The job looks great the communication was great and most impressive was we had a verbal agreement that fell through due to no one's fault and they still honored it and are currently working with me to find a fair solution for both parties. To most it might not be a big deal but it is refreshing to know that there are still companies out there that honors their word.

Roof Simple was fantastic! We just had our roof done on our house and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Loved how professional the whole team was and also how customer centered they were. Their salesman was helpful and kind, easy to work with, and not pushy-so nice not to have to deal with the whole high pressure sales thing. The actual roofing process was so simple and very pleasant. The project manager William was super helpful, called us in advance to make sure we were taken care, and spent the whole day when the roof was being done just making sure it was done well, answering our questions, and making 100% sure we were happy. I think he would have replaced the whole roof if we had a complaint :). Wish all contractors could be this professional easy to work with!

The Roofsimple crew came in and removed the old roof and replaced it with a new one in one day. They cleaned everything up and did their best not to damage any plants around the house. I have already received some compliments about how good it looks. I would recommend them if you’re in need of a new roof.

In Nov 2024, Roofsimple replaced my roof, and new guttering was installed. During the recent rains, I noticed a slight issue with the guttering. Today, Ronald was here to take care of it. As with everyone I’ve dealt with at Roofsimple, Ronald was knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. I recommend Roofsimple.

Roof Simple of Front Royal did my roof on 4/22/25. Roof looks wonderful! Got the Golden Pledge GAF Timberline UHDZ system with all GAF components. Collin was great. Answered all my questions and concerns. I had alot as im very particular. The Lead guy was on time and also answered my questions and concerns. The installers did a great job on the roof and cleaned up very good. The UHDZ shingle really stands out and just has a 'pop" to it. Makes my home look so much nicer. Roof Simple did a wonderful job. Im happy with the install and the whole crew at Roof Simple. Good job!”

Our roof was old & it was looking beat up. Each time I had gone up the roof to clear the gutters or sticks off the roof, it looked damaged & worn. Time to start reaching out to companies about replacement. Our neighbors had Roofsimple do their roof a year ago & it looked really good so we reached out to them.

Nick came out & spoke to us about our roof. He then did an inspection, took some pictures & came back & sat with us for a while. He explained to me that due to recent storms our roof likely fell under an insurance claim. Roofsimple uses a contractor to deal with your insurance company called AllClaimsPro. ACP then came out & inspected the roof & said they were almost certain that they could get the roof covered by insurance, but offered no absolute guarantee. You do have to pay ACP for them to represent you. After speaking with some competitors & the care & attention we received from Nick & all of the Roofsimple team, the price quote we received, we decided to move forward. We gave ACP a check & then got the process started.

A few weeks later ACP had set up a formal inspection w/our insurance company wherein an adjuster representative comes to your home & they go over particulars, determine if the roof is damaged & how much of the replacement value should be. ACP & our adjuster were here for about an hour. They left & then we waited to see.

In the interim we had text chats & emails going over the plan should the roof be approved. If the roof was not approved we were still going to move forward w/us paying out of pocket. The approval came within days, which is not typical agreeing for the full amount. I am unsure if this was due to who our insurance company is or if they saw the roof as so damaged that it needed to be replaced before larger claims were made. After the approval ACP goes to bat for you with the insurance company to maximize the claim. They netted us far more than the quote.

Nick then came back to the house after approval, to go over the options on tile color & formalize the installation particulars. We were getting a window replacement shortly after the roof was done & we purchased tint so we decided to move forward with Charcoal Black shingles from GAF. These are not your granddaddy's 25 year roof shingles. What we ended up getting was a top line 50 year roof with the Golden Pledge warranty & all the bells & whistles upgrades. Nick asked me if there were any special requests & I explained to him that we had small children, dogs, livestock & we were worried about lose nails & trash. He took those notes down, said the team will do extra magnet sweeps for lose nails & put up screens to protect the house & catch the old shingles & trash. We got on the install schedule & were off to the races.

Day of the install, the crew was here early. I am an early riser so no big deal to me, but the household was compelled to wake up because the team was up on the roof & started work by 0730. The team was big. I didn't do a headcount but I guess it was 12 to 15 guys. I met Alan, the job foreman, and he explained to me what the plan was for the day. I was told up front that if any OSB was needed due to rotten decking, there was a $75 charge per sheet to cut and mount, no big deal (we ended up needing 1 sheet, which we did pay for day of). The team put up screens & started removing the old shingles. Our roof has peculiar angles & the team had it cleared off in no time. Before lunch they were laying new paper & installing new shingles. The process was organized & they constantly cleaned the area around the house. By 1800 the entire roof was completed & the team started cleaning up. The install team did an amazing job! They did numerous sweeps for nails, cleaned up all the trash. The house looked so great with the new roof.

