while going in and out by making sure the doors were closed behind them, ensuring our little escape artists were safe. After the job was completed, they realized that the problem wasn't yet solved. They diagnosed the issue and come to find out, the ground water was coming through our foundation and rising fairly rapidly. Because of our broken sump pumps, the water was not relocating as needed. When Allen gave us the news, I was definitely nervous as to what the next steps would be. He quickly reassured me that we would be able to find a solution and called his Mitigation Manager, Cam, right away to reiterate the issue and see what they could do to help. Cam then offered to leave the company's sump pump at our home, free of charge, while our plumber installs a new one, that way we will stay ahead of the water and not be in another super unfortunate flooding situation. I thought that was so gracious and unexpected. I will recommend this company, Becky, Allen, Emily and Cam to anyone and everyone suffering with similar issues as ours. Although I don't want to have to call them again (in hopes I no longer have water issues in the future), I would be beyond happy and grateful to work with any of them at any time. Thank you so very much again.

The servepro team did a great job. I chose them on suggestion from my insurer when my home had a flood on the first and second floors. They showed up quickly and set up an impressive array of fans and dehumidifiers. They ran this continuously for several days which dried the home. Their work saved me upwards of 30k in additional damage to my original hardwood floors from 130 years ago. Thank you!

Arti, Allen, Rory and the rest of the team went above and beyond restoring our 200 year old water damaged attic. It definitely wasn’t an easy job removing blown in insulation, scrubbing down the entire attic for mold remediation and reconstruction. Each and everyone of them were friendly, professional and informative no matter the task that was put before them. Their dedication is unmatched making sure not to cut any corners. I’d recommend them to anyone who cares about their home and only wants the best job done. I especially appreciate the fact they took the time to explain what they were doing and point out other factors in the attic that will increase the longevity of our home. As new home owners we’ll take any advice we can get. Rory was also spectacular in working with us on creating budgets that would align with our insurance policy which did involve some back and forth. We had a small fire at our church, a fire extinguisher was used that created quite a mess.
Fire department said it had to be cleaned by professionals only.
I called Servpro of Dover, they were extremely helpful.
They were there quickly with a large crew and did a five star clean up all the way.

I called Servpro after having some concrete work done in my garage. Despite the contractor doing everything he could to minimize the dust I ended up with concrete dust covering everything. I was given a detailed estimate and the Servpro crew arrived in a couple of days. They wiped every single thing down - walls, ceiling, floor and contents. Very professional and the result was a very clean garage. I highly recommend Servpro!

It is with great sadness that I have to share that ServPro of the Seacoast has a lack of knowledge of FEMA policies and procedures. I was a victim of the seacoast storm in January 2024 and although the ServPro team came out quickly to assist, they unfortunately had no experience with FEMA policies. As a result, ServPro charged me thousands of dollars which FEMA denied resulting in me having to pay. If they had shared that I was required to follow specific guidelines in order to have FEMA honor my claim I would certainly have complied. Please be aware and make sure they advise you properly before utilizing their services. This has been shared with the NH Attorney General's Office as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Hire these guys now!!! They are quick, efficient, respectful and do an overall incredible job. I can't say enough good things about this company and its people. Much appreciation to Jessie, Emily and Crystal for making everything work!!! Raises for everybody.

SERVPRO was my first call when I discovered my flooded basement - due to a malfunctioning sump pump. I rec'd a call almost immediately from Becky at SERVPRO and she walked me through the steps of contacting a plumber and my insurance PLUS scheduled to come out the next day to assess the damage and determine our needs. She kept in close contact throughout the process of cleaning and drying the basement and then scheduling the crew to pick up the equipment. Kudos to Becky and her team for a job well-done - two thumbs up from this happy customer!

After a relief valve broke on our boiler, 3” of water filled our basement. While we were able to remove the standing water ourselves, all of the carpets were ruined, the walls were wet, and the personal property was scattered throughout the basement. Serve Pro came in like a white knight and organized everything and took care of it all. Now my basement is dry and ready for new carpet and the walls are washed and disinfected. So no mold. Fast, polite, friendly and supportive. Couldn’t have gone better.

Had severe water damage with the last storm and SERVPRO came over to assess the damage and had a team in there the next day. Steve and his son were awesome and removed the trim and carpet and placed several dryers and dehumidifiers. My only issue was the cost. This was partly my fault for not knowing what insurance would allow and what my responsibility would be. When I found out SERVPRO’s cost on day 2 was beyond what insurance would cover I contacted them and they stopped the process immediately at my request. . Steve was very kind to offer some tips on what to do next with the dry out. Shane was also extremely helpful with adjusting the cost back to what insurance would allow. Honestly was skeptical of them at first but they were more than kind and very professional and helpful with my situation and would definitely recommend their services. Always best to know what insurance allows before the situation arises. Lesson learned

Due to the epic rainstorm a couple weeks ago, we were in need of Water Remediation in a property that we had recently put up for sale. From my initial contact to set-up an inspection to meeting with Jessie for an estimate the process was efficient, communication was timely and most importantly Jessie's team competently did their job. Given that the property was was almost 2 hrs. away, it was important to be able to trust that the job was done and done right. Jessie and his team surpassed our expectations. If you want a job done right which is hard to find these days, do not hesitate to call Service Pro of Dover.

A tree fell on my house and through my upstairs bedroom. Becky and her crew got here the same evening and were able to cover the holes in my roof enough for me to remain in my home. They came back the very next day and quickly patched my roof, removed the tree branches, assessed the damage and cleaned up for me. It was one less thing to worry about while navigating all that needs to be done for repairs. Excellent service and communication.

Must say I am very impressed with the help and the experience working with this company. From the person who took my call (apologies I don't recall the persons name, but she was excellent in caring about my home recently flooding in Maine.) To Rory Behrle and the team of people he immediately dispatched to our home, all is one day.. literally took him less that 8 hours to dispatch a team to start drying out our home. I haven't had a great track record in selecting quality contractors in the past, but so far, although stressful (given the flooding circumstances), this team has been outstanding.

My experience with Servpro was very positive. Around the week before Christmas we had a tree come down on our roof causing sever water damage inside our home. Servpro walked us through the entire process and was accommodating to our timeline. Becky, our project manager, was communicative and available at any time. She went above and beyond even coming out on the weekend to check in on things and make sure we were being taken care of. The crew was courteous and cleaned up any messes that were made during the removal/addition of new insulation. Very happy with the service provided.

I cannot say enough good about Arti, Dave, Gary and Zack. They worked so hard and were true professionals. It’s so hard to have a disaster happen in your home but they all helped make it a little easier.

After a very humid summer and no AC in my house, mold grew on my dining room ceiling. Rory was quick to respond with inspection including checking for sources of moisture through the rest of the house.He found none, thank goodness. The mitigation team was considerate , timely and thorough.

We used Servpro to come out and get rid of an odor in our rental property after the tenants smoked in the apartment. They were able to come out the day I called and take care of it. In less than 24 hours everything was taken care of. Everyone was awesome and I would definitely recommend them. Hoping I don’t have to use them again but if I do I would be happy to call and work with them again.
