Thrasher Foundation Repair

What a great experience we had today with Brandon and Sky from Thrasher! We needed help with repairing our front entrance to our home. They were familiar with what the project was before they arrived - that showed us how much Thrasher, and their team, cares about their customers. After meeting Brandon, they went right to work. It was amazing what they were able to do in a couple of hours! Once they were done, they did a walkthrough to show us all the things they did and made sure we liked the work. It looks so much better and we are very satisfied with the results! Thank you so much!

Chris reached out the day before my appointment to let me know exactly what to expect. He checked in that morning, letting me know that if it worked for me, he could arrive early. Once there, he inspected my crawlspace and shared exactly what he found. We came to an agreement on what to do next and he was done with the job in a timely manner. He took the time to explain how my new app works and I truly appreciated that!

Derrick Barrs came for our annual appointment and had several helpful ideas. From minimizing home repair costs to checking again after spring rains to make sure everything is as it is now.

Derek came out for our annual inspection, everything went great. He made sure everything was in working order and made sure we knew how to test the unit. Our dog may have coaxed him into a round of fetch :) We've been very happy with our Thrasher system. It's allowed us to have a usable basement, when it wasn't before.

Chris Sullivan did an excellent job when doing our annual review on March 11th. He thorough and respectful of our property. He also took the time to show us videos about controlling Radon in our home and providing information about how to prevent additional mold spores in our home. Thank you!! Chris is welcome back to provide Thrasher services in our home at anytime.

My service guy arrived within the time frame I was given from the company. He was friendly and explained everything to me as to what was needing repair and ran through how the pump and back up pumps work again.

Derek was great! He first did annual maintenance on my triple sump pump system and showed me that it in fact still works like it is supposed to 6 years after having it installed. And then he explained the benefits of having a de-humidifier (that drains straight into my sump pump). I had him put the de-humidifier in and I will see in the next 5 months how that will work out!

Friendly, professional, timely, kept me posted on repair status & have me check for approval. Checked sump pump downstairs & informed me of the Thrasher Care Club I would like more information on. You can Derek anytime. Thank you!!

Logan and Mike explained the installation of the carbon straps they were going to install and completed the work in a timely manner. They put up plastic to limit the spread of the dust and cleaned up everything when they were done.

Derek came out to help us look over our gutters and was very informative and helpful. Glad to have him back out in the future.

Chris was able to come earlier than he planned. He was personable and friendly the entire time he was here. We told him the system worked during the June flood! - we were so thankful.
During the maintenance check, he was professional, paid attention to detail (replaced the filter), checked the drains inside and out, and cleaned up before he left. He did an excellent job! Thank you!

Chris Sullivan spent a long day here today.,correcting all the problems made previously..he was so patient,courteous& expertize in his workmanship. The best weve had from Thrasher!!! Many feathers belong in his hat..& deserves a 10 star rather than 5. Left me feeling a great sence of relief,knowing things were done right this time!! Chris, Thrasher tech, was courteous, thorough, and conscientious concerning our equipment maintenance and recommendations for our home foundation. The maintenance program is very helpful & convenient.

Had to brace a 30 foot wall, and they did a great job. Answered all my questions and cleaned up the area before they left.

Logan, Mike & Crew finished our waterproofing/sump pump drainage system today. They dug out tile & concrete next to the basement interior walls. They made sure that the drainage system sloped away from the house. There was one problem they presented & explained 3 options. We chose the solution that was least invasive that worked best for our situation. All the guys were super respectful, cooperative, & polite.
Thrasher Foundation is fortunate to have these employees. All were extremely responsible & concerned about the clean-up at the end of their project.

My project manager, Casey was very polite and conscientious about the work being done. He worked well with his crew, and they finished in a timely manner. They cleaned up well when finished. I’m very hopeful that this will solve my water issues in my basement!

Thrasher has always taken very good care of me and my home. They deal with my anxiety very well and every time they come they educate me on something new that I need to know to take care of my home better.
