Now as far as the siding and work, they did an excellent job. They delivered the siding one day during the evening, came the next day and started setting up. The siding was a three day job and the workers who installed the siding came early worked hard and cleaned up each day. I thought they would have a problem because they had to install the siding over my old asbestos siding, but the job went smoothly. They were working in 90 degree weather and I provided plenty of water for them and use of the bathroom of course. After they finished it looked like a brand new house. My family was impressed as well as the neighbors. Gutters were done two days later by a different company and they work great. I believe they outsource the work, but who they used were wonderful. I need some work done on the inside and asked Mark but the price he gave was just a little out of my price range. All in all it was a very good experience.

Thank to Mark and his team for replacing not only my roof but my gutters. Easy process, fast turnover and love how it came out.

I contracted Marc to do my siding and soffit. The workers are great they showed up early morning. The siding was put over the old siding and soffit over the old wood soffit.

Came across this company by chance…business card left in my front screen door. I met Mark a great Christian brother. His workers did a great job of remodeling an extended bedroom and a deck above the bedroom. Whenever I had questions, I could reach out to Mark by phone or text and he’d literally get back to me within minutes. I’m very happy I did business with Mark rather than some other contractor. I’ve recommended Mark to my neighbours.

Buyer beware. Reached out to them to replace our roof on our new home. Mark was a very aggressive salesman. After showing us a pictures of his work in an old photo album, he quickly wrote out a one page HANDWRITTEN estimate on triplicate paper without taking any measurements or even looking at our roof! I am not sure where he obtained the numbers for the quote. I have to add that we had literally signed the papers for our house the day before and had movers arriving later that afternoon. We were exhausted from a month long stay at a local hotel (we moved from out of state) as we waited to close on our new home.Needless to say, we were anxious and eager to get the roofing job scheduled, so we signed the papers and cut them a check for our deposit. To make a long story short, while staying within our rights as buyers, Mark came back to void the original contract and wrote up a new contract to accommodate our timely request to remove some of the additional work listed in the original contract. The contract was rewritten by hand on the spot but he did not adjust the pricing accordingly. That was a red flag and so the contract was not signed on my end. Mark was very insistent on me signing that I asked him to leave my house...twice. He continued to convince me to sign while outside but I refused. I was able to get my deposit back with the help of the Hudson County Court system. Please don't trust this company. Do your due diligence and research the company and the financing company they use as well. Don't waste your time.

I used Rehab Associates to install a new roof 3 years ago and just recently had them redo my front stoop, steps, and install pavers. I am very satisfied with the work that Joe and his crew has done.

Wanted to get my backyard leveled with concrete and new fencing. A Rehab Doctor Rep (deliberately concealing his name to respect his privacy) came out to view the job and used my amateur measurements previously provided. He didn't do his own measurements and gave me an estimate of $46,000!! You know, the pandemic, the price of bacon today ……Crazy!!! I guess he saw a woman and thought I didn’t know what this job should reasonably cost….wrong!!! My father was a contractor.

He tried to get me to consider financing after I told him 3 times that I didn't need it (not listening.) He was also annoyed that my husband was not present even though I am the sole owner of the home and don't require someone else's permission to make a decision. Without a proposal or even a piece of paper, he then tried to get me to commit to being put on a schedule now because the ridiculous price would go up in a month. Really?! When I said I would need to get another bid, he stormed out. His technique had a very used car salesmanship approach…apologies to used car salesmen.

Shortly after he left, I called Blue Empire contractors. They specialize in concrete and fencing and had dozens of 5 star Google reviews. I sent photos (Rehab Doctor did not want me to send photos to preview the job.) Manny came to my house, did his own measurements and within 12 hours he sent me a written proposal for the concrete and fencing complete for …. Wait for it… $12,000!! Now that’s a real price. Plus he was not the "rushy", do it now type. Rehab Doctors may be good at what they do but I'll never know. BTW, my amateur measurements were spot on !!

I paid $7000.00 back in 2013 for them to replace the roof on the front of my house. They had to come back multiple times due to the roof leaking. Then I was told the guy Jim that works for them was fired for destroying multiple properties. When Jim came to my house I told him I wanted ice and water shield on the complete roof. He told me that he couldn’t do that or the roof wouldn’t be able to vent, I’m not a roofer so I believed him. When the so called supervisor came to my home he told me what happened with James and that what I was told was a lie. James was fired for being incompetent, I’ve called them multiple times in the last 2 weeks and they won’t return my calls. The roof is leaking and, I had to call a real roofing company. They told me the roof was installed improperly, with the wrong materials due to the pitch of the roof. So now after having problems multiple times, I now have to spend $8000.00 to get a proper roof. They also sided my home and never used any insulation backing or wrap, and the siding is discoloring. So both jobs cost me $17,000.00, and were supervised by Jim, and now I’m out a lot of money. Do Not Use This Company. Also I tried to find any of their recommendations or anyone that supposedly gave them a positive review, NONE can be found. I just paId $8000.00 to fix Rehab Associates lousy job. They never put any ice and water shield anyplace on the roof, none in channels or valleys not even at edge of roof, no metal in the valleys. This is why the roof that cost me $7000.00 leaked ever since it was installed. I now understand why I can’t get ahold of anyone at Rehab Associates.

I’m extremely pleased with my new siding. Mark was excellent with assisting me with color coordination and materials. He was very thorough explaining the whole installation process. The staff was prompt and their cleanup was excellent. I look forward to using them in the near future with my window replacement. Would definitely recommend.

I just had my bathroom done. It looks absolutely Gorgeous!!! The Rehab Doctor are so professional, clean and completed the job fast. I highly recommend this company!!!

Roof was done very quick but during installation debris fell into the house from the skylight and was all over my living room table and sofa. We showed the sales representative Mark the living room while the debris was still there and he said was that was normal. A few day later we notices a big gap between the skylight and the ceiling wall that was not there previously. I contact the sells person Mark and he sent someone out that checked the outside and inside and said that he would see if they can put drywall in the space. After not hearing from the company I called Mark and he told me his company is not responsible for any cosmetic problem. Then my seven year old son played soccer in the front yard and found dozens of nails . When we spoke to Mark regarding that all he said was "oh'. I often have little ones playing in my from yard...and I am so worried so I have to see if I could find some type of magnet to sweep my yard as the summer is upon us. But I am sure the company could have done the same. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Great customer service until after they got payment for the job.
