This and That Handyman completed several repairs for us in 2023 and each time they provided a thorough estimate; promptly scheduled the work, delivered quality workmanship, and charged a reasonable price. The work they did included replacing some faucets and fixtures (with custom backstops) along with painting in 2 bathrooms, repairing mortar on our front porch steps, and removing / replacing the caulk around the full exterior of our house. We will continue to call Myles when we need help at our house and highly recommend you call him if you have something you need done around your house!

What a great experience! We had quite a laundry list of projects, all of which they accomplished beautifully. Will definitely be using them again. Highest recommendation!!

I have been using Bill since my realtor recommended him 10 years ago. Originally, he replaced a roof vent that was leaking (it hasn't leaked again). Since then, he has installed two pull-down attic stairs, a new garage door opener, a new entry door, facia boards, PVC trim and probably other things. They do good work (I'm picky) and I am very, very glad to have him (and his son) to call on when I have difficult things that need doing. I really think the person who wrote the bad review must be talking about someone else...

These knuckleheads are TERRIBLE. Claimed to be licensed, they aren't - I checked with the State of Virginia. They screwed up EVERYTHING they touched at our project at York County, VA -- see photos. Water leaking badly in door they installed (see photo) and their trim work is bowed / crooked badly (see photos). Avoid these losers.

Myles responded promptly to my inquiry and came right out to determine the scope of work. He gave me a verbal ballpark figure and the contract was on emailed for signature and partial payment. Myles and Bill did a beautiful job painting, installing shelves, a new light fixture, and resurfacing the garage floor. They also installed a lifter for my trike. Myles submits receipts for all materials. He’s fair, honest, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I’m glad I’ve found someone I can trust to take care of things I can’t do to keep my home in good condition.

We hired This and That Handyman Services to install crown modeling and to cut and install a dog door and building some stairs. They did such great work that we had them patch and paint the ceiling as well. Will 100% keep This and That on the speed dial for the next home project. Thanks Bill and Myles and crew for doing such a great and professional job. Very friendly, clean, respectful, and communicated when running behind from prior job.

We have used This and That for multiple projects and are always impressed. The latest project was removal of a tub and replacement with a tiled walk-in shower, the final product was amazing! We are so happy! Not only is the product high quality but the service and professionalism is amazing as well. I highly recommend them!

We love our new wooden fence that This and That Handyman Services just built for us! They took pride in their work and it shows. They also installed new outdoor lights, replaced a shutter, painted our outside doors, and hung a couple of tvs and a few mirrors for us. I don’t think there’s anything they can’t do.

I have a rental that needed a few items: replace deck rails, rotting wood, replace and repair double hung windows, install electrical outlets, new door. So far, all the work was done on time and satisfactorily. I am having them paint the exterior next week and replace outdoor lighting. They are professional, reliable, and reasonably priced which allows me to get my unit looking great. I highly recommend This and That Handyman Services to anyone, both rental and personal work. I look forward to continue using them in the future.
