I had a roof leak pop up right before monsoon season, and I was seriously stressed about it. These guys came through big time and had everything fixed within a week. They were super friendly, showed up on time, and got the job done fast. I really appreciated how they kept me in the loop and made the whole process easy. The repair has held up perfectly, even with the recent rain. I'm so thankful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

They just finished doing my moms roof and let me tell you. The experience was great since the beginning. The guys cleaned up after themselves after each day. The office girls were really on point on calling and explaining everything that was going on. My dad had a couple of questions and Luis was there to explain with detail and answered all of hos concerns.

I had a small leak with this past rain. I called them to set up an appointment and once approved they were able to sqeeze me in within a week. The guys were phenomenal during the whole process. Would recommend to family and friends

I always do my diligence when hiring someone to work on my home, and this company seemed to have the most and best reviews. If you want an honest review of this company and why they got 2 stars, read on. I gave them a star because they did fix the roof (as far as I can tell), but the horrible customer service and complete lack of care around the project was appalling.

The repair job took 2 days to complete. During the work, they put a kind of makeshift cover over part of my pool, but the guys treated my backyard like it was a garbage can, throwing their soda and water bottles all over. I guess they thought that since they were able to throw the roof materials down, it didnt matter, but their garbage blew into my patio cove and gym area, and was left there for 2 days, so that was a bit upsetting. Whatever, Ill deal with it. Then they finished and left, and I had to message their office to see if the job was completed, because there was still garbage all over and in my pool there was also what looked like nails and things.

Also, according to the contract, they are supposed to clean up and haul away all materials. I guess that means to just leaf blow all of the dust and garbage out, because thats what they did. They used leaf blowers and blew all the garbage and dust IN to my cove patio/home gym area and covered all of my workout equipment in a layer of dirt and dust. They could have literally blown it ANYWHERE else. Also, they slopped hot tar and torched the skirting on the new roof and just left it there.

Heres the reason for 2 stars.. When I messaged the office, they went immediately on the defensive. They did sent a couple of guys over to clean the tar off and to pick up some trash, but then they ran the leaf blower through my gym AGAIN. When I complained, they abruptly told me their policy was not to clean any equipment or furniture etc.. But the equipment was clean BEFORE they came! No accountability. It would have taken them 10 minutes with a hose and a towel to clean up their mess and wipe down my gear, but they flat out refused.

Then over the next 2 days, there was a horrible chemical smell coming through the AC vents. It was so bad it was giving my girlfriend and I headaches and mild nausea. When I contacted them to ask about it, again they went completely defensive, saying that they have not used any chemicals except Mastic, and that they have never heard of any fumes nor have ever had any person make a complaint or inquiry about it since they started out in business. They were just gaslighting me and trying to make it sound like I was making things up, so I looked up mastic and saw that it does indeed have noxious fumes and cause headaches and nausea, so I sent the hazmat info over to their office for their reference.

Overall they had a really bad attitude. I felt like the job was bid, rushed, and then they did not care about taking care of their mess, nor did they care about retaining me as a future customer. Their responses back to me were not apologetic at all about their actions, their responses were always 'Im sorry you feel that way.'

I would definitely think twice about hiring this company despite the good reviews. Their attitude is awful.

Edit- Removed a star. On top of everything, they wanted to charge me 4% to use my credit card to pay. The bill was $8350.. This company is just ridiculous.

Edit 6/10- I sent them a check as of May 25th for the entire amount of the job before I left town on vacation. (I refused to pay nearly $400 for the convenience of using a credit card.) June 5th they sent me a letter of intent to put a lien on my house, so today I am sending them ANOTHER check for the full amount because I think someone in their office likes to play games. I am also taking this forward to the better business bureau and will be seeking court action if they do not resolve these matters.

I recommend this company because they have excellent customer service and they adapt for the clients needs . Every worker are very professionals. Especially Cristina . I told her about what I wanted and she understood me perfectly. You can tell they are professionals and they finished ima day and a half! I definitely recommend!

We hired The Roofing Company to do some repairs to our original 1999 tile roof in preparation for replacing old pool solar panels. They found some crackled tiles, aged papers, and some issues with a vent that needed to be repaired. They were quick to get an estimator out and to send an estimate with details for each option later that same day. They were also very quick to schedule the repair, and arrived promptly that day to begin the work. The work took all day Friday and then some more on Monday afternoon.

