It was an absolute pleasure meeting John today. I had several projects which he completed to perfection in record time. He even hauled away all the extra cardboard leaving everything neat as a pin. Thank you, John! I'll see you again for my next round of projects.

Ace Handyman Mark Grant came to our house yesterday to basically rebuild the interior of a closet. I was very pleased. He was very professional, offered good ideas about the project and did a great job cleaning up after he was finished. I'll certainly call Ace Handyman Services for projects in the future.

John did a great job. He assessed our needs and completed the necessary repairs in a timely manner. Will use Ace again.

Scheduled work and original date was cancelled because of the threat of rain. Handyman came that day to look at job and gather list of supplies. Cancellation was given about 5 minutes before job was supposed to start.

Job was rescheduled for 10 days later. Jon showed up at the newly scheduled time and did a great job. Estimate was 4 hours, which seemed high, and he completed the work in 2 1/2. Supply list was not detailed and seemed a bit high, but not way out of whack.

Was told I'd get a copy of the receipt when I paid at the job, but had to call to get that provided to me. All in all job was done well and price was OK

Mark Grant did a great job installing our new storm door. Very thorough and made sure everything was working correctly. Cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend.

The handyman , Joel did a great job of attaching handles to our kitchen cabinets, which were all straight and evenly spaced In addition he even straightened a couple of cabinet doors.

Joel did an excellent job. He arrived on time and even completed the work in less time than we expected. Will definitely ask for him again!

Professional, on time and very knowledgeable, I had a long list of repair items from replacing faucets and fixing door hinges to hanging curtain rods, mounting a TV and replacing bulbs in very high ceiling fixtures requiring very tall ladders. They accomplished everything on my list and even did little extra things like patching a few holes in drywall from having to move brackets to helping me find the correct kind of bulbs for my chandelier which were really unusual. Everything was left clean and tidy when they were finished.

Overall , it was an excellent customer service experience and I would highly recommend Ace Handyman Services. I will definitely be using them in the future for repairs!

Joel put up shelves in my back room recently. He worked with me to determine my exact needs and to provide a list of items to order beforehand. He arrived right on time and actually had the job finished early, which saved me some money! The job was done well and exactly how we had discussed it.

Finally, Joel described other types of projects that he, or other Ace handymen, can do. I am more than likely to use him or a colleague again, and more than happy with the work that was done.

Could not have had a better experience with Ace Handyman Services West Des Moines. I requested an estimate on a Sunday. They called first thing Monday morning and booked my appointment right away. There were several things I needed done, but the most critical were replacing a composite fence panel, sanding/painting a front door, and installing new door hardware. Jon arrived right on time and quickly got to work. He did not have experience with my type of fencing, but had no problem quickly replacing. His expertise and work ethic were top notch. I will definitely use Ace Handyman Services West Des Moines in the future.

Jon was on time and fully prepared to tackle the list I had. I also added 3 more items while he was here, which he handled with no problem. Everything was done perfectly, and he took the time to show me how to use a couple of things he assembled for me . We even discussed some items I am going to request he do in the near future. He did an excellent job and was very efficient. He completed the whole job in less than 3 hrs. I didn’t like the fact that I had no receipt for the door and whatever supplies he went out and bought. That part was a little bit smoke and mirrors.

Jesse did a great job with the list of things that needed to be repaired. I was pleased with everything, especially the floor in the primary bathroom. I would definitely recommend his work if someone needed a handyman for small repairs.

We were blown away by the service provided by Ace Handyman WDM. We found a ValPak ad (no idea they had the service) & hired them for 2 days. The friendly scheduler worked with us through several texts & phone calls to ensure we got the work done that we needed, had an accurate estimate, & understood the process.

The handyman showed up on time, sent notification texts when they were on their way, called the night before to review the work needed. We were so pleased with the work completed, we ended up hiring them again for more jobs. I cannot stress how much they actually care, how competent they are, & how much effort they gave to complete the work requested. Joel was prompt. He listened to my idea for installation of some handrails for personal security and immediately understood the project. I hired Ace Handyman Services to replace a drop-in kitchen sink, and I couldn't be happier with the results. John was the installer assigned to the job, and he was absolutely fantastic. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a bit of a challenge due to some shortcuts taken by the previous homeowner. John had to cut part of the counter and make several adjustments to get everything to fit correctly.

Despite the unexpected issues, John handled everything with skill and professionalism. He took the time to explain each step, kept me informed throughout the process, and really went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. Not only did he finish the job in less time than expected, but the final result looks better than a lot of contractor work I've seen elsewhere.

Highly recommend Ace Handyman - and especially John - if you want quality workmanship and someone who truly cares about doing the job right.
