We’ve had The Roofing Company perform inspection, small repairs, and maintenance on our 85 year old slate roof since we’ve owned our home and we will continue to use them in that role and they’ll be our first call for any future project needs. Specifically, TRC’s roofer Mike has performed numerous small repairs and maintenance on our home; he has been great in communication and extremely efficient in completing the scoped work each time (crediting us back 23 of 50 planned work hours on our written scope because he just didn’t need that long to complete the work). We’re very appreciative!

You will not go wrong with The Roofing Company. They recently completed repair of the slate roof on my garage which involved fixing rotten boards, new soffits, facia and slate repair. Adrian Banks is a magician with slate and is focused on his work and the customer. Great company and people.

It took a lot of calls to find a company that would fix just a skylight. When I finally met Chuck he was up front and friendly. When he left I was confident in knowing the work would be done right and it was.

Showed up on time and went right to work. No unnecessary noise. Friendly and competent. Work proceded at a good pace until it was completed. Looks Good!

James and Pro replaced the copper valleys on my 82 year old slate roof. They also replaced several damaged slate shingles. They did an outstanding job and added many more years to the life of my roof. They also cleaned up every speck of debris so you would never know they were there other than the new valleys. I recommend The Roofing Company for your roofing needs. They use a drone to survey your roof so you can see what needs to be fixed. I was happy with the entire process and will use them again if needed.

Chuck Simpson, did a fantastic job scoping out the job and explaining the entire process to my wife and I. We have been wanting solar tube skylights since 2007 when we added a family room to the house. Chuck calmed our nerves and quickly got us on the schedule for two tubes to be installed. We couldn't be happier with our new Velux solar tubes. The nightlight on one of the skylights was defective (turning off and on randomly every 3 to 5 seconds) and Chuck said he get a replacement light over to us right away. I would recommend The Roofing Company Inc for your roofing and skylight needs.

It’s very rare a company immediately responds to an online inquiry within an hour and even rarer that someone is there the next day to fix a single slate shingle that had fallen from a gambrel roof. Chuck was scheduled for 2 o’clock but stopped by earlier as he was on other jobs in the neighborhood which I appreciated as it freed up my afternoon. He had the repair material needed and was in and out within 10 minutes. As we are new owners of this house, he gave a little history of the work that had been done and then sent me drone footage of the roof identifying a few issues to keep an eye on. Thanks Roofing Company and Chuck for stellar service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chuck Simpson from The Roofing Company when I called them to inspect what I thought was a roof issue. To my surprise, Chuck quickly identified that the problem may be actually related to my HVAC system, not the roof itself.

Mike took the time to explain in detail what he and Drake were going to do, how they were going to do it and how long it was going to take. Although I did get a bit lost in those Mr. McDreamy eyes a few times, I really appreciated his attention to detail and his efforts to keep me informed. They were on time and got on with the work when they arrived. They even finished two hours early and I got a credit!

I was so grateful to have KEVIN! He is so wonderful! I was out of town 2 of the 3 days he was here. He kept in touch the entire time and sent me pictures of his progress. We’ve been customers of The Roofing Co. for over 25 years. They have done a roof repair, removed skylights, fixed leaks around heating stack and finally reroofed our house. Each time Chuck came out and evaluated what needed to be done and made helpful suggestions. He has never tried to hard sell us services we didn't need. The crews who came out for each job did a great job, were respectful of our property and left no mess behind. Each year we get an email from Cara telling us it’s time for our yearly courtesy roof inspection. When the storms come we aren’t worried about our roof failing. Just can’t say enough good things about this company and their staff. They are the only roofing company I feel good recommending to friends and family.

and reasonable schedule time fram for the replacement roof skylight installation. The pre-installation services was outstanding.

I hired the Roofing Company to replace my skylights Jason, the sales man was great and KEVIN the gentleman who did the work was fantastic - both 5 stars in my view. Amazing experience with The Roofing Company! We had leaks coming in through the fixtures surrounding the pipes/vents going through the roof. When they came out to asses everything, Chuck was extremely knowledge, explained things in detail that I could understand, and even pointed out/suggested other things about the overall condition on the roof. They were very responsive - contacted me in less than 24hours - and within a couple of weeks the project was done! James came out to do the repairs; he was very professional, quick, and did a fantastic job. I can't even tell that repairs were made! I highly recommend The Roofing Company if you are wanting a professional experience with quality of work at a fair price.

This outfit is fantastic. The work was expedient and well organized. Of course, accidents happen, and a stray nail found its way into my tire. TRC reimbursed me for the work and the new tire in what was an incredibly painless process. Not once did I feel like I was getting the run around. Solid company!

Yet another amazing experience with Chuck! While it’s unfortunate we’ve had 2 leaks within a couple of years I’m very comforted knowing that we have someone like him to call when we need it. We called the moment we noticed a leak and he was here within a day, quickly found the popped nail and fixed it. He even caulked some other problem areas that we weren’t aware of. You can tell he truly wants to take care of his customers as he also showed us how to spot and fix the problem if we ever needed to do it ourselves. We will definitely be getting a roof through these guys when the time comes, so glad we found them!

I have been very pleased with The Roofing Company especially with Chuck. Chuck came out to inspect my roof and noticed that I had a large amount of pine needles on the roof. He took out his own leaf blower and blew all the needles off the roof for me. That is what I call going above and beyond.

Brain did such a great job with our home inspection letter and repair. Very professional and helpful in understanding the roofing process. I definitely recommended Brain and it’s amazing office workers as well. I was even able to transfer my GAF warranty from the company to the new home owners because of Debbie.

James took care of taking off a satellite dish and repairing the roof where it was installed. He was great at letting me know what time he would be at the property and then telling me what he had to do. He even sent pictures of the work performed. I appreciated his professionalism.

I also appreciated Debbie in the office. She was quick to get back to me each time I emailed and called when it was time to schedule the work. There were delays because of all the rain we have had this summer, but Debbie was quick to keep me updated.

While they seem to have done a good job installing my new roof, they caused a lot of damage to the exterior of my home and windows (black scuff marks from falling roof shingles all over the EFIS and broken vinyl trim around several windows). When I brought it to their attention, I was basically told that I should have expected it to happen and so, too bad. They finally agreed to give me a credit equal to the cost of 25 gallons of paint so I could repaint my home. Miserable customer relations. I never want to see a representative from this company at my home again.

Originally met with Chuck and he was great when explaining what we would be getting. We were given a 6-8 week window but the job started sooner than expected. The job was also done in one day which was very impressive! Jay was the team leader during installation and was available any time we had a question during the installation. He also took the time to work out any hiccups that occured along the way to make our experience as smooth as possible. Our roof is beautiful and I'm happy that we chose The Roofing Company.

The Roofing Company fixed a roof leak on my slate roof. My entire experience was excellent with the Roofing Company. First Chuck gave my roof a thorough inspection using a drone as well as pinpointing the 2 leaks we had. Then James and David did a thorough job replacing/repairing over 30 pieces of slate. The roof now looks great and recently we had several days of rain and no leaks. I highly recommend the Roofing Company!

Reached out to 3 different companies for a hole repair. They were only ones to call back. Scheduled inspection/estimate for next day. After inspection, team was sent following day for repairs. Would use again in future if needed.

The Roofing Company replaced our chimney flashing, replaced slate tiles, and installed roof capping. Chuck was very informative when he came out to inspect our roof and give the estimate.
