The rain held them back but, the was finally completed and we are very pleased with external staining they did on our home.

We had our powder coated aluminum window frames painted. Karla and her team carefully power washed the windows,
taped off the glass and surrounding areas, sprayed on a heavy duty SW primer and then spayed on a SW top coat. Also feathered the area on the frames between the spayed area and the original powder coat where the spray didn’t reach. Tremendous improvement!

They did a great job, Mario was a great lead on the work and did an excellent job communicating. When the first whiteboard coating took longer than expected to dry, they came back the next day to do the last coat. I appreciate the effort to do it right. The bathroom floor is so nice now that it is finished, it is no longer just painted concrete.

The whole crew did a fantastic job! They were on time everyday, worked hard and cleaned-up everyday before they left. Would have them back again!

Great experience overall with CertaPro for our residential exterior paint job. Quotes were fair, middle of the range on price, but with a lot more detail and backup than we saw from many others.

Flexible with us on material choices, good recommendations for the repairs we needed, and a good plan to handle the large amount of handwork needed (100 year old house, 51 windows, very degraded previous paintjob).

For the past 2 plus days we had CertaPro Painters of Boulder, team Carla, painting the entire inside of our house. Because we chose a light paint to cover darker colors, the painting required 2-3 costs. Carla’s team was very accommodating to all our requests. The team was very friendly and got along so well. The work is perfect and looks 500% better. The house has certainly been brightened up, looks like a new house. The team was very knowledgeable and professional. CertaPro painted ~600 sq ft inside our home last year. They did a phenomenal job - they booked us fast, were on time, were very respectful of our home, and the finish work was perfect. They applied 3 luxurious coats everywhere, with crisp cut lines and zero overspray anywhere. Finally, as evidence of their care and attention to detail, when they put all of the light switch and outlet covers back on, they aligned the screw heads to all point vertically! I’ve never seen such care from a group of painters.

Generally speaking, everything looks really good and communication with representatives and project managers was easy and I felt that I was heard. But I'm disappointed to say that my concerns did not get transferred well to the crew doing the actual job. A very important component of our exterior paint job was the prep and repair work (the resealing, and scraping / priming of loose and flaky paint which was clearly stated in our proposal). Not only do I want this paint job to last because it's not cheap, I want it to protect my house in the way I expect it to (and was sold on). But the crew seemed most interested in getting the job done versus getting it done right. I had to point out every place on the house where paint was clearly flaking (mostly on the bottom of boards) and was clearly not scraped and primed before being painted over. I also was hoping for a more thorough check of these problem spots since I didn't think it was my job to have to point out every single one. The crew only addressed the spots I pointed out, not others that I missed. Each time I would recheck their work, I would find more areas and it was becoming painfully obvious that the crew was growing increasingly frustrated with my critiques. After the third time, I just gave up asking for more despite the fact that there were still more problem areas and told them it was fine and they could go. I have found multiple areas of peeling or flaking paint that did not get scraped and primed before the crew painted over it since then and now in order to properly protect the paint job and boards, I will be climbing ladders at 6 months pregnant to redo work that I paid thousands of dollars for. I expected a thorough, quality job and I do not believe I received that from the particular crew that painted my house.

We used CertaPro Painters to prepare and apply a clear re-coat to wood ceiling areas throughout our neighborhood. They were thoroughly professional throughout the project - the estimate was accurate; they were punctual, clean and easy to work with; they took care to avoid damage to landscaping; and they followed up on their performance to assure we were thoroughly satisfied.
This was first-rate work.
