Ryan was extremely professional and did a very thorough inspection. He was able to fit me in on short notice and was even a little early for our scheduled time! Ryan took the time to explain everything to me and address any concerns I had. We originally had it down to inspect the well and septic and sadly the septic at the house we were looking at was a very difficult to access and we were unable to get a full look at it. So Ryan was quick to give us a refund for that portion of the inspection due to not being able to fully complete it (no fault of his own). I was shocked he was so willing to refund even after digging such a large hole and doing his best to attempt it. Ryan filled the hole back I'm and continued on to the home inspection. I expressed my concerns for lead paint in the house and he took safety very seriously! If I ever need another house inspection I will deffinetly be using Ryan!

Ryan was fantastic. He was quick and easy to schedule with right off the bat. The inspection itself was thorough and complete. He pointed out not only areas of concerns but areas for improvement. He was knowledgeable about a wide range of issues and professional. I appreciated the complete inspection and the promptness that we received the report. Ultimately, I walked away from the home I was having inspected because of the findings during the inspection. Ryan uncovered many hidden defects that could have gone unnoticed with a less thorough inspection. I am grateful to him for that and look forward to working with him in the future when I find another property meant for me.

Phenomenal in every aspect! Organized in scheduling, knowledgeable in construction,extremely thorough, very personable and takes plenty of time with the client, and besides looking for flaws in the house he focuses on safety, and his inspection report to no surprise was very thorough. I would highly recommend Ryan!

Ryan was Excellent! He was very thorough and spent hours on his inspection late into a Saturday evening without rushing it. He took the time to educate me about the home and he was so speedy with our radon and mold test results. He followed up quickly and often and I never had to wait on anything. He also helped set me up with professionals in the are to help with our home needs. I highly recomend!

I couldn’t of asked for more from Thumb Home Inspection!! Very friendly yet informative and also thorough!! Takes the time to go over things in your home face to face to really explain the issue if there is an issue. (Rather than only sending you a report at the end.) Also takes many photos and has great tools in his repertoire to perform his inspection!! Thank you again for giving me and my family the peace of mind knowing our home is safe and sound!! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Thumb Home Inspection was the perfect choice for us while we were purchasing our new home. They were able to quickly identify the few existing problems like some missing shingles on the roof that were not easily visible from the ground, and also some mold in the attic. With their report the seller agreed to lower the price enough to cover the repairs and the price of the home inspection!

Ryan does not overlook anything. He really takes his time and makes sure he’s covered all bases and then some. As a realtor, I have witnessed the work of many home inspectors, and some I would not recommend but Ryan does a really good job and he will be an inspector that gets my recommendation!