I am extremely satisfied with the whole process. From first meeting Nick, speaking with schedulers, to the install team and the final product. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This roof will long outlive me and I know we made the best choice. Thanks to all the Roofsimple team!

Bought a house where one of the main selling points was a new roof. The problem is, this company does not transfer warranties, so yes having a new roof is nice, but when something goes wrong you have to pay out of pocket. Recently the ridge caps on one part of our roof blew off due to wind. They would not repair that under warranty. Initially they said they would do me a favor and fix it for me, but later changed their mind saying it was too far away to fix for free. If the location is too far to support, why put in a roof all the way at my location? There were some other issues I've noticed with this roof due to poor workmanship. I would not choose this company and do not recommend them to anyone.

They fought for us when we had legitimate damage to our roof. My insurance company paid for replacement all because Roof Simple never gave up. Great communication. Highly Recommend! Elijah was our point of contact and was excellent all with their entire team.

All work.was done efficiently with no inconvenience to the residents. On completion the job manager reviewed what was accomplished during the installation and did a walk around inspection to the owners satisfaction of completion. I will recommend this company to anyone.

I will certainly recommend Roofsimple to anyone I know needing a new roof! From the Agent who worked with me so cheerfully and patiently and tirelessly, to the crew who came out and worked so efficiently - I have nothing but high praise. And I was extremely impressed by the splendid job they did cleaning everything up. Indeed, were it not for the marvelous new roof, you would never know they had been here!

We only have GREAT things to say about this company. Every step of the process was professional. The roof inspectors and sales team were respectable and helpful, never pushy or presumptuous. The work crew and project manager, skilled and proficient. Front start to finish, THEY DID THE ENTIRE PROJECT, including the insurance claim! All we did was select which shingles we wanted. We experienced significant roof damage during a storm which resulted in a significant water intrusion and interior damage. Dealing with the insurance company was quickly becoming a headache until we got partnered with Roofsimple.

Our contact Lou S made dealing with the insurance company so easy and efficient. Communication was thorough and effective throughout the entire initial process. Lou S also helped us navigate getting approval from our HOA which was a huge help also.

The materials and color choices offered allowed for a varied selection of quality materials. They even used fittings that matched the color of the roof for a sleeker and more modern look than we had before. The storm rating of the materials also vastly improved upon our prior roof.

The work was completed in a very expeditious manner and all the crew were professional and hardworking. They even took care of the interior damages to a ceiling and a wall and made it look brand new. The work was fully completed in a day or so including a very comprehensive clean up.

We had a couple minor things that required following up on and a big shout out to Lou S again as well as Josh P for being accommodating, communicative, and helpful throughout the rest of the process and getting the job finished.

I'd also like to thank the exterior and interior work crews for all their hard work and the distance they traveled to service our home.

I would highly recommend Roofsimple based on their professionalism, courtesy, communication, price, and efficiency and for making it easy to deal with the insurance company.

On 12-23-2024 I had my roof replaced by a team from Roofsimple. I was very pleased with the entire experience. The roof looks great and all debris was completely removed. The crew chief, Allen, was very attentive to my questions and concerns throughout the process. My being completely satisfied with the final product was his stated goal, and he delivered. My roof was just replaced by Roofsimple. I'm amazed at what a great job was done and the ease of having it done. Andrew was nice and very informative. The gentleman who worked on my roof worked hard. They were very nice and respectful. Every evening they left the house mess free which I appreciate. I will recommend to anyone who asks.

Our experience with using Roofsimple to replace our roof did not go well. BUYER BEWARE! Although we were happy with the high quality of the GAF roofing material in the end, Roofsimple made huge mistakes in not covering our brand new TREX deck and patio for protection. Consequently, when they replaced the fascia, the Roofsimple team allowed a large amount of nails and other debris to fall onto the deck and patio. In addition, when they removed the existing gutters, Roofsimple dropped the gutters onto the deck and patio, scraping it badly. Overall, Roofsimple caused a significant amount of damage to our personal property, and we weren’t pleased. We were surprised to hear that they told us it was not part of their standard business practice to provide protection to a homeowner’s property when replacing fascia. Wow, we called that response extremely neglectful and disrespectful! Our deck isn't even two years old yet (built in November, 2022) and the fact that they didn't care about the damage they caused, they showed no empathy for our feelings or property. Their lead foreman (Nathan) eventually did work with our patio-deck builder to replace the damaged pieces. Kudos Nathan. However, when we raised the issue and dissatisfaction with their lead sales guy (Luke) and headquarters management, we asked for compensation for the trouble and they ignored our emails and phone calls. Crickets! Clearly, Roofsimple was trying to hide from their mistakes and failed to provide any just compensation for damaging all of our personal property. Stay away from Roofsimple!

