John Davis is everything you could hope for in a contractor: communicative, knowledgable and someone who really works to complete the job to the highest standard. His quote came in under the other companies' but, ultimately, it was our trust in John and his team that led to us choosing him for the project. They worked efficiently but didn't cut corners, covered our yard during the roofing project and did a great job cleaning up after the work was complete. John walked around our entire property the day of install, and then set up a time with us to walk around the property and make sure that all of the roof finishes and gutter work were done to our satisfaction. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond by helping us understand everything from how our property carries rainwater runoff to flashing styles to responsible financing options. We've had neighbors and other contractors comment on how great our new roof looks and a variety of storms have already come through - it's passed every single test! I wanted to wait some time after having my roof and gutters installed before leaving a review, and I’m glad I did. Since the installation, we’ve had several inches of snow and days of torrential downpour, and I can confidently say this company did an amazing job.

John was extremely communicative throughout the process and even offered next-day installation since the scope of work fit into their schedule. The team was on top of everything. Seven guys showed up at my house between 7-8 AM, and by lunch, my roof was completely stripped. By 6 PM, the new roof was installed. They even came out the next day (a Saturday) to ensure any loose nails and shingles were cleaned up. On the next business day, they installed brand-new 6-inch gutters, finishing the job before lunch.

I got three estimates, and this company was by far the most reasonably priced. It’s shocking that I received such high-quality work at this price point. It really put into perspective the “cash grabs” and high markups some other companies try to push. One company even boasted about using a particular brand of shingles, claiming they were the only ones in the industry to use them. Sure enough, when NRRG Co. delivered my materials, it was the exact same shingles—just without the inflated price.

I’ll forever be loyal to this company and won’t recommend anyone else. Their professionalism, efficiency, and fair pricing set them apart.

This is an outstanding company. As the new owner of an old home, I initially had Mr Davis out to give me a price on cleaning out, realigning the current gutters, and then adding gutter guards. During the inspection he discovered what I suspected -- serious leaks in the sunroom and carport roofs. Installation was quickly scheduled but then held up by Hurricane rain which quickly showed me how much I needed these repairs. Both the roofing and gutter crews worked efficiently. They made sure that no old shingles, nails, etc were left in the yard. In short, I highly recommend this company. Mr Davis went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. His price was competitive with the other estimates I got. What made this company stand out was the integrity and experience of Mr Davis. You won't go wrong with NC Roofing & Gutter Co.

I called on a Thursday, he came out that Friday, had me a quote on the following Monday and completed the job on Wednesday, two days later….from start to finish, within a week…black gutters and downspouts at that.. Replaced all gutters and downspouts on my house and did an awesome job! If you need gutters done right with an honest company, you don’t need to look anywhere else.

John has an eye for what will look good on your home. The gutters he and his crew installed actually improved the overall look of our house, not just good looking gutters. He was on the job doing the work, not just observing. Also his price was better than any other company we called, and he installed a 6" gutter system, the other companies were charging more for smaller gutters. We got black gutters and not one finger print was left behind, his work is of an artist. I definitely recommend him and will be calling North Carolina Gutters and Roofing in the future.

Mr. Davis examined my rules which is old and does have some problems. He gave me the option of repair or replace. He didn’t put any pressure on me to replace the roof and told me that he could repair it in a way that it would last for me, I think he is ann honest man and professional as well.

We hired North Carolina Gutter and Roofing to install new seamless 6 inch gutters on our home. They were able to quickly give us a quote and showed up to complete the work shortly after. During the process of removing the old gutters on our home, they noticed that there was significant damage to the wood sheeting on our roof. They were able to show me the damage, discuss the process of fixing it, and were actually able to make the repair that day. They were a very professional team, showed up on time, and cleaned up afterwards. We did have to reach back out the next time it rained, as we were having some rain drip down behind the gutter, and they were here the next morning to take a look and ended up fixing it that day. We would highly recommend using North Carolina Gutter and Roofing.

This business was too far away from us to be able to use them but the man I spoke with went above and beyond customer service by checking with his supplier to find out who was near us then called me back with the name of the business close to us with a recommendation of the company - if I were closer to this company I would hire them for the gutters on my house. I was so impressed with how they helped me.

After getting a few estimates and talking with a few places I decided to go with John at North Carolina Gutters. Our gutters were leaking in a few spots and I also wanted to add gutter guards. We were tired of having to pay someone annually to clean out the gutters, downspouts, and French drains. I started looking for alternatives to this annual bill and found John’s company here in Burlington. They did a fantastic job on cleaning out all 3 and then installing the new gutter guards. Now the leaves just roll off the roof to the ground for the lawn care guys to vacuum up. Very pleased with their work. They left the house and yard very clean, like they were never here. Made excellent recommendations for the best gutters for my home and outbuildings. Crew was very professional and dedicated to their work! They let me know some of the vent boots had deteriorated and might be leaking. They replaced and repaired 4 vent boots for a very reasonable add on cost. My gutters look and work really great! Makes my old house “pop” with beautiful gutters. They may not be the least expensive, but there is no doubt in my mind they are the best! I will use them again and I recommend you use them too!
