We can’t say enough great things about Caled. He came out to look at a small leak in our ceiling just above a bay window. He very quickly figured out where water was getting in, and fixed it right there on the spot. He’s so kind and professional, very easy to work with. Caled did a thorough, meticulous roof inspection for us. He took his time going through every space in the various parts of the attic, as well as going high up on the roof and inspecting the chimney and gutters as well. 1 Year Review -
We had Caled and his team replace our old roof and gutters last summer and after a full year of rain, hail, and heavy winds the roof and gutters have held up great! We were having some drainage issues before and I am happy to say that these problems are long gone. They went above and beyond in solving various issues they uncovered while removing the old roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Caled is awesome! He previously was on the team that installed the roof on my home prior to my owning it (when he worked for prior business). After I purchased my home, he graciously came out to inspect the roof for me and refused to charge me. After a recent storm, a huge limb fell from a tree and punctured the roof. I texted Caled on a Saturday, and he was there within 2 hours. He then had someone come out to patch the roof THAT SAME DAY! Good thing he did, because there was a lot of rain that night that was not on the forecast. The charge was also reasonable. I could not ask for better service than that.