I had a metal roof replacement and some siding work done. Although they were not rapid in scheduling my work, nevertheless they did excellent work, went over and beyond what I expected, were courteous, good at communication, and well priced. I highly recommend Roof Simple.

RoofSimple has hands down the best customer service we have ever received. We had issues along the way, appearing to mostly stem from a lack of communication. One of the owners, Mark McShurley and his brother Phil McShurley personally handled our issues.

Our roof repair began from Roofsimple knocking on our door, working with ClaimStar, to submit an insurance claim on our behalf. The process started out quickly, until we saw hiccups stemming from an unprofessional representative with more compelling priorities and a general lack of understanding of the replacement process. We also saw communication issues throughout the entire process, leading to taking over 6 months from the knock on the door until the work was completed. Although there were communication issues and quite a bit of frustration trying to get our repair work completed, I will say the replacements can speak for themselves. Installation was extremely fast, materials appeared to be top of the line, and the workers were friendly and professional. I believe RoofSimple has made some internal changes after our job and I would utilize them in the future, which we actually did when we asked for them to install a third Velux sun tunnel after we loved the first two they installed. Thank you Mark & Phil for your customer service and putting your customers first.

Just a quick note to say the new roof is wonderful and looks great; glad we went with green. The guys did a phenomenal job! Thanks so much! Please let them know (frankly, after cleanup the porch and deck haven't looked so good in a long time - ). We also just discovered that they cleaned the gutters - so very appreciated!

My parents used RoofSimple to replace their roof. It was a bit of a long process as they worked through the insurance claim with my parent's insurance company - RoofSimple and their insurance restoration team had to fight a little bit to get the insurance to cover everything. After a few months of back and forth, it was finally settled and they came out and installed the new roof. I watched the crew as they installed the roof - they did an amazing job. I couldn't believe how clean they kept the worksite throughout the project. The crew worked until dark, but they got it all done! Big shout out to Willy Johnson (yes, that is his name) who was our main sales rep (definitely ask for Willy if you call). I wish I could remember the project manager's name who was on site with the crew, but he was awesome too. He even came back the next day to make sure that there were no scraps or nails left in the yard. It was a great experience and a great job!

My experience with Roofsimple was outstanding. Micah Willard, who is the Branch manager I worked with, was exceptional, as was the entire team. I had not been looking to replace my roof when they knocked on my door, but took the time to listen to their business approach of looking to find hail damage that was covered by homeowners’ insurance policies. The contract stipulated that I was only agreeing to have Roofsimple proceed with replacing my roof if my insurance company agreed to cover the total cost, minus my deductible. Roofsimple did not even charge me for the extra plywood that needed to be replaced, even though the contract clearly stated I would be responsible the cost of the additional plywood. Also, the contract did not include painting of the exposed new plywood under the eves of the roof, but Roofsimple also performed the painting and did not charge me. The honesty, ongoing communication, and quality of work performed by Roofsimple and Micah Willard in particular, was superb.

The experience from the beginning was easy and painless from putting the qoute togther with Austin to having the roof put on with Greg and they did a wonderful job. It looks wonderful. Thank you roof simple.

First let me say that we do not have a "simple roof", however, RoofSimple made it look so easy. Johnny and the crew were amazing, so pleasant, hard working, and professional, taking great care to cover and protect any flower beds,/landscapes.
Johnny was great with communication and keeping us informed of the plan/progress. They had to come back a second day to add the final touches, but every single member of the team went over and above to clean up and police their work areas, both days, to ensure the safety of both us and our pets. We've received many compliments from our neighbors, saying what a great job they did, and how wonderful our new roof looks. Kudos to all the team members that worked on our home.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their work hours make no sense and they have ZERO respect for the community in which the work in. They started at 7 AM and didn't finish "their workday" until almost 8 PM. They took over the whole street with their trucks and there were workers just sitting around doing nothing. In addition to that, one of of the people next to the home they were working on had them knock on their door to come through their house at d7:15 PM to clean up their deck an patio because of all their mess! I don't know who the project manager is but they should be fired. They have no regard for the community in which they work, they literally jumped over the deck from house to the next without authorization! When I saw this I thought if it were my house they would have been shot! If you are okay with a group of men sitting on the curb and embankments doing nothing then this is your company. If you want people that will throw junk and garbage onto your property then this is the company for you. If you want a company that will work into the late evening disturbing your dinner then this is the company for you. Yes, I was visiting and witness all of this take place and couldn't believe what I was seeing. Not to worry because my friends call me the next day and they were still at it. Miserable company and should have ZERO starts.

