The Roof Squad has been a trusted resource of our family for years. I help take care of my elderly mother’s home, and have hired their team to tackle numerous projects. Rob is great at communicating through the project and ensuring our needs are met. He also made the interaction between our insurance company seamless. Thanks Rob and Team, you’re amazing!

They did a great job replacing the roof on our house! We had to have it replaced because the previous roof had been installed very poorly and the previous crew had used really cheap materials, so it was great to have a quality job done this time. Would recommend.

Finally - a real fix!

I can't recommend The Roof Squad highly enough. My house has a garage add-on with a notoriously bad drainage design—where a steep section of roof dumps water directly into the side of the garage, leading to persistent leaks for years. Two years ago, I hired another roofing company that claimed they could fix the issue, but all they did was lay down new material (2nd and 3rd pictures). Unsurprisingly, the leak came back.

The Roof Squad took a completely different approach. They actually redesigned the problem area, added new framing, and built two crickets around the chimney to redirect the water properly. (1st picture) It's been over a month now with several heavy downpours, and for the first time in years, no leaks. They did the job right—not just a patch, but a permanent fix.

If you're looking for a roofing company that knows what they're doing and won’t cut corners, The Roof Squad is the one to call.

The Roof Squad and Rob Marshall have always been responsive to our needs and they do what they say they will do.

After a short delay in June 2024, the Roof Squad came in and replaced our roof, repaired some soffits/fascia and replaced our gutters adding 2 additional downspouts. Everything looks great and the project came in under budget. Would recommend and work with this company again.

Back in 2022, Rob Marshall of Roof Squad contacted us after a hail storm. He was so great in working with us and our insurance company to replace our roof, some wood siding, and gutters. Since we were at it, we figured we'd replace all of the wood siding, gutters, and repaint. We also decided to update our wrap-around porch, to get rid of outdated railing and smallish columns. Well, Roof Squad doesn't just do roofs -- they did it ALL -- and, as you can see from the attached photo, it looks amazing. But, to top it off, almost three years later, I noticed a few places where the paint had peeled (including 20+ feet up), so I texted Rob Marshall to ask him if Roof Squad's painters could come out for these few touch-ups. Well, Rob sent them out less than 24 hours later, they touched up the spots (even a spot on the garage I forgot to tell Rob about), and it looks perfect again! Roof Squad and Rob Marshall are the real deal. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

The Roof Squad did an excellent job on our roof and found some hail damage. Dennis and his team were able to communicate with my house insurance and a brand new roof with only having to pay the insurance's deductible. Now we have a beautiful and sturdy roof that will last us for years!

Quality and Durability: Tornado of April 2025 went down our street and we did not sustain any damage, all shingles accounted for, no leaks! Rob actually stopped by the morning after and checked in on us and gave us a quick inspection.

Was very pleased with the new roof that Rob and crew did for our home. They arrived in the morning and the job was completed before supper time! Except for the beautiful new roof, you would never know the crew had worked at our property. The whole yard was cleaned up and not a nail or debris were left behind. Roof Squad representative stopped and offered a free roof inspection. I agreed to it. The Rep reported some hail damage and offered to contact my insurance company. A few days later the insurance company called to tell me they were sending their independent inspector to look at the roof. He verified the damage Roof Squad had marked as well as some other. My insurance company contacted me to tell me they were replacing the roof, of course with the normal expenses to me. The shingles and tar paper was removed to inspect the roof and with no damage found proceeded to install new paper , shingles, and ice guard. The crew showed up at 7:00 am, spread their tarps around the house and proceeded to install, leaving the site at around 5:00 pm. I have found very few nails they missed and those were washed out of the cutters down the downspouts. Roof has held up well except for some minor damage from one of our tornado’s. A strip of shingles came off of the ridge vent, the ridge vent itself was not damaged or loosened. I replaced the strip myself ( on one of the lower roofs ). Very happy with the whole process and all promises were kept and the transactions with the insurance went exactly as explained. I hope I do not need them again, but would not hesitate to call them if the need arises.

The company mis-represents their willingness to actually help with insurance claims. No attempt was made to reach out to insurance regarding damaged decking. Instead Rob pushed $1500 cost increase onto the responsibility of the homeowner.
None of this was communicated, nor could have been known in advance, until the roof was removed and you're at the mercy of good faith by the Roof Squad.
Even after a conversation to make it right, responsibility was simply placed on the homeowner.
Due to this we cancelled the remaining insurance work that was supposed to be done by them; gutters, downspouts and garage door.
Additionally communication is beyond unacceptable.
Work was requested to be pushed to be done after the project manager returned from vacation. While the PM was on vacation Rob called on a Wednesday stating that if we wanted our roof installed by Friday we would need to get them the 1st half insurance down payment money so material could be ordered. We were willing and able to get money over ASAP, but we were just caught off guard with no advance warning due to all communication having gone through the PM. Shingle color had not even been discussed nor had any material or samples been made available. When I asked Rob for samples he sent a link to the manufacturers webpage. When we asked for physical samples we were told we would not be provided any.
Very disappointed in our experience and WILL NOT recommend.

Rob and his team at the Roof Squad were awesome. We had a huge job! House, garage and 100 year old barn that needed new roofs. The barn stands 3 stories tall. His team was professional, honest and did a great job!

The great company they came out to my house. They didn’t fix the whole roof because the whole roof didn’t need repair. They only repaired the things that were damaged. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have never seen such a thorough and efficient roofing operation as my experience with The Roof Squad. The job was done in a day and instead of tossing all the debris on the ground and my drive and patio, they draped tarps off the roof around the entire house. There was not one nail or piece of debris left behind, which was important since I have dogs and a small child running around the yard. The Roof Squad made the process easy, their prices were competitive and reasonable (less than my 2 other quotes for the same service and less quality shingles), and they were great with communication from start to finish. I highly recommend The Roof Squad!

