Greg Schmand is one of the most knowledgeable builders I have ever worked with. Being in real estate, it is imperative that I have a quality builder to remodel homes, repair homes, build homes, and someone I know and trust to do the best job. Excellent work done by the Schmand Corporation. Our kitchen renovation resulted in pretty much, what we had in mind. The kitchen is now both gorgeous, fully functional and very attractive. The best part is that the Schmand Corp completed the job well within our budget and very well within our wishes. Excellent job Greg!
