Good sales pitch- poor execution. I’ve had a plethora of issues after an $80k+ job. I won’t get into it all but my most recent issue is a water supply line freezing- leaving the apartment with no water. Come to find out the entire supply line was ran on an exterior wall up nearly 25’. I will say that if the owner Alex was on the job site during the entire job, l believe it would had been executed much differently. Anything that was done with his presence was good.

We had a series of floods which destroyed our fully finished basement. A friend in restoration suggested The Property Source and I am so glad he did! These guys are honest, hardworking and are excellent communicators. They also did their best to work with me on budget as they knew I was dealing with insurance claims. I highly recommend them! Alex and Pedro are the best!! We liked them so much we even used them on additional projects in the house.

Property Source completed all phases of the work from remediation of water and demo to new flooring, drywall, paint, tiling and more. The process was easy and rhe work they finished was great! They have gone above and beyond for me and completed additional work outside of the remodel for fair prices. I now utilize them for misc property management jobs now that I live out-of town and have reccomended then ti various friends who need similar work.
