At first they were great. But then renewing my policy I spaced on one payment (yes that is obviously my fault) I tried to contact them about it to pay and figure it out once I realized, and thats when I was told they canceled my policy without telling me, ignored my emails when i tried to pay after they told me a total on the phone to get things fixed, and everytime I try to stop in, they were closed. I wouldn't recommend here anymore. Communication is key and when I had to basically nag them about sending a copy of my insurance for jobs I needed it took forever.

Steve the Ower of The Rabideau Agency is the most helpful person! I called him about House Insurance & he worked to get us the best company & the best rate! I would recommend this company for House insurance & much more!
