1st choice did an awesome job on our roof. It had damage done to it, and they fixed the damage, and had the new roof on in one day. They were very professional, and worked from early morning until it was finished that evening. When they were finished, they cleaned up everything liked they had never been there, except for the beautiful new roof..... And Gerardo their sales rep was great, answering all question's and making sure everything was done as promised. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Gerardo my sales rep was amazing . Very knowledgeable and eager to help me understand the whole process from start to finish. Also would like to mention the amazing job the laborers did as well as leaving little to nothing mess when they were finished. All this from a company who had the cheapest quote in town. Literally thousands less than Todt as well as Daniel's. I will use them for all my roofing and construction needs moving forward.

I would have gave them 5 stars, because they do excellent work. The only 2 complaints I have is I have been picking up nails every since they finished my roof. Showed geraldo the nails Friday . When I got up Saturday I found like 12 - 15 in my yard . Also another thing I caught the workers on camera playing volleyball in the back yard.

I called 1st Choice Roofing & Construction on a Monday and they came out (to Dexter) the same day. Gerardo looked at my roof, took photos, and explained everything to me. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They were going to get my roof replaced on Thursday of the same week but it snowed, so they came on Monday, just 7 days after I first called. They had the old roof tore off and the new one put on in the same day! They left no trash or nails. Gerardo came out the next day to get back on my roof and double check that everything was done well and that there was no trash or nails in my yard. He was very communicative with me throughout the process. They quoted me $2,000 less than another roofing company that I spoke to as well. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you!

1st choice Roofing did a great job on our roof. They finished our Roof quickly so far it has rained and snowed and no leaks. So back story every time it would rain in our roof would leak and it has not leaked since they fixed our roof. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

Carlos responded to every call and text in a prompt manner. He answered our questions fully. The warranty on the roofing product we choose, Owens Corning, is second to none. And 1st Choice files all the necessary paperwork with the manufacturer. For us, the hardest part of the process was choosing the roof color.

I had these guys replace my roof last October. Sorry it took so long to drop a review Carlos. Him and his crew were super fast and super thorough. They worked with me when we discovered my decking was almost all bad and needed to be replaced. It took them less than two whole days even with all the decking.

I would highly recommend First Choice Roofing & Construction. Initially I requested some siding to be popped back in place but on further inspection they recommended the replacement of the siding on my garage and dormers. They discovered hidden issues that could have eventually caused a lot of damage if left unattended. The workers were extremely polite and worked with precision to completely remove and replace part of my roof and properly repair the rotten wood and seal it from further damage. First Choice quoted me a fair price and orchestrated every repair quickly and efficiently.

Their owner, Carlos Diaz and sales rep Josiah Seyer are very friendly and professional. They even did some extra work for me and replaced some damaged shingles and facia and did not charge me the labor. They regularly monitored the project from start to finish. They cleaned up neatly after the job. I am extremely happy with their work and I highly recommend them. Call 1st Choice, you won’t be disappointed.

This is an excellent company that I would highly recommend. They were all very courteous and professional from the salesmen to the owner and each individual worker. They were prompt to do a free estimate and to quickly get back with you and to quickly work with the insurance company. They did a great job on explaining the various brands of shingles. This company is a certified Owens-Corning installer and so Owens-Corning adds an additional five year warranty to the work. A large crew was brought in to quickly accomplish the job as it is a large roof plus an attached garage and they worked for twelve hours and got the job done in one day. All were hard workers and seem to enjoy their jobs. Shingles were flat when done and they did a good job on cleanup after the roof was complete. It is a Christian owned company that is honest and will be fair. They also had the lowest estimate of the companies and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their roof done. A heavy rain came through a couple of weeks after the roof was done and no leaks. Thank you 1st Choice Roofing & Construction.

Their follow up with any questions is both timely and sincere in response. The quality of their work is both top notch in both quality and efficiency. I’d not recommend anyone else!

1st Choice Roofing is the most professional roofing company I have ever used. They did fantastic work. Carlos is great and very easy to work with. They do a great job cleaning up. They are very efficient. Hard working. They have roofed 5 houses for me in the last couple of years. I have no complaints with anything they have done for us.

From the beginning till the end Carlos was very professional and willing to work with me as I dealt with the insurance company. After delays caused by Insurance his crew showed up as soon as the ok was given and did a efficient and beautiful work on our new roof.
1 day to tear off and replace and the yard and landscaping looked like they had never been touched. No debris or materials left on sight at all.

Great work replacing my roof. I was extremely impressed with how helpful and informative they were in explaining all the steps. Very good communication through each phase of the repair and was able to replace my roof ahead of schedule.

This company was fantastic to work with! Quick and efficient and they cleaned up after our new roof installation nicely. We even had damage under our roof that was repaired for a reasonable rate. This crew had our old roof taken off, repairs, and the new one in one installed and a half days. The rates were the best compared to other companies.

We had severe wind damage to our roof in February of 2023. 1st Choice was recommended to us by a friend. When I called they came out to the house to survey the damage and provided a quote within a couple days. They worked with us on our insurance and made the entire process simple. Carlos and his team did an amazing job replacing my roof. I called 4-5 other contractors and he was the first to come. Didn't have to play phone tag and he gives free estimates. Carlos was the only one to give samples of types and colors of shingles out there.