Pros:
- Great communication from beginning to end. Lidia was very helpful in keeping us in the loop on where we were and what was coming next.
- The onsite managers, Luis and Christina, were very professional and knowledgeable. I was able to communicate needs with them being fully able to understand and respond in a way that I could also understand, as I'm no roofing expert.
- We feel happy with the final repairs.

Cons:
- They missed a section of the roof during the repair process, which I could see out our bedroom window. When I pointed this out they apologized and said they couldn't see it from the roof area they were on. Once they access it they replaced a couple of tiles there.
- The initial finished work around the vent had tiles that weren't laying flat in several areas, which I again could see from another bedroom window. When I pointed this out they quickly remedied it.
- There was a lot of small debris from the roof that got mixed in with our new granite rock ground covering. Small bits of black paper and plastic, remnants of old grey glue, pieces of old tiles, nails, and the like. I spent a good bit of time cleaning this up myself after they left.

Overall, I will certainly use The Roofing Company again and recommend them for repairs and replacements - so long as you're able to double check with them as I did about things being done to your expectations, and don't mind cleaning up a bit of small debris at the end.

I called TRC to see about my moms roof flying off and a leak so we didnt have to worry about monsoons. When they came to give us a estimate the techs checked the roof and explained to us that the shingles where installed with short nails and over time due to weather have become loose and left holes in the paper. They showed us pics and explained the process and then they came out and did everything they had explained and without any problems and now we have no more leaks and dont have to worry about rain for along time.

My roof started leaking around Christmas '23. After researching and calling roofing companies, I settled with The Roofing company. I dealt with my State Farm claim which was a four month nightmare just getting my insurance adjuster to even call me back and during that time, my roof was basically disintegrating with all the heavy spring winds. Lidia was so responsive and easy to work with. I'm always apprehensive dealing with contractors these days and I was so happy I found The roofing company. They were able to fit the repairs in a bit earlier than the scheduled date and knocked it out quickly. They even replaced rotting parts of the roof and it looks great. I tell all my friends if they need roof work to call these guys.

Just had my entire roof replaced by them and The Roofing Company did a fantastic job. Got delayed by the wind a bit but when the weather cleared they powered through and finished fast. Very professional and friendly.

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!. Couldn’t ask for a better job to be done. Started on time and finished in a timely manner. As you know if you’ve done a major project there are unforeseen hiccups. They handled those with no problems. Their quote came in 25% less expensive than the other 3 that I got. Luis and the crew were awesome to work with and responsive to my needs and questions. Do your homework, get some bids or just call Lidia and get your roof done.

The Roofing Company was quick to schedule an assessment and estimate for some roof repairs. They got us on the schedule and got us taken care of in about a month (busy company!). Provided before and after pictures and they did quality work. Definitely recommended!

The Roofing Company was great, they came out to assess the damage within a few days of our initial call, put together an estimate that we could pass on to insurance company, made us aware of previous non-code work done before we bought the house, and came out with all the shingle samples we could ask for to help us make our choice. The work was finished within a couple of days and looks great!

Highly recommend The Roofing Company. They did an entire roof replacement for us a couple of months ago. The entire process from beginning to end was wonderful. The staff and crew are all amazing.

The Roofing Company came to our commercial building on Friday to fix some leaks in our warehouse. There were some challenges in getting the materials for the job up to the roof due to the way that our building's roof access is set up, but the team persevered and were able to get the job done quickly. The quality of the work was tested immediately, because there was a huge storm that lasted throughout the weekend. When I arrived to work on Monday morning, I was dreading going in to the warehouse and checking everything because it's an old building and there's usually some issue after bad weather...and there was not one drop of water anywhere! It was such a relief, and I can't thank The Roofing Company enough, because we have had many companies patch our roof over the years, and this was the first time we haven't had an issue. Lidia was the person who I was in contact with to schedule the work, and she was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend hiring this company for your roofing work.

Bought an older house with a tile roof that had taken 20 years of golf ball damage. The roof looked like it had been through a war--broken tiles everywhere. Called every roofing company in Vegas--most didn't call back, and the ones that did were booked months out. The appointment was confirmed twice, once by dispatch, then by the Roofer Ceasar, that confirmed and gave an eta. He was professional, on time and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company every time or anytime I need roofing service, because he could have charged me an astronomical amount to tell me that it wasn't the roof, but he didn't.
