Exceptional experience with this company. On two separate occasions, they responded to my home on short notice to address emergency issues with my deck and roof that were causing leaks inside my house. Their response time was almost immediate and they handled the repairs with a level of expertise that was evident.

The team quickly diagnosed and resolved complex problems. They took the time to explain the repairs and even provided pictures throughout the process, which gave me confidence in the repairs. Beyond their technical ability, they were professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. After completing the job, they left everything clean and in order.

These guys take pride in their work and value their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing or exterior repairs.

This roofing company is the best company in the colorado as far asa I am concerned.! They did a beautiful job on my last house. I have used this business 4 times in different locations for 40 years. I used someone else only once and learned my lesson. They are truly the best!

Scot Thomsen presents himself very amicably. My membrane flat roof was wearing with age and he suggested the most current replacement material-TPO. Even though my repair does not require a building permit, he was proceeding with parameters dictated by the Building Code. His quote was reasonable and well below a few of the other bids. Since all my cost was out of pocket, the reasonable bid was very welcomed.

Scot and his roofing crew did a great job putting on a new roof! They were very dedicated to getting the job done. They went above and beyond expectations and the roof looks great!..... a job well done!!

I recently moved to Boulder and discovered that the shed attached to the house I moved into was leaking. After several unsuccessful attempts at finding a roofer who would respond to my calls or deal with the problem, I came across Scot Thomsen. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry, came out the same day to assess the situation, and fixed the problem by the end of the following week at a very reasonable cost. I feel very fortunate to have found Scot and would feel confident going to him for any future roofing needs.

I am looking into the possibility of purchasing an emergency battery backup system for our house. I saw Thomsen Roofing on the Better Business Bureau's website listed under Solar Contractors. Scot was very upfront with me, telling me they haven't yet done any of these, but he followed up the following day with an email he had received from one of his clients, telling Scot about the emergency battery backup system that he is considering. I was very impressed that Scot, even though he knew he wasn't going to be doing one for me, sent me this information!

I am a handy person however after several attempts on trying to fix my roof haha, decided to try a professional. After calling several contractors around the area I luckily stumbled upon Thomsen Roofing. Wow!! Super Amazing as I was not even home.. The company followed through and kept in touch with all aspects of the project. Not an easy job as I got turned down by other companies as they said my roof was too difficult. My flat roofed garage gutters froze, lifting the flashing and butyl rubber from the underlying end joist. Scot and his crew fixed the problem in a few hours with good workmanship and a competent, positive attitude at a very competitive price. I was very pleased with Thomsen Roofing.

Mr. Thomsen recently cleaned our gutters at a rental property in Broomfield, CO (see photo below) and inspected the roof. We have renters for a long time that unbeknownst to me stopped cleaning the gutters. As you can see from the photo there are many sections of gutters all around the house's roof in the front, sides and rear at different heights. Scot didn't complain and systematically cleaned each section which also inspecting the roof for any damage we might need to repair. As always, he didn't suggest we needed any repairs or a new roof at this time. My realtor had sent out another roofer to inspect the roof and he provided a very costly estimate for replacing both the roof and gutters claiming extensive hail damage. I filed a claim with our insurance company who balked that we had anything more than normal wear and tear on our 12 year roof. Scot confirmed that the insurance company's viewpoint seemed more correct rather than try to edge himself in by also claiming we need a new roof. Besides competence, there is nothing more important than have an honest roofer you trust. And Scot's repairs to two homes we had were both inexpensive and fixed the issue the first time.

Scot had also done several roofing repairs at our home in Boulder, CO before we sold it in 2016, and he is always extremely responsive, honest, and very fair in his fees (never suggesting more work than is required to address an issue). He always identifies the underlying cause of an issue and doesn't suggest a cosmetic issue, especially out of sight, requires an unnecessary repair. His solutions have always addressed the problem we had reported, and did so the first time he came out to do the work. And we never had to do follow up work later for the same issue.
