Malissa and Jose (and his crew) were amazing! I’ve used Servpro in multi family real estate in the past and called Malissa on a Saturday at 9pm for my personal flooded basement. She was so nice and caring when she could have easily declined the call. She rushed to get me taken care of and Jose and his team were at my door within the hour! I didn’t catch the whole teams names, but Jose and two guys were so professional and polite. They taped up everything, cleared space and left my basement is the best possible condition! And they were so speedy, which was nice since it was so late. They came back to test moisture twice after before removing the machines so I knew it was ready! They were such a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend this group more!

This was the first time I've experienced having a pipe burst and getting the damage mitigated and subsequently repaired. The work was completed but communication was a little broken sometimes. I wasn't sure what the steps were and what needed to happen along the way. The job was completed to my satisfaction.

Waited 22 hours for a call back. Called someone else to fix the issue had the issuefixed within the 22 hours. Then called back to servpro to let them know I didn't need a call back anymore and got attitude. Call anyone else instead. Hell use smoke signals, probably help you out as much.

Servpro crew arrived this morning promptly at 9am. Adrian, Armando, Wilmer all went to work right away with the demolition. Adrian explained the procedure that were scheduled to do. Very professional crew, they completed their work, cleaned up afterwards and left at 11am. I would highly recommend them anytime someone need this type of work done.

Had our sprinkler valve freeze and explode in the middle of the night. Our downstairs tenant woke at 4 am to a total flood. After getting the plumbing fixed we called SERVPRO and Adrian, Nelson, and Deiber arrived first thing in the morning and went to work immediately moving all valuables to the main floor and then checking for damage to the walls. They then removed the damaged carpet padding and vacuumed as much water before installing dehumidifiers. They were friendly, quick, and professional. It was a horrible situation but they helped us navigate it and we can't thank them enough.

They did a great job, and went above and beyond to do everything we needed and wanted. Would use them again. They were a little expensive, but the work was great and looked better than before they started.

ServPro Construction came out after a water loss at my house, referred by insurance. I was satisfied with the quality of repair and promptness of service.

I was referred to the Boulder team by the Louisville team because the Louisville team kindly said they were too busy but the Boulder team said they could help. It took 48 hours but Ivan came out to take measurements to give me a quote. He said he would have the quote ready that evening and they could start the next day. I didn't receive the quote so I called the next day to check-in. It's been over a week and I haven't heard from Ivan or anyone else. I guess they didn't want the job but it would have been better if they just told me that rather than just not communicating at all.

I have been working with this ServPro team for nearly a decade. This team has consistently proven that they are reliable, professional, and committed to quality work. I trust them to provide an accurate proposal for the full scope of work from the outset, and they will provide thorough communication throughout every job. ServPro is always my first phone call in any emergency situation, and their quick response has saved me thousands of dollars on numerous occasions. I cannot recommend this group highly enough.

I reached out to Malissa to help my mom with a mold issue in her home basement. She was using another company and didn't feel like she was being taken care of. This is particularly for Best Option Restoration, who was referred by ServPro. I have a music studio that was covered in soot from a nearby fire in my house. They were very responsive, showed up on time and worked with me closely to pack all of my studio up for cleaning. Once everything was worked out with my insurance, they quickly returned all my items back without any issues or damage. All items were cleaned and work perfectly. They even sent me a Xmas gift :) Would definitely recommend! I will let my landlord rate the ServPro portion of the cleaning/restoration/painting.

I contracted Servpro after a septic clog backup. They were responsive. They gave me an estimate, told me that this an accurate estimate. The invoice is twice the amount. I asked for a detailed explanation : no response. They owe me two more invoices, I dare not think what these will be.
I recommend never using their services, because in their agreement, they basically reserve the right to change pricing at any point, to any amount. Then any verbal communication made by them is to be distrusted (they say so in their contract). Finally, if you don't pay, they put a lien on your house. So basically when you sign with servpro, you are signing over a blank check and if you do not take them to court, you either pay or you have a lien on your house.
Also, they changed teams, lead people, they told me once : yes, let me know tomorrow and the next day I call and the person is on a one week vacation.

We’ve used ServePro for multiple projects, and they did a great job. Jose was easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. He was able to get cleanup teams out to us almost immediately, and the techs were hard working and thorough.

After an extended leak, the group who helped us, led by Enrique Rojas and Alex L were so effective and quick and all expectations were exceeded.

This company is completely unethical. If you do have an emergency, they come out to remediate (it is just a scam) - but really they want to sell you their in-house arms length contractors service remodel outfit that will not complete the job, will not warranty the job, has too many employee turn overs w/ employees stating how unethical the companies practices are. Use someone else.

