We hired Virginia Bath Company to do a full renovation of our master bathroom (Oct 2018) and they knocked it out of the park! From consultation through completion, everything exceeded our expectations. This was no small job – they ripped out the old floor, shower stall, tub, toilet, vanity, removed the wallpaper, and installed a custom walk in tiled shower, tile floor, new vanity, and new shelving – but somehow, they made it look easy. Rich and Mike were a true pleasure to work with – knowledgeable, flexible, polite, responsive, efficient, patient, and they showed up on time every day with a smile on their faces. They kept the work area tidy (including the path to and from the garage) and were conscientious of our home, our dog, and my adapted work schedule. They offered excellent guidance when needed, kept me looped in on what was being done each day so I knew what to expect, used good quality products, and executed impeccable workmanship. They paid attention to the small details that have a big impact, like looking at the patterns on the tiles to pick just the right one to have the veining flow together, or centering the odd length tile pieces to look like a design element.
