They seem to carry almost everything you could possibly need/want/desire for daily living of home/auto/pet/outdoor. Free hot freshly popped popcorn was a nice surprise

I will drive to waterloo or des moines before coming back here again.... so disorganized and managers were a joke and not helpfull at all... I called they said they had it and I came and waited and they gave the last one to someone else that got their 10 min after me.... it's a joke here

Theisen’s is great to visit. They have good variety and decent pricing. Can’t help but to stop and love their little chicks for sale too. Popcorn is also great, most of the time.

Fast friendly service was able to pick up an item I reviewed online and drove to the store and the item was upfront waiting so I could check out and get back to finishing mowing as my last mower could finish the job..

Had a great time Saturday night! Found some great quality work jeans and a pack of thermals all very reasonably priced! Was actually shocked at how cheap these items were. I also had great interaction with a store employee who was willing to help me find everything I was looking for, her name was Morgan. Thank you Morgan for helping make my experience much better! :)

Got charged twice on black Friday 85 dollars may not be alot to you guys but it is to me. When you expect 85 on your card and you get charged 170 it's not good. You still haven't refunded me. I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience, just an upsurd "yeah, so what, it happened to a bunch of people were working on it". I'll never shop here again not only did you guys effectively steal from me but you have terrible attitudes.