So thankful for a company like this when I need it most! We came home from a weekend away, to the sound of running water behind an exterior wall and into the unfinished crawlspace. The pipe had burst in the frigid temps, and was running for who knows how long. A quick call to Shilo, and Kris was at my door in minutes to pump it out!! We had a small fire in my research facility. The fire was put out relatively quickly by the sprinkler system, but the smoke and water damage permeated throughout the laboratory. The damage was immense. ServPro was there within a few hours of the fire department leaving the facility. They had the water off the floor that night. Early the following morning ServPro was there with an army of personnel to start wiping soot off every surface. I knew it was bad, but I had no idea how bad until I witnessed the effort to clean it up. ServPro led the effort from the initial mop up on the night of the fire through the final painting and finish of the room. It looked great when they were done. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. If you need the job done right and done fast I highly recommend ServPro.

Amazing work! We had a busted pipe in a 3rd floor unit that leaked down into the 2nd floor unit causing significant water damage. We called SERVPRO and they were out in less than 8 hours providing us a quote and beginning work. They demoed 2 bathrooms and had it all put back together good as new in less than 48 hours. They did the work very professionally and were very clean throughout the process. Residents from both units were blown away by how little impact the event had on them considering the damage. They could not believe how quickly the problem was resolved.

Servpro always pulls through and quickly responds to any and every request we have. They did not set up a proper containment for our mold problem, didnt bother covering up air vent in the "containment area" so their fan was blowing mold through the house, didnt leave an air scrubber to ensure the air was being cleaned, and to top it off they left a box cutter in our couch that our toddler found

We had a major flood in our very large basement. Servpro came out quickly and did a 100% outstanding job in getting the water out, taking the baseboards and drywall out, removing the furniture that was damaged, and saving what could be saved. They were in constant communication. A flood is terribly upsetting and Servpro did a great job in mitigating the stress. We totally recommend them.

We had a broken pipe. AmFam recommended Servpro to us. They did a good job drying everything out and the guys that came to the house were nice, but they leave the customer to find people to put everything back together. We need drywall replaced and painted, baseboards put back, a light fixture replaced and carpet pad in 3 rooms. The comment from Joel Keesy, was that his guy was too busy to restore. FALSE ADVERTISING! "Like it never even happened" is just not true!!!! Very disappointed and a bit lost on who to call next. Joel said he would get me some referrals, but never did. BOO!

Executive Summary: find someone other than Servpro. Why? Read on.

My wife and I are 74-year-old senior citizens...we read reviews, but seldom write them. However, when treated unfairly and paying $8000 for an incomplete job… prospective customers need responsible feedback. Our reaction to the existing 5-star reviews…total fiction. Our stars: 1.

My reviews are few but accurate. What follows is fully supported by detailed, time-stamped emails and photos. During 2018, we, personally, labored to finish the job, making four roundtrips FL to CO and continued to seek a remedy with the Servpro ownership. Afforded multiple opportunities to visit the site, they declined. What follows is fully supported by detailed, time-stamped emails and photos.

We were introduced to Servpro in October 2017. Just one of a series of unfortunate events: 1) negligent, irresponsible renters in Castle Rock who finally “noticed” black spots on the basement wood floor; 2) Insurance company, American Family, denied the claim...no coverage for slow, hidden basement leaks which emanated from the first floor kitchen drain; and then, finally, 3) Servpro to the “rescue”.

1. Logistics. I had asked Servpro/Boulder about the logistics of taking the job in Castle Rock and was told: “no problem...our teams are everywhere.” Probably true...it appears Servpro/Boulder ownership shares a commonality with other Denver area Servpro franchisees. Moral of the story: Think twice about selecting another Denver area Servpro franchise.

2. Time to completion according to them: 3-4 days. Rather, after a month, they labelled it “complete”. The reality: Not compete as of this December 2018 writing.

3. Communication with Kris, the Team Supervisor. In general, while normally timely, all-too-often, the information was inaccurate and/or incomplete. On one occasion, I was told they would be back on Tuesday...only after my prompting did they return on Thursday. On another occasion, Kris said it was ready for the plumber to fix the leaking drain pipe...the reality: they hadn't even removed the basement wallboard that fronted the pipe. After the plumber finished (second trip), they hadn't removed the moldy pipe...so, the air tester professional, who was on scene since the job "was ready", couldn't test due to possible pipe air contamination. The comedy of these types of errors was continuous.

4. Cost Mentality? Kris convinced me to remove the existing wallboard, up to around 20". My direction to him: Fine...makes sense...go ahead. What then happened and why? Well, I questioned the number of visits Kris made to the site...not many I suspect. But his team, left to their own devices, removed the existing wallboard with cuts of 25" and higher from the floor. So, what is wrong? Well, as many know (his team members apparently didn't know nor care), wallboard comes in 48"X96" pieces. If you need to cut the new piece high-than-24"X96 ", you get only one usable cut from the new piece...the rest is wasted. Thus, the cost for me to subsequently fix what they caused (labor and materials), nearly doubled.

