Tidewater Property Preservation did an awesome job of cleaning my house, deck, and roof. Before there were much green material growing on the siding and especially the roof. It was nice and clean after they finished.

I hesitated doing something like this because of horror stories I've heard from friends and family about pressure washing jobs, ESPECIALLY ON ROOFS, going horribly wrong. I am happy to say this was an incredible job by the crew, who was professional, efficient and even identified a potential fire hazard when they saw a live line that was hidden away and not in plain sight during the cleaning. I would 100% use this service again for a future cleaning.

He was very professional, allowed me the time to ask any questions about what cleaning chemicals he was using, did all the work by himself, and walked around with me after he was finished to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work he had performed. Excellent workmanship! Thoroughly cleaned house, concrete surfaces and gutters. Soft wash actually ‘soft’. I have used a service before that used way too much bleach. Friendly. Would highly recommend.

I elected to go with the full project from the roof, soffits, exterior brick, walkways, driveway, porch, deck, mailbox and pool deck. The quality of the work was outstanding! Rescheduled a week early. Had a bird nest in one doors on front porch. They were able to clean and put back the bird. Bird was happy and I was very satisfied with the cleaning of the roof, back porch,rear deck and the furniture.

The two men arrived and went to work. I came out to greet the two men and went over the details of the house washing. Everything went well the job was done perfectly.

The company was very professional and competitive in pricing. The employees were efficient and polite. My house has never looked better! My dryer was more efficient without all the lint!

From time I contacted TPP, service was professional, estimate provided quickly and nice to see house without mildew and all concrete refreshed

The house siding and sidewalk cleaners did a good job, but they soaked my Verizon outdoor box so that I lost Wi-Fi and had to get Verizon to come out and replace the box. The lint cleaner guy got the lint out but in doing so he tore a big hole in the vent tube so that when I turned on the dryer, it blew in the laundry room. I had to fix it on my own.

The home evaluation was well done with estimates for all the potential phases of work; house wash, soft clean roof, driveway cleaning and rear patio pavers wash! The work was expertly completed. I lost 3 fish in my pond, which was covered with plastic during the work; but Tidewater replaced them with like fish.