The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and did really good work. Cleanup was great even through the high winds. Roofsimple was also very diligent on the referral process. Update on service: The company reached out and James went above and beyond to make it right. They explained the circumstances behind everything that happened and apologized profusely. This company has really good reviews, so I am so surprised at the horrendous experience we have had so far. The footnotes are - we called to have someone come out to take a look for a quote and left a voice-mail. No response. We called again, then we were told a tech would call us to schedule. Nobody called. We called again, they said they thought we had been scheduled. They said a tech would get in touch. Days later a tech called without warning to say he would be out that afternoon. We waited at home. He had the wrong address and never showed. Finally he came out the next morning and quoted us what I believe was a way over priced quote of $800 for some caulking and satellite removal which is "his best guess of the issue". He then said a proposal would come over shortly for us to sign. It came over the next day or so and we immediately signed because at this point it has been weeks of this waiting game with them to get it fixed. Then radio silence again. We broke down and called them again and surprise, they had time the next day to get us in. The customer service and actual service has been so severely terrible so far. If it weren't for us desperately trying to get our leak fixed, we would run.

Ride around knocking doors on Saturday to try and file insurance claims. Completely ignored private driveway and no trespassing signs.
Unless you want to be a part of a insurance scam, I would stay away from this company even if I had hail damage and needed a new roof. If we wanted you on our property we would call.

just got my roof and garage roof finished. my salesman was Raquan he was great, had him come out and look at some hail damage. he got it covered by insurance 100%. he gave me his personal number so i could call him at any time .the installers did a awsome job too.

Roofsimple was amazing! The whole process, from the day they showed up offering services through the day our roof was installed, was thorough, efficient, and well explained. They maintained constant communication with us, coordinated with our insurance company to get the work covered, and provided documentation every step of the way. On the day of the install, the whole crew showed themselves to be exceptionally polite, very hardworking, and meticulous. They did a very thorough clean up job, even going so far as to clean up the interior of our garage (the door was open while work was completed). I am not sure that we could've possibly had a better experience, and our new roof looks wonderful!

We don’t do business, nor do we purchase anything, from someone who just shows up at our front door, ringing the doorbell and disturbing us. To date, Roofsimple reps have shown up 3 or 4 times doing this, each time starting into their insurance claim routine when we’ve told them we’re not interested. This may be a very reputable company, and they may do outstanding work-but I am skeptical given their sales tactics. We’ve requested that they not return.

Collin showed up and decided my wife needed a shingles 101 class. I listened in stunned silence at this sales pitch. What we wanted is a roof. After stating he is a top person at the company, his heavy sales pitch and testing out his sticker shock techniques, Collin never provided the quote he promised. We wanted to give a local company business, but his tactics were horrible. He said they have over 20 crews out doing roofs. I know one home they won't touch - if the quote is an example of Roof Simple's work - we'll take a pass as you should too. Go with someone who follows through.

Thanks Mark but we already went with another company. During this encounter, Collin shots out some ridicules numbers to test us for "sticker shock" even saying as much as your "roof is probably like $60k". When he saw my wife's face his numbers started dropping quickly. I didn't say a word as I have heard it all from salespeople. He took the cake, and we never received a quote or follow up other than here.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with the install and especially the on-site project manager, Lee. He arrived early and wanted to know if I had any concerns and actually listened to me and answered all of my questions. The install crew worked hard and really well together. We moved to Rappahannock County a year ago and, after carefully evaluating various contractors, decided to hire RoofSimple to replace our roof fan and have our gutters cleaned. Everything was excellent. From the comprehensive assessment with different options and quote that James provided to him and James #2 installing the fan and cleaning the gutters shortly thereafter. Dominic came to my home and inspected the roof and gave an estimate for roof replacement due to damage. He was very professional and polite and answered all questions! Crew arrived on time and started immediately with replacement! Lee,the foreman on the job was excellent! Took care of any problems that arose, like the metal covering on the wood fascia boards behind the gutters! The crew, Marbeen, I think that's how he spells it? Also his brother, Eddie and a couple of others that I didn't catch their names were excellent at their job and very polite and professional!
