Not only did they fix the areas in question, they resealed everything to ensure I have no other issues. They came out on a Tuesday to assess and had it finished within 48 hours. Tides Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. They were professional, courteous and super responsive! They worked within our timeline and we couldn't be happier with the results. They removed our solar panels beforehand and reinstalled them afterwards. Our place was cleaned up so well that you did not even realize that they had been there to replace the roof! Hands down the best and most honest roofing company we have ever used!

During the Helene storm, I experienced a small leak dripping down into my kitchen. I contacted Chad and came within 48 hours. He was friendly and professional. Tides roof repair was great! I had a leak around a vent boot, due to a cut. They went up and replaced it and fixed the damage on the inside.
They were honest and straightforward with what was going on. The invoice was exactly what was estimated, and I was in the loop the whole time! Will definitely call them again!

I had a commercial roof leak that continued to pester my guests for years when it rained a lot.

Repeatedly had roofing guys and HVAC guys blame the leak on each other because they couldn’t find it.

Chad went up during a heavy rain and did a test to track the leak. Quick and easy fix to prevent the leaks while also giving an honest roof review to let me know that it needs a full coating soon or a layover replacement.

Tides Roof Repair came highly recommended by another roofing company. They came out an inspected my roof very soon after contacting them. The inspection was very thorough and found things that other inspections didn’t and showed photos of exactly what was wrong. The estimate was fair. Work was completed on the scheduled day, Scott was great. I was charged exactly what the estimate was and payment was easy as they accept credit card, venmo, zelle, checks, and more. Highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Tides Roof Repair for your roof, deck, fencing repairs. My upper level deck was taking in water under the covering the builder installed and failed to correct. Tides came in and offered several solutions and performed an awesome job. They even painted the railings at no additional cost! Chad was great to work with and Steve who performed the majority of the work is an amazing craftsman with a great work ethic and attention to detail. I will definitely use them again!!

Their roof was inspected by someone knocking doors and from that the company found several leaks they didn’t even know about. After pushing for a replacement & insurance job, my dad finally talked them providing a repair quote.

The repair quote was outrageous and we think it was because they wanted a replacement. After speaking with my contractor friend, we contacted Chad & Scott at Tides Roof Repairs who quickly provided a much more favorable repair quote. It still cost us a little over $3,000, but that’s cheap compared to the $7,500 repair quote we received before and the $12,000 replacement quote we received.

Both gentlemen we spoke with at Tides agreed that unless we were ready to replace, the roof had life left in it. Definitely recommend! Added some pictures below to show how great it turned out.

It’s honestly really hard trying to find a roofing repair company. I had to call 3 other companies out who tried selling me on a new roof rather than a simple repair. Greatly appreciate the help I was able to receive and being able to save money.
