Exceptional!!! I searched for some time to find the right contractor to install a metal roof on my house. The team at The Roof Duck (best roofing name ever) were the one group that took the time to come out to my house and not just measure and say we will send you a quote. The explained each type of roofing, how it would look on the house, and how it would interact with the salt air since I am pretty close to the ocean. The Roof Duck team started on time, finished on time, on budget, and with an outcome so good that people stop me in front of the house (two have actually knocked on the front door) to ask me who did the roof! I had our new metal roof placed a couple weeks ago and I absolutely LOVE it! Everytime I pull in my driveway, I'm so pleased with the look and how it changed the view of my country estate. The first day was a little bumpy as it was really hot outside and the guys left a huge mess all over my yard. I called Alan and by 7am the next morning everyone was there cleaning up the debris and making it right. Alan kept me informed with the amount of sheathing that needed to be replaced and took care of everything. We did have 1 small leak around the gooseneck vent in our guest bathroom and Alan came out and fixed it the next day. He has truly been fantastic to work with, easy to get a hold of and quickly responds to messages. He has since called a couple times to follow up to make sure everything is great. I can tell he truly takes pride in his work and has excellent customer service skills. I definitely would recommend The Roof Duck to all my friends and coworkers.
