Imperial Inspection services were great and easy to work with. The guy that came out to inspect our house was patient and detailed. Would recommend and use again.

I'm not sure what service other people received, but the inspector failed to notice a HOLE IN THE ROOF. We didn't get it fixed before closing on our new house. We have vermin in our walls/roof. Please note that the hole is visible from the porch, and my husband found it shortly after we started hearing animal sounds in the walls.

More than that, the inspector failed to note the mineral deposits on the walls in the basement which indicated repeated water incursions.

The home inspection that I received from Zeke went exceptionally well. He was friendly, very easy to work with and extremely thorough. He answered all of my questions throughout the inspection and discovered things with the house that I would never have noticed even after several realtor tours. His report gives me peace of mind that purchasing this home is a wise investment. Having a "to do" list in order to prioritize items that need addressed in the short term and long term will be very helpful. The video inspection of the main sewer line performed by Sam was very helpful in determining the condition of the Orangeburg material. I was very concerned in the condition and seeing it live as he ran the camera out to the street and back was a huge relief. Both of them were very professional, thorough and took care to perform the inspections in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend Imperial Inspection for any home inspection needs when purchasing a home.

Have used these guys with previous homes both selling and purchasing. They are knowledgeable, great with communication, and a trustworthy group. I would definitely recommend.

I will 100% use your company again. Zeke was so detailed and would show us and explain to us if something was a safety concern or something was good. He’d give us ideas and options and resources for ideas on how to fix the issue if needed. His report was so detailed it blew my mind. He also included pictures which helps so much! If this house falls through I will definitely be requesting Zeke on any further future houses I possibly want to buy!!!

Yea if you don’t close and have to pay 6 days after closing date - they charge 15 dollar off the bat and they go through Gaurdian to pay just not a smooth payment process -just to pay the account!
Pick a different place !

***updated they waived the fee of $15 however it took multiple emails and push on my end.
As a first time homebuyer the process was stressful enough , not having the sale go through leaves a bitter sweet taste however the inspection while it does note that there’s a 3% surcharge on the invoice.
$15 is steep for a online payment.

Hopefully they fix that in the future so if a sale doesn’t go through they give you X amount of days to pay before adding a fee.
Which would allow people to want to use the service again.

Jesus was friendly and very thorough with the inspection. He documented the whole process with pictures and called out anything we needed to know in his report. I would recommend imperial and spefically Jesus to my friends and family.

I highly recommend Imperial Inspection Services for home/office inspections, radon testing, mold testing. I appreciate that they provide all of these services so that it can be done in one tip. I appreciate their great communication and coordination to handle everything necessary for an inspection. He explained everything we could expect with a residential inspection and things to consider with a home as we work through the home buying process.

Thorough and honest home inspection saved me from making a bad home purchase. Scheduled and paid quick and easy. Report was received quickly with a lot of detail. I only wish I hadn't been put on the "Porch" sales list because they are constantly texting and emailing and I had to block them...I know how to move and don't need to pay someone to help me.

Did a very detailed inspection and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Detailed report covered everything we went over during the inspection.

I was so impressed with Christian and how thorough he was! I arrived about 10 minutes early and he was already there and on the roof! He took my realtor and me through the house, room by room to explain anything he felt might be an issue. He explained what is "critical" and what is more "FYI". I can't say enough how much I appreciated his services, and I would defiintely call Imperial again for another house!

Zeke was excellent. He went out of his way to explain how certain things in the house worked, and where the shut off valves were located, etc. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Tim with Imperial Inspection Services did a fantastic job with our buyer’s inspection. From the moment we arrived, Tim had a professional demeanor and talked us through the process and what to expect. We were present for the entire inspection as he worked throughout the house. Imperial does a really good job. There’s a balance to be struck between a regular home having expected wear and tear and things that might be safety issues or environmental hazards. I think the inspector’s job is to point every little thing that’s wrong with the house but then purchaser can make an informed decision on if they feel the house is something they want to move forward with. But they don’t have a crystal ball and they can’t predict something that may happen down the road. I think it’s important to understand theres not a perfect home and the inspector job is to point out everything they can see. I felt like the communication with the company was very good. I would use Imperial again!

We had an inspection for the house we were buying back in March. The inspector missed so many things that should have been caught. To name a few: 2 leaking toilets, a leaking shower drain that leaked into the kitchen ceiling, a basement that floods as result of a downspout too close to the foundation.

I recommend you save your money and go elsewhere.
