The Roofing Guys

We recently had our roof replaced by The Roofing Guys. Such a large project/investment can bring a certain degree of anxiety, but the whole process was painless start to finish! Our sales rep, Grant, was a pleasure to work with: always happy to answer any of our many questions and gave us a lot of great insights and options to consider. Brady and the rest of the installation crew were great to have around the house and we’re very communicative throughout the day of the replacement. They were quick to fix a couple of things that came up during installation. (One of the skylights they replaced came with a cracked frame, and as soon as I pointed that out, they got right to work getting a replacement so as not to interrupt/delay the rest of the job!). Hoping it’ll be a good while before we’re in the market for another roof, but when the day comes, we won’t hesitate to hire them again!

We had roof & gutter hail damage from recent storms & contacted The Roofing Guys for inspection & repair. Their service was top notch! Grant met the insurance adjuster at our home for the inspection & he worked directly with our insurance company making it very easy for us. I was very impressed with how smooth the whole process was! They replaced our whole roof, gutters & downspouts in a very timely fashion & did a great job with clean up afterwards. We are very pleased with the result! Highly recommend The Roofing Guys!

I needed a roofing company for one of my jobs. Contracted it out to Jonathan and they did not disappoint. The crew did a great job, above and beyond. Very professional. For sure will be using TRG again.

I’ve had an issue with my Insurance company issue with a hail claim. Several roofing companies agreed my home had sustained hail damage. I had TRG meet with the adjuster for the initial inspection and was told by my insurance company that only my metals (gutter guards and vent) were damaged. TRG sent 80 photos as part of my appeal process. They also tarped my garage roof when it began leaking mid claim and my insurance company (Erie) said I had to mitigate any damage by protecting my assets because they would not pay any damages until after they did another inspection. Their engineer firm also said only the metals were damaged but added downspouts. They claimed the garage roof leak was not related to hail damage so they didn’t have to pay to replace my garage roof although two other roofing companies I called to get quotes for the downspouts said it was now damaged by the tarps and should be replaced. TRG had also nicely come and pulled the tarps up per Erie’s demands for the engineer inspection and they came back to tack them back down while we awaited the final decision. TRG didn’t charge me for the tarps being put down, pulled up or tacked back down. When I had to go to the Department of Insurance to try to get Erie to do the right thing and agree my entire roof needed replaced due to hail the owner of TRG (Josh Hartsook) was more than willing to talk with them but they never did. He did however offer to help and replace my garage roof for what insurance compensation money I had left. His employee who handled the contract and supervised the job Brady was cordial and communicated timely about the job since we had to wait at the mercy of when the gutter guard company could remove the replaced guards and the weather. Friday they showed up bright and early and I also got a text from Brady announcing the installation team had arrived. He communicated throughout the process and made sure we were happy with the work. Although my relationship with Erie is tainted and I’m switching to a new insurance company I would recommend TRG as an honest and professional company. The workers were efficient and cleaned everything up including sweeping out the garage at the end of the job. I can rest easy knowing that the garage won’t be leaking anytime soon now. My garage roof looks great and as soon as I can afford to do the remainder of my home roof I will call them back.

Excellent roofing company. President/CEO Josh H. was easy to work with and he walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. Josh was very responsive to any questions I had and always had the answer. The new roof turned out great without any issues. Fast forward 9 months later, and I reached out to Josh regarding a siding issue that he and his company had nothing to do with. I didn't know who else to ask, so I spoke with Josh and he helped me resolve the matter which included speaking with the couple who purchased my home. Josh did not have to do this, but that is the kind of guy he is. He provides great customer service and a great product and wants to see his customers satisfied. I highly recommend The Roofing Guys. They will take great care of you!

There are a lot of roofers...and many of them do quality work. However, the prompt. professional, hard-working-get-it-done-right service given by The Roofing Guys is really next to none. These "guys" are the best! You will not be disappointed in using them!

Recently, we had an issue with our attic. The operating manager, Brady, promptly scheduled an inspection. I have to admit, getting a new roof and gutters is very stressful but after calling and talking to these guys, they were on it! Luke Jones is the man! He answered every question and was there for us through the entire process! He was able to take away all the stress and worries of “what’s going to happen next”, “are we making the right decisions”, “this is something I have no knowledge about but I have a few questions/concerns.” Luke Jones answered my calls and text messages immediately and even took time out of his day to drive well out of his way just to talk in person about a concern I had! And their crew was very professional! They did an awesome job not only putting the new roof up, but even after they were done, they made sure every single piece of debris/trash was picked up afterwards. They even moved a couple pieces of our heavy concrete flower pots to make sure they didn’t get damaged in the process! Now that is definitely going out of your way for the customer!! Amazing experience they are very good at communicating during the whole process. Our new roof looks great and was completed quickly! They also made sure no debris or nails were left in the yard protesting our dogs paws.

Grant came to our home and we immediately felt a trust. It helped that he had been a kindergarten teacher at the school I attended. Grant's enthusiasm, smile, knowlege, honesty and integrity made us quickly be able to choose him and The Roofing Guys over other companies that were recommended by neighbors. We recommended Grant to a neighbor and she chose him too. Trying to get my brother past procrastinating to call Grant. We plan to leave the TRG sign in the yard probably till the snow falls. Grant brings that rare energy and urgency to the table that is no longer the norm in business. We are very Happy with TRG.

Our house was damaged by the recent tornados that came through Blacklick. The Roofing Guys Rep inspected our roof and photographed the damage. I filed a claim with my insurance and the Roofing Guys Rep was here when the insurance appraiser looked at the roof. My insurance covered an entire new roof. Working with the company was easy. A 3200 square foot house's roof was done in one day and there were 15 workers doing the work. They cleaned up great when done. Highly recommend the company.

We hired The Roofing Guys to replace our roof after some severe storms in our area did some serious damage. We never had any issues with the entire process except for Mother Nature not cooperating when it came time to do the work. The workers were very quick and clean and friendly and had everything tidied back up to the way it was before they left. They were slated to start at 7 AM on the day of the job, but most of the crew was at my home and getting set up before 6:30 AM. I have no complaints about any part of the process and would absolutely recommend hiring them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or repaired.

TRG did a great job. Grant was very easy to work with and kept all four of us informed of the progress on our roof (4 townhouses -four owners) It took longer than anticipated (3 days) however the outcome is beautiful.

May of 2022, we had a hailstorm that damaged our roof, we contacted TRG and spoke with Josh. He meet our claims rep at our house and within a week the new roof was started and completed in 2 days. That is from tear off, replacing a few bad sheathing boards, new roof installed, all new gutters and clean up, it was AMAZING! They are a great company to deal with and would HIGHLY recommend them for any roofing/gutter/siding job!
