Technical was able to be here about two and a half hours ahead of established time. He took care of the reason for the visit and also an extra little task while he was here.
Very polite and helpful. Was an extremely good experience.

The technician was slightly early, he got right on the job, friendly and quick. He had to replace a part for the air-conditioner during the annual inspection, and charged a reasonable price.

Thrasher called and said they had a technician get done with a job early and wondered if it would be ok to send the tech early, which was really helpful.

For years, Thrasher has always treated us right. I always get to speak with a live person on the phone and they are so easy to schedule with. Today, Chase quickly pinpointed the problem and had it fixed in no time. 10/10 recommend Thrasher to all my friends and family!!

I had a new refrigerator delivered yesterday and did not know I needed a plumber to disconnect the copper waterline from the old refrigerator so it could be hauled away. Tiffany was able to send Don that afternoon and he was able to disconnect the old waterline and attach the new one I bought with the ice maker to the new refrigerator. Don was very experienced and efficient. He did a wonderful job and I will recommend Thrasher’s to my friends. Thank you for wonderful service! We recently had to call them after the heavy rain as our sump pump had quit working. Not only did they respond in a timely manner. The plumber who did the work went above and beyond in making sure we had the best pump for our needs and installing the new pump. Thrasher is always our go to for plumbing needs.

We used Thrasher for a backflow test and the process was simple and they were able to get us scheduled quickly. Thrasher also took care of the filing of the required paperwork with the city.

Had a small job of switching out an outside faucet that was broken. Tiffany was great on the phone as always. Ben took out the old one and replaced it as good as new for spring watering. Would recommend Thrasher for all plumbing needs. They replaced our water heater last fall. Excellent job and fair pricing.

Called them this morning to fix our A/C, they were able to come right away. Tech (Caleb) was courteous and professional, knew what he was doing, and had parts needed on hand to do the whole job. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, and I'm very happy with the service we received today. I would highly recommend them.

I had two issues with my plumbing. One was leaky pipe and the other was the sink constantly not draining.

The leaky pipe was due to a water line to my dish washer not being sealed and the other was due to my p trap not being sealed. He replaced the p trap and then threw the old one on my lawn and left it there…I had to throw it away after he had left… Then there was the dish washer line. All he did was turn off the water to it and said if you want I can come back, charge me again and fix it.

For the sink that was constantly not draining he asked permission to cut into the wall. I approved it. No big deal. Drywall is an easy fix. He looked at the issue said he could come back, charge me again and fix it. I looked at what he thought might be the issue and I’m no expert but I wasn’t sold that was the issue. Don’t get me wrong, it was an issue but for how much and constantly the sink was backing up this seemed like small potatoes.

So 200 dollars later all I got was trash in my yard. A dish washer that’s still not running and a sink that’s still fully backed up…Not to mention was that the dish washer line he didn’t even catch. I had to grab him as he was writing out the bill and under the sink was still dripping…

The only good thing about my experience was the when you call the office to schedule an appointment. The person answering calls, she was very nice and was very easy to work with.

These guys were so professional and honest. I had 2 major appliances go out back to back and they got them fixed fast. It honestly looks so much better than before they came. Amazing job!

Fantastic service! We had a plumbing emergency and they were able to send someone right away. He fixed it fast! We really appreciate all they do, both in times of crisis and on regular calls as well.

My service today was excellent Calub inspected and serviced my air conditioner. I have been using Thrasher’s services for about 20 years. I highly recommend them.

Had a new faucet put in. Service was great. I just called yesterday and they were able to replace today. Only took around an hour.