Another example. Their “completed” job left nothing done with the basement bathroom floor. Wow...this, after having ripped out 1” thick flooring everywhere else…meanwhile, the 1/8” thick linoleum in the bathroom was left untouched. Guess what I found after tearing out the linoleum, the floor trim, and 20” high wallboard?...yes, mold. And I have pictures of both before and after.

5. State of Completion. After their designated completion, was the mold gone? Hardly...after the environmental consultant again came to inspect, he felt that an air sample would be a waste of time and money. In short, he said: keep cleaning, especially in all areas and cracks around the vertical drain pipe. I did so...another 40 plus hours cleaning, scrubbing, spraying, and sealing.

6. Conclusion. Find somebody else.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This team, starting with Taylor who took my call to Joel the Operations Manager to all of the crew in the field, is absolutely fantastic! They made my horrible situation easy. They made sure my water damage was removed, dried, everything put back together and cleaned. Everyone of the people I met was professional and nice. For having a bad situation at hand, they sure made it go smoothly and I felt they really took it seriously. They cared about how all of this was effecting me. And, they made it very affordable as well. I can't say Thank You enough to the entire team! I would recommend the Boulder/Broomfield ServPro to everyone!

Joel and his team are extremely knowledgeable about their trade and want to do what is best without any unnecessary steps/demolition. Joel came in and inspected our damage from a water leak and gave us a game plan for how to remove the water effectively; they can do all of the removal work or let you do some/all of it yourself. They are the experts and really just want to help you get a stressful, wet situation under control and dry again as quick as possible with as little damage as possible.

I can’t stress enough that they do not recommend any demolition or extra work where it isn’t warranted. They recommend a plan based on physical evidence using their specialized tools and years of experience.

They were also able to get us equipment (industrial strength dehumidifiers, high velocity blowers, etc) within 15 minutes of deciding to go that route on a Friday at 6:30pm. Another company we contacted earlier that day said we couldn’t get fans until Monday unless we paid overtime fees (then we could have gotten them Saturday morning).

I would recommend Joel to anyone needing help after water damage.

Jenna Breckenfelder and her team exceeded our expectations for service and care when our home flooded due to a water main break. Jenna maintained connection with us to keep us informed of her assessments and suggestions/recommendations so that we felt entirely cared for. We were amazed at her quick response time and attentiveness. In spite of the discomfort of having a disaster in our home, we felt assured and that everything was under control. Having Jenna manage the situation kept things clear and unbelievably timely and our property was restored as quick as possible. We didn't have to manage a bunch of different contractors and delay things, Jenna handled it all. We highly recommend Servpro when you need someone to take control for you to make sure everything is restored properly. Thank you guys and especially Jenna! You are the best and we literally don't know what we would have done without you!

Seldom will people take the time to write something nice, but these comments are so needed and well deserved by the team led by Jenna B. at Serv-Pro/Greater Boulder. They were truly PROS that SERVed me well. After a tiny pinhole in the copper piping of my water heater, they were called by my insurance adjuster and immediately responded, even though there are other Serv-Pro franchises closer (one at least 1 mile away). Jenna's team was quick, responsive, clean, courteous and answered a myriad of questions. Someone on her team was back every day for 9 days till they were assured that NO PROBLEMS would arise from the dry-out. Jenna was always available by phone/text and responded as if my restoration was the only one she was working on. Jenna has a great team and they all work together well. We had a large water leak that effected two floors, while we were on vacation. ServPro was dispatched at 3am the day after Thanksgiving 2016. They spent two weeks in our home and I was immediately impressed with their knowledge and expertise in dealing with this emergency. They not only were professional, but more importantly they stood by their workmanship when we discovered some items that were damaged during the mitigation. Nick and his team stepped right up and saw to it that all of these were taken care of to our satisfaction. These guys do not care about the customer and it's apparent. They sent guys in to clean our ductwork. The guys they subcontracted to did not speak very well English I guess and should not have agreed to do something they did not understand. They damaged parts to our geothermal system and our heat system failed while we had company in town from 2 different states.
They sent a technician out afterwards and he blew our power to the street and left us without heat and standing in the cold for 1 1/2 hours in the winter time.
Nobody called to see if the problem was rectified and I had to contact them to tell them what happened.
Now they are sending me bills and our ductwork is not clean and they have yet to call and see what gas transpired after almost 12 weeks. SCAM........ I would not recommend them to anyone and I am a licensed Denver General Contractor.

When we had a toilet leak that caused mold in our pantry ServPro was out quickly and got everything cleaned up quickly. They even came out over the weekend to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Completely amazing, I never thought that a flood project could be completed so quickly! To say that they do expert work is an understatement. No smells, no sign that they were here. I'm talking 5 inches of water in about a 3000 square foot space with carpet, tile, wallboard, etc. These guys worked like crazy! I don't think you could do this type of work yourself even if you were a construction contractor, they specialized in MAKING IT RIGHT!
