We need to have a fan installed on a sloped ceiling and we were running into issues. We called Thompson Maldonado Const. and they went above and beyond to get the fan installed. We are very pleased with their service.

I needed a pet door installed in my 6-inch wall and they came out, as scheduled, and completed the job and I am very happy with the results. The only criticism I would have is that they could have put a barrier around the cutting area to prevent dust from escaping into the house, but all in all it was a fairly quick cleanup job. Communication throughout the project was always efficient and professional. Would use again. Recommended!

I posted on a local FB community page asking for assistance in getting a bid for a roof leak. Tricia Maldonado promoted her and her husbands business, Thompson Maldonado Construction. I schedule a morning appointment and Tricia said they would be at our home between 8-9am. They were over an hour late and didn't bother to call or text saying they were running late. They spent about 20-30 minutes looking at the roof and said they'd have to come back when the roof was dry so that they could climb on it to get a better look. We scheduled for a Friday @ 3pm. At 4:15pm I text Tricia saying we had plans and asked if they were still coming. At 5:30pm Tricia replied saying they had been stuck on a job.

The lack of professionalism is a huge red flag into their business. I'm glad it worked out this way. It probably would've ended up as one of those nightmare repair/construction companies that take months to complete a 3 day job. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYTHING!

We had a water leak in upstairs bathroom that damaged the downstairs bathroom as well. The team at Thompson Maldonado, Todd, Julio, Tricia were all very professional and hard working. Julio, who did the majority of the work did a great job. The work did take one extra day but Julio did a lot of extra work to make sure everything was right.
These are good hard working people and they will be doing all of our future projects.

We needed a new water heater urgently, we called and emailed everyone, nobody could come out urgently except Thompson Maldonado! They were very professional, arrived early and did a phenomenal job! Highly recommend, we will be back as repeat customers for other jobs.

WE needed our chimney sided and painted. The height of the chimney made it a difficult project. The team that did our project meet the challenge and completed the project when they said it would be completed. Great team and good company to work with.

VERY professional and helpful from start to finish. We needed a smaller job done on our siding so we could prepare it for selling and they were amazing to work with. We highly recommend them!!