Rob and the Roof Squad performed up to and beyond my expectations. They were quiet (as possible), courteous and tidy - even cleaning up all stray nails at the end of the project. They did a complete re-roof including new wider gutters and downspouts after a hail storm and we have been delighted with the results for over a year now.

The Roof Squad id amazing. My insurance only was going to cover a small portion of my roof. Roof Squad took control and video all 3 roofs and shown the insurance company the weather damages. They kept on with the insurance company with their knowledge and experience until the insurance company replaced all 3 roofs. They had a full crew in the middle of winter replacing my roof. They came back to ensure all was completed. I have since recommended Roof Squad to others since I keep their phone number in my contacts.

The Roof Squad were easy to work with and very responsive to questions, calls and texts. They handled most of the paperwork which made it easy to deal with my insurance company. They took great care in protecting my house and landscaping. The work was top notch and once done the clean up was impeccable!

We had Rob come out to our house and check out a leak coming through the vent in one of our bedrooms. First off, he showed up promptly and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Once he found the problem (wasn't a roof issue at all, it was the HVAC system). He went through all the details, let me know what would need to be done to fix it, and also referred a water restoration company as well.

I really appreciated the entire experience. Rob was professional and knowledgeable, and made what could've been a stressful nightmare way more manageable. If/when we do have roof issues, I know who to call.

Rob and the gang do such a great job, they took care of us so fast and did such a great job. 10/10 would use them again but hopefully we wont need another roof job since they did so well!

Chris Craugh has been very unprofessional after signing the repair quote. Between Monday - Wednesday I inquired several times about whether he expected to arrive on Thursday or Friday to complete the work. Due to no responses, I emailed requesting the cancellation policy. Shortly after I received a phone call from Rob that "the crew" would arrive to my house on Friday morning. I inquired who is "the crew" since Chris represented that he would be performing the work. Rob stated that he would call me back.

This business is very unprofessional, and I do NOT recommend.

From start to finish this has been an amazing experience. The Roof Squad came immediately to my home after a huge branch poked a hole through the roof and into the room below. From that point on I felt totally “taken care of” as they worked with my insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way. In the end my entire roof was replaced minus the cost of the deductible.

A special shoutout is in order for the men who did the actual work. It took them a day, but in the end I had a new roof and zero mess below. Fantastic cleanup!!

Roof Squad did a great job on our roof. They took care of working with the insurance company for our claim. They were fast, thorough and cleaned up after they were done. Rob was also able to help with some painting needs and did a beautiful job on the indoor repairs. We are very satisfied customers! Had two minor roof repairs require- one was a bay window outcropping that was leaking into the basement bedroom (used as a home office). The second was a corner over my house sunroom that had a failed decking (10 year old roof deck). Roberto performed the rotted deck and shingle removal and installed a replacement deck sheet, sealed and secured and then re shingled. Easy to get a quote, then sign/schedule, pay and complete the order.

Would use again should I encounter need for another roof repair/maintenance. .

Quickly evaluated the potential issue with my roof, showed me drone footage and explained what was causing the leak, and completed the job a couple of days later. Easy to work with and good communication.

First time using Roof Squad and completely satisfied. My two-story house roof had several areas that needed to be inspected as a result of a passing storm. Within the same day of calling Roof Squad, Christopher C showed up and immediately did a thorough inspection. He left only after documenting the problem, putting me at ease and giving me a price. Roof Squad did our roof about a year ago and I couldn’t be more pleased. My grandparents had been looking for a good roofing company for a while and we stumbled across Roof Squad Indy after hearing numerous amounts of positive feedback about this company. The owner and all of his employees were nothing short of kind and honest. Saying the whole process was easy is an understatement. This is by far the best roofing company around. I will FOREVER boast about the outstanding job this company has done. If I could give 6 starts, I would!

We made the mistake of trusting the word of the representative of this company because he previously lived in our subdivision and we thought we could trust him. This ended up being a huge mistake. What we were told before we signed was not true. The salesman repeated over and over how much we would pay but then all that all changed after we signed, before the work even started. We asked specifically what the company would do and were told a specific answer, but that all changed once the insurance quote came in. We also did not appreciate the way that we were treated by the salesman or business manager. Had we known, we would have NEVER signed anything or even considered this company or any other company that does contingency agreements. ***In reply to the response from the owner.*** When you came yes both my wife and I expressed our many grievances but there was no yelling and the only cursing that was done was calling your contract the S word. The only reason that we proceeded was because we were trapped in a contract and price that was misrepresented by your salesman. You had the opportunity to walk away or make it right and you didn't.

Had four roofing companies come out to my house… nobody could find the leak. Even paid someone $400 to do a leak evaluation… still couldn’t figure it out. I stumbled upon The Roof Squad.. they fixed my roof quickly and left no trace when they left. Very thankful to have found them!! I signed up for their monthly service plan and would highly recommend that as well!

The Roof squad is the best roofer that I've ever worked with in Fishers! I had hail damage and they came out and repaired my roof while working with my insurance company throughout the whole process. It was quick and easy and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great roofing company!

Chris stopped out and offered his services right after we were hit by a recent hail storm. He was extremely thorough in his inspection, and took time to explain in detail the process of what needed to be done for our home to be repaired. He has been tremendously helpful through the situation, and has taken a great deal of stress out of the whole process. I could not recommend the Roof Squad more!
